Other than winning, what is the best thing about being a wrestler?

Gail Kim - The people you meet. If it wasn't for wrestling, I never would have met my husband. He cooked a dinner for everyone on a show I was on, it was love at first sight.

Ramu Endo - Definately the travel. I'm only 19 and I've been toevery continent except Antarctica and South America and so many countries. Let's see if I can remember... Japan and Hong Kong of course, China, Australia, Canada, United States, Italy, Sweden, Dubai, Kenya, India, Macau, my passport has lots of stamps.

Lisa Cheng - I've enjoyed spending time with kids and inspiring them to be active. If I hadn't found a physical activity I loved, I may have ended up on the wrong side of the law.

Miguela Martinez - being wrestlers has exposed us to more people who love and adore us. Being here in JPP, we have developed our greatest fans ever. We have two fans who send us a box of cupcakes at every show.

Hello Mia and Miguela. We know who you are, but you never even bothered to ask us who we are. I'm Hannah and this is my sister Holly, we're the Blossom twins.

We've been wrestling fans for as long as we can remember. When we came back home to Hong Kong, we were surprised to see the best women's wrestling in the world here. Every saturday the every friday we saw the best action and you two became our favorites. It is so rare to see twin sisters on television or in sports.

We wanted to show our appreciation for what you've done by giving you tokens of our appreciation. We began bringing cupcakes to every show we could attend. But you both quickly became more interested in our cupcakes than in wrestling.

It all came to a head on friday. You were expecting us to give you cupcakes again, but we chose not to bring any.

Mia, you chose to assault us for not bringing cupcakes. We are not defenseless girls and we defended ourselves. You started the fight and we want to finish it.

We have a challenge for you. meet us in the ring during Hong Kong Halloween. If you win, we will send you cupcakes at every JPP show you ever attend. But if we win, we get your contracts.

Holly Blossom - Hello Mia and Miguela. Do you know what that building behind us is?... No, it's not a shopping mall or high-end fashion store. It's Government House here in Hong Kong. you wouldn't know that would you because they don't sell anything in there. We know Government House well; when we were born our father was a Captain in the Government House Guards.
Our connection to this house is so deep. We were christened in the lower garden and our godfather is the former Governor Lord David Wilson and our first babysitter was Lady Wilson.
Our first friends were kids of other House Guards members and children of household staff members.
The only things you know about Hong Kong is where you live, where the arena is and where to shop. If we asked you what was in front of us right now, would you know?
We want to wrestle in front of our friends here in Hong Kong. You just want to use Hong Kong for money and fame.

The flight carrying the girls from NWA east Coast has landed. They have got off the plane and are walking to the Immigration Hall.

AJ Lee - Wow! Busy morning here
Christina Von Eerie - I think four or five international flights arrived at about the same time.
AJ Lee - Those guards look really serious. Why do they need helmets and body armor and machine guns?
Christina - Maybe there's some VIP..... WHOA!

The guards come through the crowd from all four sides and converge on the girls. AJ, Christina, Katie Burchill and Serena are pushed aside as several of the guards tackle Sara Del Ray and quickly restrain her with handcuffs and leg shackles. Several of them pick up Sara and carry her away as she is yelling and struggling.
Everyone in the hall is stunned as Sara is bundled out a side door, down some stairs and shoved in the back of an armored van. The van speeds away followed by a couple of police cars. A few minutes later, the van pulls into a police station. Sara is carried out and quickly transported to a cell.

Sara - LET ME GO YOU %^& %^&* ^(* @#$#%^ I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!
guard - We know you are a terrorist! Be quiet
Sara - A TERRORIST!!!!.... I'M NOT A ^^&* ( @#$%ING TERRORIST

A Senior officer approaches the cell.

officer - Yelling and screaming will not assist your situation. We received information that you would be arriving in Hong Kong today and would be trying to sell a new weapon technology.
Sara - What the ^&*( are you talking about? I'm just here to wrestle!
officer - That's what you want everyone to believe isn't it.... Death Ray. That is your name in the international black market arms community isn't it.
Sara - What the #$% are you talking about?
officer - We already found the control disc in your carry-on bag. How long is the final countdown and what will happen when the countdown reaches zero?
Sara - You idiots are as @#$%ing dumb as you look. One of the nicnames I'm known by in the ring is Death Ray and Final Countdown is my entrance music. Why don't you just play the cd and find out.
officer - You'd want us to do that wouldn't you. Perhaps the cd is the weapon.
Sara - I'm not saying another thing until I speak to someone from the American consulate
officer - We'll find the weapon eventually. Enjoy your cell Death Ray!

As the girls are filing out of the dojo after the afternoon training session, there is two buses waiting for them. The girls are milling about. A police van pulls up, the door opens and Sara Del ray steps out.

Sara - @#$% you you idiot cops.
Serena Deeb - What the hell happened Sara?
Sara - Some idiot told the police I was a black market weapons dealer and a terrorist. They held me in a rank little cell til about an hour ago.
Hailey Hatred - I wonder why someone would tell them that.
Sara - It was probably some b!tch that I beat. Which could be anyone.
Hailey - Or maybe someone you pranked before. Maybe someone you pranked here back in January!
Sara - What are you ta....

Sara launches herself at Hailey, screaming. Several girls keep them apart.

