(The show opens with a shot of the crowd of 180 fans sitting in the Sunrise Community Center. In the middle of the ring stood Mike Tenay and Lenny Leonard.)
Tenay: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to EVOLVE 2! I'm Mike Tenay, and standing besides me is my broadcast partner Lenny Leonard.
Leonard: Thank you, Mike. Tonight, we have a great line up for the ever growing EVOLVE fan community. We have our main....
(As Leonard was about to finish, the 8th Four Horsemen theme starts playing as Ace Archer, Steve Corino, Kevin Steen, Ric Flair, and Mia Yum start to make their way to the ring with a chorus of boos. Mia Yum and Ric Flair would hold the ropes open for Archer, Steen, and Corino to enter the ring. They surround Tenay and Leonard.)
Tenay: Now guys, we don't want any trouble.
(Flair would walk up to Tenay and take the microphone as Archer and Steen start to push him back and forth.)
Flair: Tenay, just be quiet. And Leonard, you shut your porky mouth now too. The wrestling god has something to say to these redneck locals. Standing in this ring right now is the finest collection of atheletes to ever grace a professional wrestling ring. These men know what it means to be wrestlers, not like those cartoonish figures that attempt to step into MY ring!
(Flair gives the microphone to Corino.)
Corino: You know, back in the day, there was this little group that I was in. And that same group was tired of this nonsense that you people call wrestling. And on this day, Ace, Kevin, Ric, and myself form an alliance and we will be known as the OLD SCHOOL!!!!!
(The crowd starts to chant “Fuck The Old School”.)
Corino: What a bunch of foul mouthed degenerates you people are.
(As Lenny Leonard drops his microphone and tries to get out of the ring, Steen stops him. Archer would pick up the dropped microphone.)
Archer: Don't give these people the chance to get you upset, Steve. They don't know what's good for them. These thoughtless little sheep are just here because they don't have lives. They are pathetic excuses of human beings who just waste space. Maybe we should make an example out of one like them.
(Tenay tries to leave the ring this time, just to get chopblocked by Flair. Steen lets Leonard go and goes to set up Tenay for the Package Piledriver, but before he even has a chance to pull off the move, Mike Quackenbush, Eddie Kingston, and Super Dragon rush to the ring. A brawl ensues. EVOLVE security rush out to try and break up the brawl, to little effect. This brings out EVOLVE Commisioner Jim Cornette out with a microphone.)
Cornette: Enough already, last time this went on, I set up a six man tag match with Quackenbush and Jigsaw picking a partner. But it seems that you guys of this “Old School” are itching for a fight. So that match will still go on, but you three will be taking on Quackenbush and Super Dragon, and a partner of their choice.
(Kingston would ask for a microphone.)
Kingston: You know what, I know I already got a match in the main event, but I am going to be their partner. Period.
Cornette: Alright, Eddie, you want to work twice tonight, fine. It's going to be Old School vs. Quack, Dragon, and Eddie Kingston, now get out of MY ring!
(Security escorts the two groups seperately out of the ring.)
Tenay: What a huge match set by Commisioner Jim Cornette.
Leonard: You said that right, Mike. And thank god that Quackenbush, Dragon, and Kingston made it out there in time.
Tenay: I have to say thank you to those guys, but right now, let's get to our first match.
Match 1: King Of The Hill Round Robin Challenge Series Block B Match: PAC def. Lince Dorado w/ El Generico by pinfall after hitting a 630 splash.
Match 2: Team Macktion (Kirby Mack/TJ Mack) def. Ricochet/Shiima Xion by pinfall after TJ Mack hit Shiima Xion with The Encore (Springboard backflip three quarter facelock diving inverted DDT) followed by a 450 splash by Kirby Mack, who made the cover.
(In the backstage area, Todd Gresham is stand in front of a EVOLVE banner.)
Gresham: Ladies and gentlemen, tonight, in a first round match in the Florida Heavyweight Championship, it will be Kevin Steen taking on the man that is joining me right now, Claudio Castnagoli.
(Claudio steps into the cameras view with Ares.)
