Lutteroth - What do you think should be the direction to take the company?

Brazo de Oro - How about rewarding the luchadores who have been loyal to you in the past by awarding NWA Mexican titles to them?

Lutteroth - Good idea. Let's give the current titles a bit more connection to CMLL and it's traditions by awarding the last CMLL championships to the last ones on our current roster to hold the prospective title?

Brazo de Oro - Now we're talking! I think that as a general rule, we should have the champions defend their titles if they are beaten in any kind of match by someone who could be considered a contender for the title.

Lutteroth - Hmmm. That sounds good. So if Terrible is pinned by Rush, he has to defend the Heavyweight title against him?

Brazo de Oro - Exalty. Do you want me to make a poster for the luchadores to see?

Lutteroth - You read my mind!

(After about an hour, Brazo de Oro puts up a poster that lists the current NWA Mexico champions.)

Mistico - Hello, Mexico! I'm here!!! NWA Mexico has signed me to a full-time contract! It's so good to be be here! I'm issuing an open challenge to anyone who thinks that they have what it takes to take on one of the best luchadores in the history of professional wrestling! I'll let my actions speak for themselves and prove the validity of my claim!

(Ultimo Guerrero is waking up in a hospital bed in Tokyo General Hospital. The Japanese female reporter that he met upon arrival in Tokyo is in the room with him. She smiles as she sees him waking up.)

Eiko Koike - Good morning, Sunshine!

Ultimo Guerrero - Who or what hit me? How long was I out?

Eiko Koike - For about ten hours. Did you sleep well?

Ultimo Guerrero - I guess so but I got a worse headache than the one I had the last time I got drunk with the boys. Oh $%#^!!! I missed my plane! I've got to get to Mexico City and get ready for the tag team match!

Eiko Koike - Let's check with doctor first and let him decide if you are ready to leave or not. You got a pretty bad concussion from Brock Lesnar last night.

Ultimo Guerrero - Brock Lesnar??? That punk is going down for the count the next time I'm back in Tokyo.

Eiko Koike - And when will that be?

Ultimo Guerrero - Whenever the promoters can book me in a match against Brock Lesnar! Hey, I'm sorry for yelling, senorita!

Eiko Koike - It's OK. I was pretty upset when he knocked you out so I understand.

Ultimo Guerrero - (smiling) So you're here to nurse me back to health?

Eiko Koike - Sure. It would be an honor!

Ultimo Guerrero - Go talk to the doctor and tell him I'm leaving.

(Eiko leaves the room as Ultimo changes his clothes. She sees the doctor in the hallway.)

Eiko - Excise me, Doctor, Guerrero San would like to leave now.

Doctor - The only way that I'll permit that is if someone keeps a close watch of him for the next 24 hours to make sure he's recovered from the cranial trauma.

Eiko - I'll take good care of him.

Doctor - Well, don't usually release someone into the care of non-family members but if he approves, that will be OK. He's a long way from home.

(They see Ultimo Guerrero leaving his room and heading for the door. Eiko catches up to him.)

Eiko - The doctor released you into my care. I'll have to observe you for the next 24 hours.

Ultimo Guerrero - Then you'd better book a ticket because I'm going back to Mexico. Dragon Rojo Jr. have a date with destiny. We're gonna get those tag belts if someone has to die for standing in our way!

Eiko - I'll call Tokyo Sports and have them book it for me. They've been wanting me to go to Mexico to see what Lucha Libre's all about. I can't think of a better way to do that than to sit next the best Rudo in Mexico!

Ultimo Guerrero - In that case, have them book me a flight to Mexico City. I'll give you an interview that the fans will never forget.

Eiko - Thanks! I'll take care of the flight arrangements right after I tell my boss. (She opens her cellphone and calls her boss at Tokyo Sports.) Tanaka San, I'm going to Mexico with Guerrero San.

Tanaka - Great! I'll book your flight. The fans are gonna love your article about him and the sport of Lucha Libre! Just get to the airport as soon as you can and we'll take care of the rest.

