NWA ATTITUDE PRESENTS
"MONDAY NIGHT WAR"
LOCATION: The Wolstein Center, Cleveland, OH
BROADCAST TEAM: Lenny Leonard & D-Lo Brown
EVENT DATE: December 10, 2012
Chris Dickinson defeated Xavier Woods, who was coming out with a bit of a different swagger this week. Woods would show off some flashy moves and talked a lot of smack, but Dickinson is a vile individual when it comes right down to it, and pummeled him into the mat with vicious shots, mocking him, before unleashing a series of grounded elbows from the abdominal stretch position, transitioning into the Stretch Plum for a submission victory.
Dickinson would get on the microphone and call out Mark Jindrak at the next WAR taping, stating that he is sick and tired of everyone in the back treating him like some God walking the Earth... yeah, he's athletic, yeah, he might be a good looking guy... but he's also going to wish he'd never laced up a pair of boots after being violated by the mutant freak from Hell!
"The King of Controversy" Teddy Hart w/ Jenna Morasca would defeated "The Punk Rock Pariah" Shannon Moore and Jimmy Yang in a very wild, albeit short contest, which saw some interference from Morasca at key points. Hart would deliver his Hart Destroyer (Double Underhook Front Flip Piledriver) on Moore to score the win!
Hart would afterwards grab the camera and say he wants Spanky's blood!
"The Middle Eastern Nightmare" Sheik Abdul Bashir would have another impressive showing, as he bested the very talented physical specimen that is Kenny Dykstra. Bashir would wrestle a clean match, berating Dykstra throughout and getting into his head. Dykstra looked like he might have the match in hand, catching Bashir with an Jumping Ace Crusher, but he got over zealous and headed up top, ultimately missing his big Sky High Legdrop, and falling victim to the Desert Storm (Spinning Death Valley Driver) to give Bashir the pinfall.
Elijah Burke came out with a lot of fire in his victory over "The Hitman" Caylen Croft, looking to be a bit more aggressive and driven after his loss to Rob Conway two weeks ago. Burke would finish the match off with a move D-Lo Brown claimed was called Ready 2 Die (Codebreaker), which he executed perfectly and it earned him the three count in a short, decisive contest.
"The Black Suplex Machine" Tyson Tarver would manage to survive the onslaught of "Iron Man" Rob Conway w/ Jillian Beyor after ducking a brass knuckles shot from Conway that almost landed on Beyor on the apron, and hitting a big T-Bone style Powerslam for the pinfall. Both men showed some decent mat wrestling skills here, and Conway really had the crowd against him, as Tarver looked very vicious and powerful.
"The American Psycho" Lance Archer would demolish "The Everyman" Cody Deaner with malicious intent. Deaner would try to scrap with the near 7 footer the best he could, but Archer was on a mission and would not stop, delivering the Blackout (Inverted Crucifix Bomb) for the pinfall.
Archer would continue to pound on Deaner after the match, yelling at the crowd with profanities and beating up the referee in the process. He would go out and grab a chair, looking to inflict even further damage, but this brought out "Big Rig" Brodie Lee, who was carrying a heavy looking chain and chased off the gigantic Texan before he could inflict perhaps irreversible damage on Deaner. Perhaps this will lead to a showdown between the two biggest men in NWA Attitude... the look on Archer's face would certainly suggest so.
Joey Mercury w/ Jamie Keyes was declared the winner of his match with "The Russian Hooligan" Alex Koslov by way of disqualification, after Koslov took to choking Mercury mercilessly with the Russian flag, leaving the referee no other choice but to call for the bell. The match started off decently, but after Koslov had been shown a few times by Mercury, the clear fan favorite, and grew tired of his brash demeanor, something snapped in him and he left Mercury gasping for air, despite the win.
Koslov would get on the mic, speaking over the chorus of boos, as he pointed out that Mercury is everything wrong with this country, and that even though he lost the match, he's still much better than Mercury because he's from the greatest, strongest country on Earth... MOTHER RUSSIA! This caused the fans to throw garbage and chant profanities at Koslov, as he danced up the ramp, basking in the hatred, and mocked Mercury. Mercury, assisted by Keyes, got back to his feet, a half smirk on his face as he perhaps plans some revenge on "The Russian Hooligan".
