Dean Hill is still out, recovering from the F5 at the hands of Brock Lesnar, and The Pope Elijah Burke joins in his place. Tonight, expect fallout from this past Saturday. Burke says it was a big night, but with results come consequences and we could be in store for that right here over the hour. In the ring ...
- Chase Owens vs Jeremiah Plunkett in a Rage In The Cage rematch
- Paredyse vs the undefeated Mario Bokara
- The King of Knoxville Shane Williams makes his OVW TV in ring debut
Also the new Tag Team champions TerreMex will join us for some comments. But first up ...
The Danger Zone
Guest: Danny Davis
Timmy Danger: "That's right! All you people, shut up so I can talk out here! Last Saturday, Rage In The Cage, people probably thought it would be out with the old and in with the new. But Global Force Wrestling went down in defeat and Danny Davis sent Jeff Jarrett packing. So right now I want to bring out the architect of that winning War Games team, the man who put it all together. The reason you all are here today! I'm talking Danny Davis!"
And with that, Davis comes out to a mixed reaction from the fans. Some are cheering, some are booing for his recent acts. Gilbert says that he had been defending his actions as necessary acts of war, but some on his team, specifically Jamin Olivencia, felt differently. Pope says he can see both sides, but it will be interesting to see where Davis stands now that the smoke has cleared.
Timmy Danger: "Danny Davis. First off, congratulations dawg. Because of you, we don't ever have to worry about or hear those 3 letters again. GFW, Global Force Wrestling, at least around these parts, is history! Ok though, what now? What's next for OVW and more specifically yourself?"
Danny Davis: "Thank you Timmy. I'm glad you asked that. First thing's first, I can assure everybody watching that you will never, ever see Jeff Jarrett here again! I gave him an open ended invitation and I realize now that it was a mistake. We went back many years and I had hoped that he could have brought some of the talents here to the next level. That's ultimately what I want for all those wrestlers. But instead, he made it personal, and he tried to put me down. No way am I going to stand by for that. So he's gone. Go to Las Vegas, run some low rent excuse that passes for wrestling around there with tapings that will never air. You'll fit right in. But don't come back to my house pal! Ever!"
Timmy Danger: "What about the others? You got TV champion Adam Revolver, you got Nick Dinsmore, and you got Rob Conway. If I were you, all 3 would be fired."
Danny Davis: "You know, that doesn't sound like a bad idea! But I like to keep my friends close, and my enemies even closer. That way, I can make their lives a living nightmare!"
Timmy Danger: "And you were The Nightmare Danny Davis, so it's fitting."
Danny Davis: "Was? I still am and I always will be. Those 3 are fixing to find it out first hand, starting tonight. Adam Revolver. TV champion. First thing's first, Mary Jane. Your valet. Your working girl. Whatever you want to call her. She likes to move from man to man it seems. Well move on from here because as of now, you're fired! She's gone. And Revolver, I hope you shine that belt up real nice because you'll be defending it tonight, next in fact, against the #1 contender, Dylan Bostic!"
Timmy Danger: "That's huge! Right here, tonight, Dylan Bostic vs Adam Revolver for the TV Title!"
Danny Davis: "Oh yeah. And speaking of supporters on Team Davis, he's not here tonight, but Marcus Anthony, as far as I'm concerned he is now the new #1 contender for the OVW Title! Longerst reigning champion in history, let's see the belt back around his waist! And as for Nick & Rob, you know ..."
Danny trails off because from the back come Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway. They enter the ring, looking not for a fight, but seemingly something else. Davis looks on as Conway requests the mic.
Rob Conway: "Danny, can I just say what an honor it is to be out here with you. You know, I never had any doubts that you would eliminate Jeff Jarrett. He was a cancer that needed to go and you put together a team that put the boots to him. I commend you for that. Me & Nick though, we were just brainwashed by him. He had us do things that we realize now were just ... immoral! You're like a father to us and we would never bite the hand that feeds us."
Nick Dinsmore: "Yeah Danny. I mean I know I came out here and said I sold out and this and that, but you have to believe me. I never meant it. I was doing it for you! I knew that I would light a fire in you that hasn't been there in years. I love being a trainer around here. Everything I said with Jarrett was just a lie. I am all about tomorrow's superstars today. All about OVW."
Rob Conway: "We both are! And I just hope that we can look past this and I still have my shot at John Cena and the North American Title at Fall Brawl."