Eiko - Thank you, Tanaka San!!

Eiko - Well, my boss is making arrangements for our flight to Mexico City.

Guerrero - Good! I'm gonna beat the %$#^ out of anyone who tries to stop Dragon and I from winning the gold!!

Eiko - Shouldn't you remove your mask before we board the plane?

Guerrero - What? I never show my face in public!

Eiko - OK but doesn't that mask get uncomfortable after wearing for a long time?

Guerrero - Not anymore. The mask is part of who I am. This is something I'll explain to you on the way.

(Marco Corleone is in the the NWA Mexico headquarters in the basement of Arena Mexico when Fransico Lutteroth walks in.)

Lutteroth - Are you enjoying your position as Head Booker?

Corleone - To be honest, now that my contract has expired with NWA Attitude, I'd rather be in the ring. I appreciate the job but I love wrestling here in Mexico...especially when teaming with Maximo andf Rush.

Lutteroth - That's what I figured. I called your former promoter and he put in a good word for you. As of now, you are free to wrestle. Psicosis II will take your position and Brazo de Plata will act as Commissioner.

Corleone - Cool! Does it take two guys to replace me as booker?

Lutteroth -Not really but we don't really need a development booker since we have five trainers. I'm sure that Negro Casas will do just fine without an official development booker. Enjoy your time in the ring!

Corleone - Have I been booked in any matches?

Lutteroth - Your next match in NWA Mexico will be on February 27th. You'll be in the 10 man battle royal for the NWA Mexican Heavyweight championship.

Corleone - Great! I'm looking forward to the challenge. Who's in thye match?

Lutteroth - I just posted a revised line up on the board.

Corleone - (He walks to the bulletin board and reads the schedule.) Who's "Thunder"?

Lutteroth - He's someone I discovered when I was in Austrailia on vacation. He's incredibly strong and really knows how to work a crowd. He's been called "The Australian Hulk Hogan" by the wrestling mags there. I thought that he might do well here in Mexico once he gets used to the wrestling style.

Corleone - We'll see about that. Do you have any footage of him in the ring?

Lutteroth - I thought you'd ask that so I have already sent you an e-mail with a video of his ringwork.

Corleone - Awesome! Thanks!

Lutteroth - You're welcome. Would it be too much to ask you to clear out your desk today? brazo de Plata will occupy your space here this afternoon.

Corleone - No problem! I guess you knew I'd want to get back in the ring.

Lutteroth - I could see it in your eyes. You're a fighter at heart.

Eiko - Wow! I get tired just watching you train!

Guerrero - I've got to be in top shape if I'm going to beat Brock Lesnar.

Eiko - Yeah. I want to talk with you about that...

Guerrero - What's tyo discuss? I'll go into the ring, beat his ass and leave with the most beautiful woman in the arena.

Eiko - Well, are you surethat you want to face him? He's like a wild animal!

Guerrero - I know you are con serned for my safety. Don't be. I can take care of Brock Lesnar. I may not be as big as he is but I can knock him down to size.

Eiko - I just don't have a good feeling about you fighting him.

Guerrero - Will you just stop worrying? Everything is going to be fine.

Eiko - I hope that you are right.

(Atlantis is facing Ultimo Guerrero in a special exhition match on an NWA Extreme house card in New Jersey at Oceanfront Arena.)

BEST OF THREE FALLS HARDCORE MATCH:

ATLANTIS vs. ULTIMO GUERRERO

FIRST FALL:

Atlantis does a moonsault off the top rope over the guard rail onto Ultimo Guerrero! Atlantis climbs back into the ring. Ultimo Guerrero crawls on his hands and knees to get to the ring. He climbs into the ring and is hit with a dropkick by Atlantis. Atlantis goes for the pin. 1-2-3!!!

Atlantis has won the first fall!

SECOND FALL:

Ultimo Guerrero throws Atlantis over the top rope! He does a tope onto Atlantis! Picking up a chair the rudo starts hitting the tecnico with it several times. He throws Atlantis back into the ring and goes for the cover. 1-2-3!!!