Gresham: Claudio, tonight you take on a crazed...
(Claudio pulls Gresham's hand to him.)
Claudio: I am well aware of the man I am facing tonight. And it doesn't matter what he is hoping to accomplish. This is just step one in my path to reaching the top of the wrestling world. And I know that his fellow members of the Old School will not interfere, as I have the world of The Nature Boy himself. And that is a man that I trust to make sure of these things. So, tonight, it will be myself and Steen putting on a true wrestling clinic, something that these creatons in the crowd should respect and admire. Me and Ares, we agree with the Old School, EVOLVE is too full of wannabe wrestlers just like Qauck.....
(Mike Quackenbush steps into the scene and stares Claudio down.)
Quackenbush: Last time, I first have to deal with Archer and his thugs. Then during my match, low and behold, you rear your head and cost me my shot at the Florida Heavyweight Championship. What right do you have in that?
Claudio: Did I attack you? Are you that vain, Mike? I was out there scouting potental opponents in this tournament, you just took it the wrong way. Now, if you will excuse me, I have a match next.
(Claudio and Ares would walk off camera, leaving Quackenbush to just shake his head.)
Match 3: First Round Match in the Florida Heavyweight Championship Tournament: Claudio Castangoli def. Kevin Steen by pinfall when Claudio hit Steen with the Ricola Bomb. (Claudio Castangoli advances to the semi-finals)
Match 4: King Of The Hill Round Robin Challenge Series Block B Match: Gran Akuma def. Lince Dorado w/ El Generico by pinfall after hitting the Falcon Arrow. (Both PAC and Gran Akuma have one point each)
(In a locker room, Lou E. Dangerously is seen with a tall, muscle bound man with black hair and piercing, souless eyes. The man would be doing swats as Lou E. would be looking to the camera.)
Dangerously: Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to introduce a man that will roll over all of EVOLVE and will start a revolution in the world of professional wrestling. That man is the Russian Killdozer, Zander Creed.
(Creed would stand up straight and completely makes Lou E. look almost like a dwarf.)
Dangerously: This man was trained by the finest fighters in the world, the biggest name being Fedor Emilenko. But not only that, I had picked the finest wrestling trainers in the world and crafted his skills to be an unstoppable killing machine. So next week, come witness the unveiling of this monster of a man. Now get out of this locker room!
(Lou E. would force the cameraman out and then slam the door in his face.)
Tenay: Did you see that man that Lou E. Dangerously is bring to EVOLVE?
Leonard: Sure did, Mike. That is going to be one hell of a challenge for the EVOLVE roster.
Tenay: You can say that again, Lenny, but up next, we have some action coming from the SHIMMER division of EVOLVE as the Canadian Ninja Portia Perez will take on second generation wrestler Nattie Neidhart. Let's get to the ring for that match.
Match 5: Nattie Neidhart def. Portia Perez by submission with a Sharpshooter.
Match 6: 6-Man Tag Team Match: Old School (Ace Archer/Steve Corino/Kevin Steen) w/ Ric Flair and Mia Yum def. Mike Quackenbush/Super Dragon/Eddie Kingston by pinfall after Kevin Steen and Ace Archer hit Super Dragon with the spiked Package Piledriver while Flair was distracting the referee. Ace Archer would then hit the Double A Bomb (Orange Crush Bomb) for the pinfall.
(The Old School would leave the ring quickly as Quack and Kingston would hurry and check on Super Dragon.)
Leonard: Dear lord, Archer and Steen once again use that vicious spiked Package Piledriver and Super Dragon might be seriously hurt.
Tenay: Lenny, you have to be right as Dragon is not even standing up yet. Can we get some EMTs down here. Folks, we are sorry that you had to see such a heinous act, but we have to go to the back where Todd Gresham has a speical interview for us.
(In the backstage area, Todd Gresham is standing in front of an EVOLVE banner.)
Gresham: Ladies and gentlemen, I am standing here now with one of the combatants in our next match, which is the final of the Block B matches in the King Of The Hill Round Robin Challenge Series. That man is Gran Akuma.