The 2 seem overly apologetic but Gilbert & Pope question their sincerity on the matter. It doesn't look like Danny Davis is buying it either.
Danny Davis: "Have some self respect. You think I'm going to buy that line of bull? You can't have it both ways here. You win, Jarrett gives you some life of luxary. You lose, and look at him now. He skips town and the 2 of you are left to suffer. Live with it boys. But live with it with some self respect dammit! Stop groveling like children. Makes me sick!"
Nick Dinsmore: "Are you gonna fire us?"
Danny Davis: "Am I? No, I will not fire either one of you."
Rob Conway: "What about my title shot? Is it being ... taken away?"
Danny Davis: "Your shot at John Cena, even though I don't think you deserve it and I seriously question how you even got it ... you still have it."
The 2 look relieved as Conway pumps his fist at that news. They both thank Danny. He nods as they go to leave the ring thinking everything is just forgotten and it's back to normal.
Danny Davis: "BUT. Don't think I'll forget about this. Adam Revolver, that bothered me. The 2 of you? It pissed me off. It was like a dagger through the heart. So if you think I'm just going to forget about this and move, think again. You 2 owe me a debt you can never repay for what you did. But I'll be damned if I still won't make you work for it. Scrubbing toilets, working concessions, cleaning up after a show, ring crew duty ... I'm talking the dirty work. When I say jump, you 2 say how high. And if you question anything, you're gone! Your only saving grace Conway is if you somehow beat Cena at the PPV, so you'd better make sure you're in top form at Fall Brawl."
Danger interrupts him.
Timmy Danger: "That's all well and good Danny. What about Jamin Olivencia though? I wanna know about the man on your team that you led astray."
Danny Davis: "Put yourself in check right now! I led him astray? I did what was necessary! I mean look at where things stand now. We won the War Games! Is that not what matters? What it was all about?"
Timmy Danger: "Far be it from me to be a Jamin Olivencia supporter because I'm not. I just want to know where things stand. You're rewarding Dylan Bostic, rewarding Marcus Anthony, no word on Jamin Olivencia though in all that."
Danny Davis: "Where things stand are that I want and expect an apology out of him. And I expect it tonight! And you know what? Nick. Rob. Make yourselves useful. Just in case I don't get that apology, you'll have your first assignment. A handicap match. Nick Dinsmore, Rob Conway, The Lords of The Ring. If Jamin Olivencia does not apologize to me for his actions, I want the 2 of you to go in that ring and make him apologize. I want him to be sorry that he ever questioned my methods. And if he's not sorry, then the methods continue until I get that apology out of him. He might have Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles to worry about at Fall Brawl, but he's got me to worry about right here, right now. The choice is yours Jamin, I just hope you make the right one."
Davis goes to exit the ring, but stops and orders The Lords of The Ring hold the ropes open for him. They give pause as if taken back, but Danny points with authority to the ropes, leading them to quickly get in position and hold the ropes open. It looks like the Danny Davis of recent weeks may be the new Danny Davis. The question now becomes, will Jamin Olivencia apologize? Or will he be ordered to face The Lords of The Ring tonight in a handicap match?

Ringside interview w/ Ali Vaez
Terry Boddie is joined by The Blacklist leader. Vaez says that Rage In The Cage saw the biggest travesty in OVW, no, wrestling history! He should be the King of The Valley right now but because Jim Cornette put Rudy Switchblade in the match at the last minute, an undeserving traitor has the briefcase. With that, Rudo Raul Lamotta is brought out. Vaez asks him to repeat what he told him. Lamotta says that the man who attacked him backstage was Switchblade himself! Vaez says there you have it. The time is now to strip Switchblade of the briefcase, and give it to the deserving winner, the man who had his hands on it at the end, Ali Vaez!
Match #1
TV championship match
Dylan Bostic vs Adam Revolver (c)
Dylan Bostic defeats TV champion Adam Revolver to win the title @ 9:28 via pinfall after the backstabber. The champion was out with no sign of the now fired Mary Jane as he faced his punishment for War Games. Bostic was seconded by Ray Lynn and the 2 had a good back and forth match. Revolver looked to steal the win early as he cradled Bostic in the corner with his feet on the ropes for added leverage, but Ray Lynn alerted the referee, stopping him at the 2 count. Revolver would keep the pressure on, but out of nowhere, Bostic managed to duck Revolver and leap up with the knees into the back, falling back with his finisher. A 3 count later, and there was a new TV champion as Dylan Bostic finally does it! Almost a year to the day he lost the title to Metal Master, Bostic regains it as he looks to bring some much needed honor back to the championship with it out of the hands of Revolver.

