TV champion: Adam Revolver
Women's champion: Mary Elizabeth Monroe
Commentators: Dean Hill & Gilbert Corsey
Ring Announcer: Scarlett Bordeaux
Interviewer: Terry Boddie
The commentators welcome viewers to the show. Coming off a huge 2 hour edition last week, more questions than answers as we head towards a big October here with Rage In The Cage on October 10, followed by Fall Brawl on October 25. We found it would be Daniels taking on CM Punk in not a wrestling match, but an unsanctioned fight, in addition to Jamin Olivencia challenging World champion AJ Styles. Today though, Olivencia has challenged Brock Lesnar to show up and face him 1 on 1, will Lesnar be here to accept? Also here today ...
- The debut edition of The Danger Zone with Danny Davis, addressing the defections of The Lords of The Ring to Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling
- James 'Moose' Thomas vs TV champion Adam Revolver in non title action
- Robbie Walker vs Melvin Maximus, both qualifying for King of The Valley last week
- Leon Shelly vs Mario Bokara in a rematch from last week
- TerreMex vs The Wild Boyz vs The Fabulous Freebodies in a #1 contender match
Speaking of which, we send it up to Scarlett for the introductions for the opening match ...
Match #1
TerreMex vs The Wild Boyz vs The Fabulous Freebodies
The match was declared a no contest @ 7:15 due to interference. The 3 teams did battle for the #1 contendership and next Tag Team Title shot at The Congregation. The match was winding down with Randy Terrez hitting a twisting corkscrew moonsault onto Bud Dwight, only for Big Jon to throw Terrez off and try to steal the pin. When he turned though, Mexicutioner was ready to lay him out with a huge spear. As he got up, The Body Guy kicked him in the midsection and hooked the arms to deliver the pedigree, but EFD Eddie Diamond grabbed him from behind and locked in the Crossfire Crossface. Body Guy was the final victim in the string of finishers and looked to be ready to tap out when The Blacklist rushed the ring and broke things up. The referee called for the bell as Ali Vaez ordered Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker to clear the ring. He then requested the mic.
Ali Vaez: "You're welcome. Now, if we can get down to what's actually important around here, can we discuss how I was screwed out of the North American Title last week? I should be standing here at the top of the mountain, but instead John Cena continues his lackluster reign of mediocrity with another undeserved victory, and I am the victim. Imagine that. A conspiracy if there ever was 1 to keep the precious North American Title out of the hands of a wrestler from the Middle East. Racism in wrestling shines again to hold me down. But forget Cena, because this is about 2 men. Mike Hayes ... or Michael B.S. Hayes as I like to call him. And Rudy Switchblade."
The fans cheer the mention of the 2 wrestlers, leaving Vaez to pause momentarily.
Ali Vaez: "Oh, now you cheer him? Pathetic. I want restitution tonight from Jim Cornette! I will not stand for that, and if there is none, you can expect more of this. You want to crown a #1 contender? No. You want to decide a championship? Never again. We will be here until you give me what I want! We are ready to strike until you make right on what just happened. We are The Blacklist, the most powerful entity in Ohio Valley, so do not take us lightly!"
A stern message from The Blacklist leader kicks off this week's show. What will the response be?

Ringside interview w/ Jim Cornette
Terry Boddie is joined by the Director of Authority. Cornette says he heard what Ali Vaez had to say just now and while he thinks this is an example of how what goes around, comes around, he takes his job seriously. He can't sign Vaez into a rematch with John Cena, but he can give him a spot in the upcoming King of The Valley ladder match. He has had no contact with Rudy Switchblade, the man is a lone wolf, but Mike Hayes is here tonight and ready to compete, so here's what will happen. 6 man tag team match in the main event. The Blacklist vs Paredyse, Ryan Howe ... and Hayes! Vaez wants revenge? Time to put his money where his mouth is.
Match #2
Leon Shelly vs Mario Bokara
Mario Bokara defeats Leon Shelly @ 0:58 via tap out to the standing Fujiwara armbar submission. Rematch from last week as Shelly looks to become the first wrestler to last 1 minute with Bokara. The submission was locked in and Bokara wrenched in, only for Shelly to resist the urge to tap. Trying to just hold on for that 1 minute mark with a timer displaying it on the screen, but wanting to avoid the same fate as partner Deonta Davis, Shelly had to tap. Bokara wins and continues his impressive streak. He was not finished though as he then grabbed Shelly again and put him in a keylock submission. The commentators mention this could be a message towards Daniel Puder, who Bokara had a backstage confrontation with last week. He releases and raises his arms in victory, quite possibly the most dangerous wrestler in OVW right now.

