EIGHT MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
The Young Bucks(Matt & Nick Jackson) &The Batiri(Obariyon & Kodama) w/ Steve Corino vs. DDR (Shockwave & BxB Hulk) & RockNes(Johnny Yuma & Johnny Goodtime)
The Young Bucks(Matt & Nick Jackson) &The Batiri(Obariyon & Kodama) w/ Steve Corino vs. DDR (Shockwave & BxB Hulk) & RockNes(Johnny Yuma & Johnny Goodtime)
This was a wild opening match with lucha tag rules having to be in effect as bodies were flying in and out of the ring with the ref having a very hard time keeping the legal man straight. The Batiri and the Young Bucks didn't get along as the arrogant Young Bucks felt the Batiri was beneath them, which ended up giving the teaming of DDR and RockNEs a lot of chances to take control of the match, with Johnny Goodtime almost getting the win over Kodama with a mushroom stomp but Corino the mentor of the Batiri put Kodama's foot on the ropes saving his student. The match eventually broke down with the Bucks fighting the Batiri and BxB Hulk taking advantage hitting the H Thunder on Nick Jackson to get the victory! Winners: DDR & RockNes
After the match the young bucks tried to continue to pick a fight with the Batiri but ended up with both bucks getting a face full of mist as Corino smirked devilishly.
NWA EAST COAST X TITLE #1 CONTENDERS MATCH
"The New Horror" Sami Callihan vs. "The Embassy's Favorite Son" Brandon Bonham w/ The Embassy(Prince Nana, Shane Hagadorn, UHAA Nation & Ernesto Osiris)
"The New Horror" Sami Callihan vs. "The Embassy's Favorite Son" Brandon Bonham w/ The Embassy(Prince Nana, Shane Hagadorn, UHAA Nation & Ernesto Osiris)
These two men tried to inject themselves into the main event of tonights show, but instead they now have to face each other for the chance of a title shot against the winner in tonight's main event between Gargano & London. Bonham had an army in his corner but it didn't seem to bother Callihan who came to fight. The match was explosive, Callihan relied on his brutal lariats to put a beating on Bonham who could only cover up as Callihan would stomp away on him at one point in the match, UHAA would try pulling Bonham out of harm but Callihan kept up the attack making a suicide dive through the ropes crashing down on the entire Embassy! "OH MY GOD!" - Joey Styles. Prince Nana looked on in shock as everyone from UHAA Nation to Ernesto Osiris laid in a pile of carnage as Callihan pulled Bonham back in the ring to continue the match! Bonham had some fight left in him hitting a basement dropkick followed by a step up enziguri on the kneeling Callihan. Bonham was on the attack trying for a Bonton bomb but Callihan was able to get his knees up hurting the back of Bonham, Callihan would immediatly cinch on the stretch muffler but Bonham was able to crawl to the rope hugging it for dear life. The match would continue with Bonham favoring his back and Callihan staying on him targetting his back. Callihan would try for the horse collar submission again but ended up getting kicked off by Bonham. Bonham would stalk Callihan hitting a beauitful springboard diamond dust that almost got him the win but Callihan was able to get his shoulder up! Callihan looked dazed as he crawled into the corner trying to gather his wits, but it was a big mistake as UHAA would hold a chair over his face and Bonham would go coast to coast with a van terminator to put away the New Horror and earn an NWA East Coast X title shot! Winner: Brandon Bonham
The crowd was chanting "That was Awesome" as Joey Styles would scream "Oh My God!" with William Regal putting over the match that both men just put on and it's only the second match of the show!