Backstage Arrival
Jamin Olivencia is shown entering the building. Head referee Chris Sharpe approaches him to let him know that Danny Davis was out in the ring earlier, demanding an apology from him. Jamin was surprised by this and said if anybody deserves an apology here, it's him from Danny Davis. Sharpe added that in that case, he's ordered Olivencia vs Rob Conway & Nick Dinsmore tonight in a handicap match to beat an apology out of him. Olivencia bites his tongue and then adds that he has to message for Danny Davis. If he has a problem with him and wants an apology, maybe he should do something about it himself in the ring. Jamin walks away.
Match #2
Ram Jam vs Shane Williams
Shane Williams defeats Ram Jam @ 3:15 via pinfall after a flying fist drop from the middle rope. A regal entry is given to The King of Knoxville, joined by Queen Taylor. The 2 arrive to the Davis Arena on a throne carried by several trainees from the school. Gilbert compares the entrance to Randy Savage or something, while Pope says if Williams thinks he's in the same league as the Macho Man, he's living on another planet. Williams then takes a win in his TV debut after defeating Moose at Rage In The Cage as Ram Jam is unable to pull out the upset here. Williams looks good early on, but Pope says that he looks forward to the day when he can show this wannabe that a Pope is always greater than a King.

Ringside interview w/ TerreMex
Terry Boddie is joined by the new Tag Team champions. The Mexicutioner says that it's good to finally have the belts off The Congregation and their 3 man rules. The fans here finally have champions they can be proud of and champions they can believe in. Randy Terrez adds that it wasn't easy, but they won the gauntlet. He's sure that The Congregation will have some excuse ready so they're gonna beat them to it. If they want the rematch, just say it and TerreMex will be ready, willing, and able. And if any other tag team out there wants to try them, go ahead because they will be fighting champions.
Match #3
Paredyse vs Mario Bokara
Mario Bokara defeats Paredyse @ 5:06 via tap out to the standing Fujiwara armbar submission. For those keeping score Paredyse easily sets the time record for a Bokara opponent, but still meets the same fate in what has to be the Croatian's biggest TV win so far. Paredyse is a former Tag Team and TV champion here, so making him tap is no easy accomplishment. The unorthdox one gets in some offense, but it is like it only makes Bokara stronger. Like he feeds off it. With the win, Bokara moves to 10-0 to start his career here as he follows up on the destruction of Daniel Puder at Rage In The Cage.
Not content with the win, Bokara grabs Paredyse after the match and locks in the submission hold again. As with Puder, Bokara goes for the pop of the arm, getting it. The referee throws up the dreaded X, a commonplace in Bokara matches. He again drapes the Croatian flag over his shoulders and stands on the middle rope with arms extended. Plain and simply, can anybody stop him in OVW? Pope says he's moving up the ranks fast and it won't be long before he knows he'll have to look him in the eyes, and with Bokara's killer instinct, it is not something to be looking forward to.

Chase Owens video
Before the next match, a short video airs to highlight Owens' unique and innovative offense as he prepares to step up for his biggest match to date here in the NWA, a World Junior Heavyweight Title shot at Neville on PPV.
Match #4
Chase Owens vs Jeremiah Plunkett
Chase Owens defeats Jeremiah Plunkett @ 7:32 via pinfall after the Roaring Elbow. Rage In The Cage rematch, but little differs as the result stays the same. Plunkett was able to connect with the Killshot, but got cocky with the cover. Rather than a quick pin, he takes his time and gets arrogant, going for a 1 finger defeat. Owens manages to kick out to Plunkett's shock before making a comeback. The finish comes with Plunkett reversing a go behind into the ropes, but Owens holds on. As Plunkett rolls back and stands, he gets met with the discus elbow from Owens to put him away for the 3 count. Owens is on a roll as he heads into Fall Brawl on the 25th and a chance to become the World Junior Heavyweight champion against Neville.