Match #3
James 'Moose' Thomas vs Adam Revolver
TV champion Adam Revolver defeats James Thomas in a non title match @ 6:31 via pinfall with a school boy and a handful of trunks. Moose looks to rebound after a couple of losses to Ali Vaez and Melvin Maximus last week and seemed to have the TV champion on the ropes. An appearance from The King of Knoxville Shane Williams would change all that though. Having had some comments about Moose's defeat last week, Williams was back out this week to scout the competition, crown in hand. Moose didn't take kindly to it and lost track of the match, allowing Revolver to steal the win. Williams just shook his head from the loss, seemingly unimpressed with the performance of Thomas. Moose challenges Williams to get in the ring post match, but Williams is not about to soil his hands on a commoner.

Ringside interview w/ Jessie Belle
Terry Boddie is joined with the former Women's champion. Last week, Belle defeated Tessa Blanchard and she says it was as easy as she expected. Blanchard is inexperienced and has no place in the ring with her. She is not only a former Women's champion here in OVW, but the 1 that ended the record reign of Heidi Lovelace a year ago. Others might be throwing out challenges, but just like she beat her once before for a title, she is putting Lovelace on notice that lightning will strike twice. She intends to take her NWA World Title and then everybody in the NWA will find out why the dirty south is best.
Match #4
Robbie Walker vs Melvin Maximus
Melvin Maximus defeats Robbie Walker @ 5:47 via submission to the bear hug. Both men qualified last week for the King of The Valley ladder match at Rage In The Cage, joined this week by Ali Vaez as announced by Jim Cornette. Walker gave it his all, but this was such a huge size mismatch that he had a difficult time in getting any offense against 4M. Eventually Maximus caught Walker in the bear hug and that was it. Manager Josh Ashcraft instructed Maximus to leave it on just a bit after the bell just for the hell of it. Dean calls it a typical Ashcraft move, but Gilbert points out it's not like anybody can stop him. The King of The Valley match is a ladder match though and while 1 on 1, Maximus wins, climbing that ladder with 4 other wrestlers will be another story.

The Danger Zone
Guest: Danny Davis
It is time for the debut of Timmy Danger's new segment 'The Danger Zone'. The commentators give his managerial resume - manager of the longest ever OVW Heavyweight championship reign last year. He may have a big mouth, but he has shown that he can back that up. Fans boo as he readies to speak.
Timmy Danger: "Oh, boo yourselves! I'm Timmy Danger and this is the Danger Zone! The new and improved Danger Zone. Tonight is the very first episode and what a big guest I have lined up for everybody. Last week, my guest's world was turned upside down when not 1, but 2!, of the OVW originals jumped ship to the greener pastures of Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling. And by greener, I mean dollar dollar bill yo. Right now I want to bring him out. I'm talking Danny Davis!"
Davis heads out as fans cheer, most even standing in appreciation as they applaud.
Timmy Danger: "Alright, let's cut to the chase. This is the Danger Zone, I'm here to ask the hard questions dawg. First Nick Dinsmore, then Rob Conway. You were stabbed in the back and I wanna know how it feels!"
Danny Davis: "You wanna know how it feels? Let me tell you something Timmy Danger, it's a feeling you could never experience. The trust, the friendship, the personal bond, these are all things that a man like you could never appreciate because all you care about is your wallet! Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway were like my sons, I mean they still are, that's what makes it hurt so bad. I've been with them as long as I can remember, but they showed that at the end of the day, it's about money and opportunity. Nick felt he wasn't getting it here, and Rob thought 1 loss and that was it. So along comes Jeff Jarrett with promises of another run for Nick, a World Title shot for Rob. That's all well and good, but last I checked, this Global Force Wrestling thing has yet to really materialize. I think at the end of the day, Jeff Jarrett is banking on weakening OVW so that he can take this place over and not become known as just another one of these fly by night promoters."
Timmy Danger: "And that's exactly what he's done! He has weakened OVW! Nick Dinsmore and Rob Conway are big shots fired! This isn't a couple of nobodies, a couple wannabes."
Danny Davis: "Like you."
Timmy Danger: "Joke all you want, but I wanna know. As an employee here, what are you going to do to stop them? What will you do to hold Global Force back and prevent the takeover?"
Danny Davis: "Well if you'd keep your mouth shut for 5 seconds, I'll tell you! There's an event coming up called Rage In The Cage. So what I'm going to do is sign the most vicious, the most blood curdling, the most extreme match there is. The return of the War Games. On 1 side, there's Jeff Jarrett's team. And on the other side, there will be mine!"
Timmy Danger: "Hold on, hold on. You? You're going to be in this match?"
Danny Davis: "If anybody's going to fight for OVW, it'll be me!"
Timmy Danger: "Haha, excuse me for a minute here, hahahaha. Dawg, you like 100!"
Danny Davis: "63. But you can bet that when I am 100, I'll still be able to whoop your scrawny backside!"
At this point, Jamin Olivencia emerges from the back. Not scheduled to be here, Danger takes a few steps back given there history. In fact, he drops the mic and straight up exits the ring. Olivencia picks it up to speak.
Jamin Olivencia: "I don't want to interrupt, but you and me Danny, we both know why I'm here. Last week Brock Lesnar came out and gave me the F5, and this week, he's nowhere to be found despite my challenge. I want a piece of him and I don't care at what cost! So I wanna know what you're going to do it about it?!"
Danny Davis: "What can I do Jamin? What do you want me to do about it? He's a free agent. He does what he wants, when he wants. There's a reason they call him the Beast Incarnate."
Jamin Olivencia: "Then give him what he wants! If he wants a World Title shot at AJ Styles, put him in the match! Make it a 3 way at Fall Brawl! He gets what he wants, I get what I want!"
The fans cheer as Davis ponders the idea.
Danny Davis: "It's not that easy. You know it and I know it. I can't just snap my fingers and the match gets changed. But I think we can work something out. Here's what I propose. I'll put the wheels in motion, Fall Brawl, Jamin Olivencia vs AJ Styles vs Brock Lesnar because he has beat AJ in a non title match and there is a case to be made, but I want something from you in return. War Games. I want you to be on my team. After all that Jeff Jarrett's done to you, this will be your chance at revenge. Finish that chapter and go into Fall Brawl with a clean slate and no baggage. What do you say?"
The fans cheer as Olivencia nods and the 2 shake hands. Jamin Olivencia will be the first recruit for Danny Davis to team with him in the War Games against the GFW team, no members yet announced. Meanwhile it looks like Jamin Olivencia challenging AJ Styles for the World Title may be getting an added variable in the form of Brock Lesnar. A questionable move, but it shows where Olivencia's head is at right now after the attack last week. He will do whatever it takes to get his hands on Lesnar.