FREE FIGHT
"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson vs. "American Hardcore" MASADA
"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson vs. "American Hardcore" MASADA
MASADA brought a roll of barbed wire with him and a chair, looking to reclaim his honor after taking an absolute beating from Danielson a few weeks ago. MASADA looked completely comfortable as he threw the barbed wire and a few chairs into the ring making it a deadly playground. MASADA looked on unphased as the crowds sang along to the final countdown as one of the modern era's best wrestlers made his way to the ring in an explosion of streamers. These two guys couldn't look more different with MASADA in ripped jeans and piercings and Danielson in wrestling gear and pretty clean cut aside from a beard. The match started with both men going literally nose to nose exchanging words before MASADA would shove Danielson, who would return in kind with a push of his own. MASADA went for a chair but Danielson would step on it and hit MASADA with a few forearms backing him into the ropes before whipping him off, dropdown, leapforg dropkick sequence with AmDrag following up immediatly with a rear chin lock. Danielson didn't partake in the weapons in the ring, using the FREE FIGHT rule as more of an excuse to lay in MMA shots, cutting MASADA with an elbow above the brow. The sight of his own blood made MASADA more vicious as he came fighting back against Danielson smashing him over the head with a chair getting a long two count! Danielson was able to kick out lifting his shoulder off the canvas but MASADA would grab AMDrag's hand biting his fingers like a wild animal as Danielson screamed in agony. MASADA obviously couldn't out wrestle the American Dragon so he started using his hardcore ways to put AmDrag through hell. OH MY GOD! MASADA would wrap himself in barbed wire using himself as a human battering ram, making it nearly impossible for Danielson to inflict punishment on MASADA without hurting himself in the process. MASADA wanted to hit the raining blood(Ki Krusher) but Danielson would block it and with one final burst of momentum throw everything he had at MASADA wildly striking "American Hardcore" before slapping on a text book crossface chickenwing, forcing MASADA to submit. Winner: Bryan Danielson
NWA EAST COAST TITLE MATCH
Sterling James Keenan vs. Jon Moxley(c)
Sterling James Keenan vs. Jon Moxley(c)
SJK may not have a laundry list of wins in NWA East Coast but he's very established on the independent scene, and he's full of confidence coming into this match. Since winning the East Coast title and joining the Antichrists faction, Jon Moxley has looked unstoppable and less than two weeks ago Moxley put a serious beating on his challenger tonight. SJK looked to feed off of the memory of being tied up in the ropes, and falling prey to a barrage of Boma Ye's from the East Coast champ. SJK was super aggesive in the beginning of the contest trying to end it early but Moxley is the champion for a reason and he wasn't going to go quietly. SJK used a lot of transitions from one move to another looking very fluid trying for his leg lock but Moxley was able to kick SJK away following up with a huge Boma Ye attempt that saw SJK catch the leg of Moxley allowing him to apply a leg lock forcing Moxley to crawl to the ropes. SJK looked extremly confident after seeing how fearful Moxley was of the leg lock, feeding off of it SJK started to go to work on the knee of Moxley trying to soften up the champ for another attempt as his leg lock, but Moxley is a fighting champion bad wheel and all. Moxley is cerebral and was able to keep SJK from further damaging his leg as he would try to inflict damage of his own to the head of Keenan. Moxley started to smirk and laugh his evil laugh feeling the match was in his grasp as he went for the double chickenwing facebuster but SJK was able to roll through and slap on a half assed leg lock trying to grind out a victory but Moxley kicked free and came roaring in with a huge Boma Ye to retain his title. Winner: Jon Moxley
Moxley favored his left leg after the contest trying to move it and get some feeling back into it, getting a microphone from ringside.
Jon Moxley: Doesn't look like Keenan was able to get the job done. You people can boo me all you want, realize that I'm not a bad guy. No I'm really not a bad guy, a bad guy is misguided and can be converted. No I'm a villain, Keenan you got in the way of a man that's taking over the world. It's ok... it's ok that you didn't get the job done. Nobody can, I'm a villain in a company that doesn't have a hero to stop me. I think it's about time I...
The place comes unglued as Chris Hero steps out from behind the curtain, Moxley's smirk disappears as he glares at the man who's cut off his tirade. Hero doesn't say anything just patting his elbow pad before giving Moxley the cut throat signal.