Hailey - Payback's a b!tch ain't it! You've had this coming for too long Sara

The afternoon training session has wrapped up. Most of the girls have left to walk home. Lin Bairon walks into the trainers' office.

Yoshiko Tamura - What are you doing here Lin?
Lin - I've never asked for much...
Yoshiko - You complain and demand a lot, but never ask for anything. What do you want?
Lin - I know it's several months away, but I'd like to have February 24th off. It's only a sunday, so it's not a tv show. I registered for...
Yoshiko - You're the fourth person to ask for that day off so you can run in the marathon. (opens a desk drawer and pulls out $300) Here's your registration fee back. Chen san said he would pay anyone's registration fee.
Lin - Even for me?
Yoshiko - He said anyone!
Lin - Who else is running?
Yoshiko - Lisa, Martini and Ramu

The girls are relaxing backstage before today's house show in Shenzhen. Commissioner Konno is walking down the hall towards the dressingrooms. She sees several of the girls doing warmups in the hallway.

Konno - Kana, Ramu, just who I'm looking for.
Kana - What's up boss?
Konno - Do you girls have cold weather clothes?
Ramu - (worried look) Why?
Konno - We're sending you both on a trip to do some scouting at an amateur wrestling tournament.
Kana - Where?
Konno - *cough*Moscow*cough*
Kana - You're sending us to Russia!! What did we do?
Konno - We want two of our most trusted people to represent us.
Kana - So are we just doing some general scouting or is there someone in particular we should watch?
Konno - keep your eyes on everyone, but, yes there is one in particular that we're interested in. She wrestles in the 48kg division for Russia but is actually from Tuva.
Ramu - from tuba!
Konno - No, Tuva. It's some small Russian republic somewhere near Mongolia I think.
Kana - I've heard of that place. That's where they do throat singing.
Ramu - What is that?
Kana - I'll show you later.
Konno - You'll be flying out on thursday and coming back on monday.

Miguel Sanchez and the Blossom twins arrive at Times Square mall. They head up to the fourth floor and find JPP's seasonal kiosk. A student from City University hired for the season is ringing up a sale for a customer.

student - Have a great day, enjoy the show on friday.
Miguel - Did you sell her a ticket Bridget?
Bridget - I sold her two. She was only interested in a Riho t-shirt for her daughter, but I also sold her a hoodie for her daughter, panties for herself, and tickets for this friday's show.
Miguel - Great work. If you keep this up, we'll have to place an oredr sooner than later. How are sales so far today?
Bridget - It seems a bit slow. I think we've only done about $4500 ($580US) so far.
Miguel - In just two hours! If that's slow, busy will be incredible. Oh, I should introduce your assistants for the afternoon, Hannah and Holly Blossom.
Bridget - Pleased to meet you both.
Miguel - Have a great afternoon. I'll be back later for the shift change.

Ramu Endo and Kana are in Moscow for the European Nations Cup wrestling tournament. The first day of action has the women in action.

Ramu - These girls are really good but this is so different than puroresu.
Kana - Puroresu developed from this. They are very different, but there is still some moves that can be transferred over.
Ramu - There's the girl we're supposed to watch down on the first mat in blue.
Kana - For someone that small, she sure looks jacked.
Ramu - Look at her opponent's body language, she's defeated already.
Kana - Wow! She's quick too. Did you see how she got behind that girl so fast?
Ramu - It was almost a blur but probably a well practiced maneuver.
Kana - I see something with her that I haven't seen with any of the other girls so far. Do you see it?
Ramu - The emotion in her face. She's enjoying what she's doing.
Kana - We're definately going to have to talk to her.

Kana and Ramu are waiting in the lobby of a hotel in Moscow. A small woman gets off the elvator and walks over.

woman - Are you Kanako Urai and Ramu Endo? I'm Lorisa Oorzhak.
Kana - Pleased to meet you. You were very impressive yesterday. Too bad you didn't win the tournament.
Lorisa - It would have been nice to win my last competition.
Kana - That's the wish of every athlete, to go out as a winner. Would you like to join us for dinner?
Lorisa - Now that I'm not an amateur, I don't have to worry about accepting dinner invitations.

They walk over to the hotel restaurant and wait for a table. They are seated, look at the menu and order.

Lorisa - When I got your message this morning, it said you were from JoshiPuroPride. Is that a magazine or website?
Ramu - We do have a website, but we are actually a professional wrestling promotion based in Hong Kong.
Lorisa - The wrestling that is on television sometimes?
Ramu - We have a televised show every friday night.
Kana - Have you thought about what you'll do now that your amateur career is over?
Lorisa - I will be an assistant coach at my club back in Krasnoyarsk.
Kana - If you don't mind me asking, how much would you be paid as an assistant coach?
Lorisa - They have promised me 15,000 rubles a month.
Kana - (taps at her iPhone) That's not much at all. If you were to join JoshiPuroPride, you could make that much or more per week just while in training. Once you started competing, you would be making considerably more.
Lorisa - I told you how much I would make. How much do you make?
Kana - Fair question. My base salary is 9,471,000 rubles a year plus various bonuses based on results and product sales. Some of us get paid for product endorsements.
Ramu - Are you interested?
Lorisa - Very. I have not seen much professional wrestling. I would like to see more before I decide.
Ramu - I have my laptop up in our room. We could show you some matches after we eat.
Lorisa - I'd like that.