THIRD FALL:

Atlantis and Ultimo Guerrero are brawling in the ringside area. Brock Lesnar comes to the ring by going through the crowd. Neither competitor sees him at ringside. Brock Lesanar puts the Brock Lock on Atlamtis after knocking him over with a running clothesline. Ultimo Guerrero kicks Brock Lesnar repeatedly. Brock releases the hold and brawls with Ultimo Guerrero. Atlantis crawls into the ring. Brock throws Guerrero over the guard rail and does a legdrop off the guardrail. Atlantis runs across the ring and does a dive off the ring into Brock Lesnar!!! Ultimo Guerrero beats Brock lesnar with a chair and then drags Atlantis back into the ring. He hits Atlantis with brass knuckles and then puts an armlock on him. Atlantis is tapping out!! Ultimo Guerrero continues to lock the hold on his opponent. The referree rings the bell and tells Ultimo Guerrero to break the hold. Atlantis passes out. Ultimo Guerrero gets up and grabs the house mic.
Brock is standing near the guard rail.

Ultimo Guerrero - Brock Lesnar! You challenged me to face you on the next NWA Extreme TV card. (pointing to Atlantis) This is just an object lesson of what I'm going to do to you!!

(Brock Lesnar tries to get in the ring by is stopped by security guards from doing so. Ultimo Guerrero laughs as they take Brock out of the arena.)

(La Mascara and Mascara Dorada are talking to each other in the locker room after an NWA Mexico house card.)

Mascara Dorada - So do you think we should tell La Sombra?

La Mascara - I don't know. He might not like our decision.

(Just then. La Sombra walks into the lockerrrom.)

La Sombra - What won't I like?

La Mascara - Uh..We don't want you to take what we decided personally.

Mascara Dorada - We've decided to leave NWA Mexico and accept work elsewhere.

La Sombra - Accept work where?

Mascara Dorada - We're going to work for Lucha Libre Extremo.

La Sombra - Are you guys nuts? You're going to work for that jailbird Charly Manson? And La Mascara, you just won the NWA mexican Light Heavyweight Championship!

La Mascara - But both of us have been working midcard matches and LLX gave us a contract where we get paid more than NWA Mexico is willing to pay us to be in Main Event matches.

La Sombra - La Mascara, what are you going to do with the Light Heavyweight title?

La Mascara - I've already given it back to Senor Lutteroth. He didn't even try to talk us out of it. He relesed us without charging us a breach of contract penalty.

La Sombra - Well, if he knows where you guys are going, he probably doesn't want you guys here anyways. Now that Atlantis is injured, I was hoping that one of you could defend the tag team titles with me.

Mascara Dorada - Sorry, we've alredy signed a 5 year deal with LLX.

La Sombra - I think you guys are making a terrible mistake but I won't hold it against you. Just keep in touch, OK?

La Mascada - Don't worry, we'll call you when we have time.

Mascara Dorada - Maybe we can hang out sometime.

La Sombra - Yeah, maybe. You guys were my best friends in the promotion. I don't want you to go. But you've got contracts. I just wish you had talked to me before you signed the contracts. You guys just look out for that snake in the grass Charly Manson. OK?

(La Mascara and Mascara Dorda shake their heads in agreement and leave the locker room without saying another word. After they leave, La Sombra throws a trash can against the wall. Atlantis walks into the locker room.)

Atlantis - What's wrong, partner?

La Sombra - Now that you're injured, who am I gonna get for a partner?

Atlantis - What about La Mascara or Mascara Dorada?

La Sombra - They just left to work in Lucha Libre Extremo!

Atlantis - well, I'm sure we can find a good partner for you. What about asking Shocker?

La Sombra - He's too cocky.

Atlantis - That may be but he's got the charisma and skill to make a great tag team partner.

La Sombra - That's a good point. I'll talk to him. I think I saw him come in the locker room awhile ago.

Atlantis - I think he just left. I imagine that he's got a hot date with a couple of senoritas tonight.

La Sombra - Some guys have all the luck!