SIX MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
CM Punk, Steven Richards & Eli Cottonwood vs. Austin Aries, SoCal Speed
CM Punk, Steven Richards & Eli Cottonwood vs. Austin Aries, SoCal Speed
NWA President Dustin Smith came down and got on commentary for this match watching intently as both teams made their way to the ring with so much on the line. If Aries can win this match he gets a title shot at CM Punk, but if he can't come away with the win tonight then he'll never get a shot at the title as long as Punk is the champion. Punk forced Eli to start this match off as Aries tried to goad Punk to get in the ring. Punk would do everything in his power not to get into this match with Aries but he was more than happy to get in and put a beating on TJ Perkins or Kaz, taunting his potential challenger. TJ was able to get a hot tag to Aries while Punk was in the ring but Punk was able to scurry away and tag in a frightened Richards who timidly got into the ring only to get picked apart by Aries who apply the last chancery with Punk making the save for this team. The match ended up breaking down with Aries dropping Richards with a brainbuster, but before the ref could count three NWA President Dustin Smith pulled out the ref knocking him out with a left hand! The distraction was enough for Punk to low blow and hit the G2S on Aries, Smith counted the three giving Punk the victory. Winner: CM Punk, Steven Richards & Eli Cottonwood
Styles and Regal were stunned by what just transpired, as Dustin got on the mic.
Dustin: Why did you think I came out and changed the stipulation last show? Because I don't want you to go anywhere. You wanna come out here and turn the fans against me and bitch about how I released you, that you were going to make me regret releasing you? Well now you're not only still under contract Austin but now as long as Punk holds the NWA title, you will never get a shot!
Dustin raises the hand of Punk in victory as the iPPV shows commercials for Capital Combat and Octoberfest.
NWA WORLD WOMENS TITLE MATCH
Awesome Kong vs. Nattie Neidhart(c)
Awesome Kong vs. Nattie Neidhart(c)
You have to believe that even though Nattie is the champion she had to look like the underdog facing off against the mountain of a woman known as Awesome Kong. You'd also have to think that Nattie was wishing she could have the strength of her legendary father. Nattie did her best to avoid the striking power of Kong who swung wildly with a spinning backfist that Nattie would duck and hit a really nice belly to back suplex stunning the massive Kong. Nattie tried to slap on the sharpshooter but Kong was able to kick the champion away. Nattie tried to keep the match in her corner but in a bad way as she tried to throw punches at Kong who absorbed some of the strikes only to come back with a huge spinning backfist sending Nattie falling into the ropes holding herself from falling out of the ring, only to have Kong follow up with a vicious kick sending the champ out of the ring! Awesome Kong celebrated as the crowd rained boo's down at her. Nattie used Kong's taunting of the crowd to her advantage hitting Kong with a dropkick from behind sending Kong against the ropes where Nattie would grab her for a waist lock rolling back and into a pinfall attempt but Kong is just to powerful as she shoved the champ off, getting very aggitated Kong tried to go for the kill with a huge kick but Nattie would hook the leg and head of Kong hitting a side suplex Nattie looked pumped having put Kong on the mat and this time when she applied the sharpshooter she was able to get Kong to turn over and in the middle of the ring Kong tried to crawl to the ropes but Nattie would pull her back to the middle of the ring forcing Kong to tap out. Winner: Nattie Neidhart
NWA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
The Briscoes vs. Rockstars of Wrestling(c) w/ Lena Yada
The Briscoes vs. Rockstars of Wrestling(c) w/ Lena Yada