(The camera pans out to show Gran Akuma standing beside Gresham.)
Gresham: Akuma, what are your thoughts on your upcoming match?
Akuma: Ah, I am taking on a man who is called “The Man That Gravity Forgot”. Well, he might be one hell of a high flyer, but he won't be able to fly so well if I take out his stringy little legs. He won't be able to fly so well after I kick him in the head. That's the difference between me and PAC. I am not gonna try and set up for some flippy little move, I'm gonna beat him within an inch of his life, and then I will finish him....1.....2.....3.
(Akuma would walk off camera.)
Gresham: Back to you guys at ringside.
Match 7: King Of The Hill Round Robin Challenge Series Block B Match: Gran Akuma and PAC goto a 15 minute time limit draw.
(As PAC and Akuma still fight it out in the ring as the bell rings, EVOLVE Commissioner Jim Cornette walks down to the ring and takes the microphone from Justin Roberts.)
Cornette: Ok, you two want to keep fighting it out, I'll give you both 5 more minutes. Ring the bell, Bryce!
Extra Time: PAC def. Gran Akuma by pinfall after hitting a bridging German Suplex. (PAC advances to the Threeway Dance for the EVOLVE King Of The Hill Championship.)
Tenay: What a battle we just saw there, both men are deserving to be in the threeway dance.
Leonard: But as you know, Tenay, only one of them won the Block and that person was PAC.
Tenay: That's right, Lenny, and as of now, PAC will join Jigsaw in the King Of The Hill Championship Threeway Dance. But let's go to the back where Arik Cannon has some things to say about his main event match.
(In the backstage area, Arik Cannon is standing in front of a EVOLVE banner, holding a microphone.)
Cannon: Ever since I have started in this business, I've been compared to the man I am facing today. They say that we have the same style. They say we have the same build. But tonight, it will be about who has the most heart. And yes, Kingston wrestled eariler in a hell of a 6-Man tag match, but while he was doing that, I was running laps around the locker room. I was pushing myself to the limit. And tonight....
(Cannon loses his train of thought as Eddie Kingston walks into the scene.)
Kingston: I know you and me are about to go out there and have one hell of a fight, but a few weeks ago, I was watching this video. And in this video, two skinny little F^&ks named Alex and Jimmy wanted to call us two fat guys. So, I am gonna pose this question to you, how about at Starrcade, we challenge Alex and Jimmy to a little tag match.
Cannon: You know what, Eddie, I love that idea. I hope they answer soon, cause I would love them to try and tell us no.
Kingston: Boys, you better be ready for us, cause we will show you tonight why EVOLVE has the best wrestlers in the business.
(Kingston and Cannon shake hands as they both go seperate ways.)
MAIN EVENT: First Round Match in the Florida Heavyweight Championship Tournament: Eddie Kingston def. Arik Cannon by pinfall after hitting two Backfists To The Future followed by a Backdrop Driver.
(At the end of the match, Kingston would pull himself up to his feet as Cannon would. The fans would chant “That was awesome” as the men went to shake hands.)
Tenay: We just witness one of the best matches of the year here tonight.
Leonard: I have to agree these two men fought heart and soul for their chance at the Florida Heavyweight Championship....
(As Kingston and Cannon were shaking hands, Steve Corino and Kevin Steen would come out of nowhere and hit both men with chairs.)
Leonard: Oh my god, The Old School is doing it again.
(Ace Archer would follow with as Steen would put the chair around Kingston's leg.)
Tenay: They are targeting Kingston. And they are going after his leg, which we all know he has had history of knee problems.
(Corino would hold Kingston down as Archer would climb up to the top rope. But before anything could happen, Cannon would shake the ropes as Quackenbush would rush down to the ring, a steel chair of his own in hand. The Old School would leave the ring quickly.)
Tenay: Thank god for Quackenbush and Cannon. But we are out of time. Thank you for watching EVOLVE 2: Kingston/Cannon. For Lenny Leonard, I'm Mike Tenay, good night.
(The final scene that is seen is Quackenbush and Cannon raising Kingston's arms as the screen fades to black.)
