Yuhi stops Miyako’s dancing with a leg kick that drops Miyako to the mat. Miyako tries to get up but Yuhi kicks her down again. Miyako tries to get up again; Yuhi kicks her back down again. Miyako tries a few more times and can’t get up. Yuhi springboards off the middle rope and lands a lionsault on Miyako. Yuhi gets to her feet. Yuhi grabs Miyako’s leg and locks on a Texas Cloverleaf, Miyako taps out.

The match starts off fast and doesn’t slow down. The action switches between every combination of 2 on 1 action. In the end, Apple and Yuzuki send Chii out of the ring to the floor. While Yuzuki is celebrating, Apple locks her in the Apple Sleeper and pulls her to the mat and locks on a body scissors. Yuzuki struggles for a bit before tapping out.

Before the next match, Commissioner Asami Konno comes to the ring.
Commissioner Konno - Good evening everyone! The board and I have been discussing a few matters lately and we have come to a decision on two of those matters. Two weeks ago, you all saw what happened between Lin Bairon and the Smash Girls. Normally Syuri and Makoto would have been suspended for their actions, but Lin Bairon asked that they not be suspended or punished in any way. In Lin Bairon’s own words “I had it coming for everything I did to them.“
Now for the second matter. The next two matches tonight are first round matches in a tag team title tournament. In two weeks the JPP Tag Team champions and the Sky High tag Team champions will both face their #1 contenders. The winners of those two matches will then meet in the main event to unify the two titles. Good luck to everyone involved. Now let’s get the first of the matches going.
#1 Sky High Tag Team Titles Contenders
The Shirais and the Smash Girls both get mixed reactions from the fans. The Blossoms get a loud pop from the fans.
The Shirais and Smash Girls form a tenuous alliance and work to take out the Blossoms. The alliance begins to break down when they keep breaking up pin attempts by the other team. The alliance completely breaks down when Io pulls Syuri off of a pin attempt. Io and Syuri start arguing and pushing each other, giving Holly a chance to recover. Holly dropkicks Io into Syuri. Holly grabs Io and takes her down with the Blossom Bomb; the Referee makes the three count.

Kaori and Tomoka come to the ring looking very calm and confident. Yoshiko runs to ringside and grabs the ring mic.
Yoshiko - My partner has been attacked. Someone attacked her with a steel pipe. She needs help!
Yoshiko runs to the back followed by officials and the camera. They run into the dressing room. Tess La Coyle is laid out on the floor, bleeding from her forehead. The medical staff are tending to her.
Yoshiko - Why? Why? Why would someone attack Tess? It must have been Lin Bairon, she wants to eliminate Tess. It couldn’t be anyone else. Why would she attack Tess? Why? Why?
Commissioner Konno - Yoshiko, I’m giving you until the end of the next match to find a new partner or forfeit the match.
Yoshiko - I understand.
Yoshiko walks out, emotionless and doesn’t approach anyone. The camera pans back and we catch a brief glimpse of a pipe sticking out of a gold bag.

Hiroyo and Arisa both mock Gail when she comes to the ring in a tight hooded one piece outfit. All three circle around, looking for the first opening. Suddenly Arisa and Hiroyo both attack Gail. In the words of Dusty Rhodes, Gail is receiving a clubbering. Gail manages to escape and rolls out to the floor. Hiroyo doesn’t waste any time and attacks Arisa. When Gail gets to her feet, Lin Bairon is standing right there. Gail shoves Lin; Lin shoves Gail back, knocking her on her ass. Lin walks away calmly. When Gail gets up again, she chases after Lin.
Back in the ring, Hiroyo is in control of the action. Hiroyo lifts Arisa into a torture rack. Arisa counters and slides off Hiroyo’s back. Arisa grabs Hiroyo’s hands and takes her over with a cross-arm bridging German suplex. The ref makes the three count.

When the show comes back from a commercial break, Commissioner Konno is in the ring again.
Commissioner Konno - Let’s try to get the match for the #1 Tag Team contenders going finally. We know that Tomoka Nakagawa and Kaori Yoneyama are here and ready for action, so come on out you two.
Tomoka and Kaori come to the ring, looking confident. They test out the ropes and do a few warm up stretches.
Commissioner Konno - Yoshiko, come out here and bring your new partner, whoever she is.

Commissioner Konno - Where’s your partner?
Yoshiko - I asked everybody in the back, even the nurse and LuFisto’s ugly little doll. Most of them said they were too scared to face a great team like Yoneyama san and Nakagawa san. Some hurt my feelings when they said they’d never tag with a fat girl like me. I wanted to win this match so much. I guess I’ll just go home and eat some ice cream (wipes away crocodile tears)
Commissioner Konno - That leaves us with no option. The winners by default and #1 contenders to the JPP Tag Team Titles, Kaori Yoneyama and Tomoka Nakagawa!
Kaori and Tomoka celebrate wildly, hugging each other and jumping around.
Both ladies get a pop from the fans. The fans were cheering the amazing back and forth action. Momentum switched back and forth several times as Mickie and Kana were both able to counter each other’s best offence. After fifteen plus minutes of hard-hitting action, Mickie has the advantage over a stunned Kana. Mickie blows a kiss to Kana then goes for the Mick Kick but Kana ducks out of the way. With Mickie off balance, Kana grabs her around the waist and takes her over with a quick German suplex. Kana goes for the opening and locks on the Kanagon. Mickie struggles to try to get free but is thwarted when kana locks her in a body scissors. Mickie has no choice but to tap out.
Kana forced Mickie James to submit to the Kanagon.