Dem boy's looked pumped for this match with the fans on their side chanting "man up!" Mark Briscoe looked off his rocker but excited to be in this match, while big brother Jay looked extremly focused as the tag team champions made their way to the ring. In spite of fans not latching onto the Rockstars as champions they have yet to be unseated. The beautiful Lena Yada wore the titles to the ring for her boys, only to be stripped by them as they raised the titles in unison. The Briscoes brought the fight to the champs on the outside sending Yada fleeing as a wild brawl erupted between champions and challengers with the Briscoes starting this match very strong. Jay and Mark would get the crowd fired up slamming and whipping the champions into the guard rail, Mark even used a fans chair on the skull of Rave. The match finally got into the ring with Rave bleeding before the match even started. Jay and Mark isolated Rave working over the cut on the head, with Mark was a wildman using redneck kung fu to drop Rave, following up with a crab walk senton for a long two count. Rave was able to kick out, but the Briscoes who have teamed for years were able to cut the ring off, feeding off the fans cheers as he tagged into older brother Jay who picked apart Rave busting him open even worse. Jay tried for the J-Driller but Rave as able to backdrop Jay and make the tag to Jason Hades who came in full of speed with deep armdrags and dropkicks making the tables turn in his direction. Jay was able to catch Jason with snap jabs before tagging out to Mark who came off the top with a seated senton for a two count! The Brisoces looked frustrated as they went for the doomsday device but Lena Yada was able to get involved pushing Mark off the top rope and out of the ring, giving Hades the opportunity to roll through in a victory roll to retain the titles. Thanks to Lena Yada the Rockstars of Wrestling are still the World Tag Team Champions! Winners: The Rockstars of Wrestling
NWA WORLD JUNIOR TITLE/NWA EAST COAST X TITLE MATCH
"The Intrepid Traveller" Paul London vs. "The Whole She-Bang" Johnny Gargano w/ The Revolution
"The Intrepid Traveller" Paul London vs. "The Whole She-Bang" Johnny Gargano w/ The Revolution
This was a high stakes match as one man would walk away with both titles. Paul London came in looking extremely arrogant acting like he's already won the World Junior title, as Johnny Gargano came to the ring with his Revolution faction mates. These two talented young men put on a great back and forth match going counter for counter. London would win the first exchange slapping Gargano in the face and grinning smuggly before going through another chain of holds where Gargano would come out the victor slapping London in return. London would get furious, and ended up getting hit with a spinning back kick followed up by an ace crusher for a two count. London looked to be in a bit of trouble as he tried to shake off the ace crusher, while Gargano would poise on the apron waiting for London to get to his feet. Gargano went for a slingshot spear only to be planted with a DDT out of the air! London would follow up with a spingboard moonsault for a near fall of his own. These two guys were so evenly matched trading offenses in a bout that kept escalating with so much on the line. London tried to come away with a running standing shooting star press but Gargano was able to get his knees up, London would clutch his midsection in pain and Gargano would try for his standing sliced bread variation but London would push him off, letting Gargano land on his feet but London would follow up with a dropsault before going for London Calling! Gargano was able to get his shoulder up and everyone was shocked as London looked on in disbelief that someone would actually kick out of the London Calling! Gargano was able to roll out of the ring and the Revolution was there to check on their leader but London would make a flip senton out of the ring taking out the entire Revolution! London brought Gargano back into the ring and tried for waffle face but Gargano was able to slip free and hit a huge superkick but only come away with a two count! It was Gargano's turn to get frustrated but he eventually snapped off the hurts donut! The crowd counted it out as the ref's hand came down but London was able to kick out! London may be an asshole but you have to give him credit for staying in this match. Gargano would roll London over and apply the Garga-no-escape crossface but London was to close to the ropes and would get his foot on the bottom rope, Gargano out of frustration almost got himself DQ'd as he held the hold on as long as he possibly could. London would get to his feet slowly and Gargano would plant him with a spinning tombstone getting London away from the ropes and towards the middle of the ring with the move. That was the move that ended the match as London didn't have the strength to kick out of the tombstone piledriver. Winner: Johnny Gargano
The show closes out with Johnny Gargano holding up both the NWA World Junior Title and the NWA East Coast X Title!
