The Chicago Power Hour starts up with the vintage style opening montage that highlights the stars of the grapple group with shots of John Cena, Adam Cole, Trevor Lee, Shane Hollister and Tomasso Ciampa in action.
The show starts with "the Windy City recap" a brief review of last week's episode as Daryck St Holmes and guest colour today, Sugar Dunkerton run the voice overs;
- Shane Hollister steals one against Tomassao Ciampa, with a pre-match assist from the debuting Marcus Crane
- Raven plants Masters champion Jerry Lawler with an Evenflow DDT on the outside to cause him a countout loss to Devon Storm, which lead to the King warning Storm & Ace Darling that he will be bringing some old friends the Rock N'Roll Express with him this week!
- Adam Cole and John Cena go at it in the highly anticipated championship match. Dunkerton says he's had dealings with Cena in the past and he doesn't have much time for him, but he has to admit that it was a great championship match and either man could have walked away the winner. Holmes says it was the champion who got the win, and he did it with a real exclamation point as Cole pinned Cena with his own finishing move the Attitude Adjustment!
- Dunkerton adds that Cena saw that as a huge sign of disrespect and it was John Cena who stood tall as Cena snapped after the match and put a prolonged vicious beating down on Adam Cole with his steel chain, busting him wide open, blood everywhere.
Camera head to the arena as Holmes and Dunkerton run down tonight's card which includes the main-event, a rematch between Cyber TV champion Luke Harper, and Chicago's very own Colt Cabana with the title on the line!
1. Tomasso Ciampa & CJ Parker def. Shane Hollister & Markus Crane in 8:45 when Ciampa pinned Hollister after fighting out of a cradle and got the sunset flip for the win; Crane and Parker last week went at it in a match that ended up being a pure brawl and being thrown out and they went at it again tonight. This tag match was signed after Crane gave Hollister an assist before his match with Ciampa attacking him. This was a very even and heated contest all round but it was Ciampa who gained some revenge with a pinfall over Hollister in tag team action on the Power Hour.
*A pre-tape vignette rolls showing Chad Gable and Jason Jordan, the American Alphas. These promos have been running a few weeks now. This time we see highlights of both men swimming multiple laps, running iron mans, playing basketball shooting 3-pointers and boxing easily running rings around their sparring partners.
Jordan steps out of the ring and says people confuse them with jocks, but jocks tend to abuse their popularity and date only cheerleaders and that's not them. Gable who was cornering, says they are not jocks, they are real athletes who strive as hard as they can to reach their goals that they they strive for. But they have now set a new goal, their goal is to take over tag team wrestling in Chicago, and they are willing, able and Gable to do so!

2. Louis Lyndon def. Will Ferrara with a Running Shotay in 6:05; After the match Cody Hall again made his presence felt as he attacked Lyndon after the match hitting him with an Outsiders Edge. Hall still hot over his upset loss to Lyndon.
3. Ace Darling & Devon Storm def. The Rock n’ Roll Express (Morton & Gibson) w/Jerry Lawler in 4:40 when Darling pinned Gibson with a Tornado DDT, the Ace in the Hole to win this battle of the veterans; Lawler with the help of Express attacked Darling and Storm after the match. With both men down, Lawler took his time and hit both Darling and Storm with nasty Piledrivers to the boos of the crowd; As Lawler stood tall, Raven ran out and attacked all three men. Despite the odds being against him, Raven took a few knocks at first but rebounded to take out the Rock N' Roll Express and was about to get King in position for an Evenflow DDT when the Masters champ slipped out, and left the ring on his own escaping to the back.
*The arena explodes with jeers as John Cena makes his way out to the ring, with a surly look on his face and flexing the big thick chain he carries around everywhere over his fists. Cena soaks up the boo's but grabs the mike and cuts a scathing heated promo on Adam Cole and the NWA, which can be summarised as such;
He thought this was about who was the best between him and Adam Cole. Established superstar verses young buck. But Cole showed him the ultimate disrespect by pinning him with his own finishing move. Cena held his hands up and said he didn't expect that and wasn't prepared for being caught with his own move. It caught him by surprise and that's the only reason he did not win the heavyweight title last Monday as he kicked out of everything else Cole threw at him, including a Corona Crash. Cena said that Cole has showed him that there's no respect anymore in professional wrestling, even in two-bit non-NWA outside markets like Chicago! He stated that he's been NWA north american champion now for 16 months! He's beaten the who's who in wrestling. The Rudy Switchblades, the Kevin Owens, the Chris Masters and even AJ Styles recently at StarCade - but for some unknown reason he's never been given a shot at the big gold bet! He says he wasn't even considered for the recent joke of a tourney they are calling the NWA interim heavyweight title tournament but jabronies like Nick Price, Kyle Sebastian and Kevin Kross got an invite? Cena say's it's all politics and a show of a zero lack of respect for their north american champion.
Now, this flash in the pan Adam Cole wants to rub his face in the dirt and salt in the wounds and do the same, show no respect. Cena said that is not going to happen any more, not on his watch! Cena is going to do what he wants, when he wants, and by any means necessary going forward and that started with the massive and ugly beatdown he gave Cole with his chain after the match. Cena says he's heard that Adam Cole is going to be out of action for about two weeks including tonight, and he definitely won't be on this show or the next one. Cena put forward that Cole is probably getting plastic surgery to repair the brutal damage he did to him, which might be an improvement for him at the end of the day.
Cena finished by saying that this is just the start for Adam Cole and for anyone else if that's the type of game people want to play. Next week John Cena will be in action in the ring, and as someone famous once said he pitty's the fool that will step into the ring with him next week!

4. Trevor Lee def. ACH with an Orange Crush in the best match of the night in 12:10; The 2016 ZG Cup winner Trevor Lee continues to impress. Lee got on the mike and said he is going to reach for the sky in Chicago, their will be no limits and issued an open challenge for anyone to face him next week on the Chicago Power Hour!
5. Main-Event: Colt Cabana def. Luke Harper [c] sliding past a discus-lariat attempt to score with a school boy roll-up in 9:45 to win the Cyber TV championship; Harper dominated much of the match once again but somehow Cabana pulled out the win and this time before the 10 minute time limit with a roll-up out of nowhere to steal this one and win the title! Cabana exits the ring with the title belt and celebrates with the fans at ringside as Harper stares and looks on in shock in the ring.
St Holmes and Dunkerton run down the matches for next week that we know about right now;
- Holmes says he's just been informed that the rematch has been signed, Louis Lyndon and Cody Hall will go at it again!
- John Cena will be in in-ring action!
- Trevor Lee has an open challenge issued, who will answer it?
- OI4K will defend the tag team titles!
*St Holmes signs off and the final credits roll