Ringside interview w/ Cliff Compton
Terry Boddie is joined by the Heavyweight champion. Compton says that it doesn't matter who gets lined up because he will knock them down. The Pope Elijah Burke was shown to be just a false prophet, and if he thinks he's getting a rematch, think again. Last week counts as far as he's concerned. What he wants to know though is who Ohio Valley has lined up next to challenge him. He's just too good right now. So whether it's Pope earning a rematch, or throwing Rump Thump another bone, bring it on. Mr. 1859 is here to entertain, and there isn't anybody in that locker room up to the task of taking the OVW championship belt from around his waist.
Match #5
Mike Hayes, Paredyse & Ryan Howe vs Ali Vaez, Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker
Mike Hayes, Paredyse & Ryan Howe defeat Ali Vaez, Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker @ 9:26 when Hayes made Locker tap to the Liberty Lock. A successful return for Hayes after spending a couple months on the shelf due to injury. Despite being in the same match, Vaez avoids spending any time in the ring with Hayes. A near instance came when Locker was looking to Vaez, but seeing Hayes take the hot tag across the way, he balked at the idea. Instead Locker would be left to take the submission move from Hayes and have no choice but to tap out. Hayes challenged Vaez to get into the ring after the match, but The Blacklist leader had no interest. He told Hayes he's saving himself for King of The Valley.
Next week, Chase Owens vs Jason Kincaid in a Saturday Night Special rematch. TerreMex, The Wild Boyz, and The Fabulous Freebodies will take to the ring once more looking to determine a #1 contender after The Blacklist ruined the match earlier tonight. Plus more news on Fall Brawl and Rage In The Cage. For Dean Hill, Gilbert Corsey saying so long until next week.
Websclusive match #1
Solo Darling defeats Deonna Purrazzo @ 5:18 via pinfall after the Rapture Plex. Big win for the sugar crazed femme fatale. She will be in action on the next TV against Jessie Belle, a big match with Belle looking to get a World Title shot at Darling's sometimes tag team partner in The Buddy System, Heidi Lovelace.
Websclusive match #2
King of The Valley Qualifying match
Rump Thump defeats Elvis Pridemoore @ 5:32 via pinfall after the butt butt. This was a qualifier for the King of The Valley ladder match, making Rump the 4th wrestler in the match alongside Robbie Walker, Melvin Maximus, and Ali Vaez. After a close call last week against champion Cliff Compton on TV, a win in the ladder match gives him the guaranteed shot and with an added element of surprise, it could be enough for Rump Thump to become an unlikely OVW Heavyweight champion.