Ringside interview w/ Cliff Compton
Terry Boddie is joined by the OVW champion. Compton says that while he didn't unmask that nothing wannabe Matt Classic, he still beat him. That right there should prove it's Colt Cabana because Cabana is a loser like that, and now after the loss, out of his life for good. Rather than focus on the OVW Title though, he wants to do something great. Something that would put his name with the elite. Next week, he's challenging new TV champion Dylan Bostic so that he can hold the Heavyweight Title, and the TV Title. A duel champion. That assumes Bostic has the guts to accept of course.
Jamin Olivencia vs Rob Conway & Nick Dinsmore
Jamin Olivencia fought Rob Conway & Nick Dinsmore to a no contest @ 0:51. Little adherence to rules in this handicap match as both wrestlers were in there at the same time. Olivencia fought them off early, but the numbers were too much. Danny Davis would come out with a mic in hand and order that the match be stopped as The Lords of The Ring took control of the action. Davis told them to hold up Olivencia for him.
Danny Davis: "So if I have a problem, I should do something about it myself? No problem for me. I think the problem's for you! So what's it going to be Jamin? Do you apologize or not?"
Olivencia refuses to do so and gets a beatdown for it. They punch him down, kick him, only to pull him back up to his knees for Davis to speak again.
Danny Davis: "Now let me ask you again Jamin. I'm not asking, I'm demanding an apology from you. We can do this the easy way, or we can do it the hard way."
Jamin still refuses as Conway & Dinsmore hit him back down to the mat. Pope has seen enough of this and stands up from commentary. Gilbert warns him on what he's about to do as you don't want to cross the boss here. Pope says some things are more important than that as he takes off his headset. Conway & Dinsmore keep on kicking but into the ring slides Elijah Burke to a pop! Dinsmore turns his attention to him with a right that Pope blocks and decks him in return. Conway tries but meets a similar fate. Davis exits the ring, eventually joined by his new cronies. Burke checks on Olivencia.
Danny Davis: "Big mistake Pope. BIG mistake. You know, I almost forgot who I was dealing with here. You 2 are all buddy-buddy, aren't you? You like to be such great friends out here? Well a year ago after Rage In The Cage, you 2 were almost at each other's throats. Jamin Olivencia, the new OVW champion ... Elijah Burke, King of The Valley. The fans never got that match, so you know what I'm gonna do? Next week Jamin, how's about a last minute tune up for AJ Styles and Brock Lesnar? No, it won't be the 2 of you against The Lords of The Ring. Forget that idea. Next week, I wanna see ... hmmmm ... Jamin Olivencia ... 1 on 1 ... with you Pope! That's right. And just so you have no ideas about going easy on each other, if you win Pope? You get a shot at Cliff Compton and the OVW Title at the November Saturday Night Special. The rematch you never got for the belt you shouldn't have lost. And if you lose? You'll never get another shot again pal. I hope you 2 beat the living hell out of each other!"
Burke gives Davis a dirty look, but doesn't shoot down the idea at the same time. Olivencia stands at the ropes, and next week could be a problem for him. Only 4 days before Fall Brawl and the chance of a lifetime, and now rather than preparing for AJ Styles and Brock Lesnar, Olivencia must first prepare for Elijah Burke, who has been given incentive to not only put up a fight, but go all in for the win. If Danny Davis was over the edge before, he's now embracing it. For The Pope in the ring, Gilbert Corsey saying so long until next week.
Websclusive match #1
Adam Wylde defeats Wes Connors @ 5:40 via pinfall after Trouble In Paradise. The first match in the 2015 Future Talent Showcase Tournament. Both wrestlers put forth a good showing, but it is Wylde who pulls out the win to advance after a jumping corkscrew roundhouse kick. New addition this year sees the wrestlers carrying mentors, and rather than a TV Title match, the winners get a Tag Team Title match. Wylde is seconded by Robbie Walker in his corner, while Connors has Jason Kincaid with him. Post match sees Kincaid just leave as Walker congratulated both wrestlers on the match.
Websclusive match #2
The Wild Boyz defeat Dapper Dan & Elvis Pridemoore @ 5:24 when Eddie Diamond made Elvis Pridemoore tap out to the Crossfire Crossface. The makeshift duo looked to prove that their defeat at the hands of The Wild Boyz in the gauntlet match at Rage In The Cage was simply a fluke, but again came up short as they were unable to reverse their fortunes. After the match, Dapper Dan put an end to the short lived partnership as he hit Elvis with his German suplex and proclaimed himself the real mayor of Suplex city. Not the first time he has made comments that might draw the ire of Brock Lesnar should he find out.