Delirious would gain a huge victory over Spanky in a truly jaw dropping contest, but not the way he would have liked to. Delirious and Spanky are probably pound for pound the best wrestlers on the NWA Attitude roster, and they had the crowd in the palms of their hands tonight, both men working them with theatrics and humorous exchanges, but the chain wrestling and striking shown by both men, not to mention their high risk maneuvers, were what really had the place going. Delirious would go up top, as Spanky was getting to his feet, when out came Jenna Morasca from the crowd to distract the referee. Delirious would hop down and start yelling at her in his sort of language, whatever you might call it, and Spanky too would look up confused. This is before Teddy Hart rolls into the ring and turns him around, bashing him over the head with a lead pipe! Hart would roll out and under the ring, and Morasca hopped down. Delirious and the referee turn, and Delirious looks very confused... more so than usual, I should say, but the referee instructs him to pin his opponent, and Delirious does, getting the three count as the fans boo and chant, "TEDDY SUCKS!" over and over!
Medics come to the ring to help Spanky, as Hart emerges from under the ring, this time he has a chair in hand! Hart enters the ring and threatens the referees and medics at Spanky is on a stretcher, and pulls the stretcher to turnbuckles. Spanky is strapped down and cannot go anywhere, leaving Hart to set the chair over his head and ascend to the top... SHOOTING STAR ELBOWDROP ONTO THE CHAIR! SPANKY'S HEAD IS SMASHED! Hart holds his arm in a lot of pain, but laughs at what he has done... only to get attacked by DELIRIOUS FROM BEHIND! The crowd roars as Delirious chops and punches Hart all over ringside and through the crowd before security can break them up! Hart is cursing profusely, as Delirious jumps up and down, looking like he wants more of Hart! Perhaps these two will be the next to battle!
In the main event, "Magic" Mark Jindrak w/ Caylee Turner would come out to a big ovation as he wins a very heated contest with the vicious "El Mesias" Ricky Banderas. Banderas is no slouch, and was able to get the fans against him by biting Jindrak and choking him, using all sorts of underhanded tactics as they battled around the ring. Jindrak, though, would come back with hard left hands and a dropkick on the outside to send Banderas into the crowd, before launching himself over the guardrail and smashing Banderas to the delight of the fans, but he wasn't done. Jindrak would hop back over and went up to the turnbuckles before diving nearly half way out to the floor and crushing Banderas with a dive! Jindrak would get Banderas back in the ring and ascend again, but Banderas hit the ropes to crotch him before nailing a Superplex, but only a two count. Banderas would leap and try for his Inverted STO, but Jindrak blocked it and delivered a Superkick, followed by a Blue Thunder, but Banderas kicked out! Banderas would catch Jindrak with a low blow as Jindrak tried to pick him up off the mat, leading Turner to get on the mat. Banderas, with evil in his eyes, would grab Turner and toss her into the ring. She would beg for mercy, being back into the corner. Jindrak would try to attack Banderas from behind to save her, but Banderas ducked it knowingly, before catching Jindrak with a Fireman's Carry Cutter! Banderas pins, but to no avail! He then locks on a Sharpshooter, thinking he might have it, but the fans cheer on Jindrak and he reaches the bottom rope! "El Mesias" has had enough of Jindrak and calls for the end, nailing a big Scoop Slam and then heading up top and trying a Frog Splash, but Jindrak gets the knees up! From there, Jindrak delivers a Flying Forearm Smash, followed by a Picture Perfect Dropkick, followed by a big Delayed Spinebuster, and then he heads up top... THE SEX PISTOL (MISSILE DROPKICK)! Jindrak makes the cover, and it's all over!
Out from the back comes Chris Dickinson, mockingly clapping for Jindrak, who looks on and tells Dickinson to come on down. Dickinson has a mic in hand and says that Jindrak can fool all of these people, but he's nothing to a man like him. He says he's everything wrong with professional wrestling... a failed basketball player with half a brain and no skills who couldn't do anything else, so he got a tan, got some frosted tips, and decided to wrestle. Well Chris Dickinson is a PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER... he only ever wanted to be a PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER, and he is the best God damned wrestler alive today! And he says Jindrak can have the fans, he doesn't want them... have the money, have the pyro entrance, have the girl rubbing up his abs, and have all of the accolades, because Dickinson wants one thing and one thing only... Mark Jindrak's blood all over his filthy, disgusting hands. Chris Dickinson is an animal, a beast, and he thrives in it... and he's going to show everyone what happens when something subhuman, something as vile as himself finally gets a chance to emerge. He says Jindrak is a phony... he's not a fighter at all, and he will be broken and humiliated by the time Chris Dickinson is done with him. Jindrak makes a mocking gesture with his hand, and grabs a mic himself, and he says that Chris Dickinson claims he's a mutant from Hell, but Jindrak thinks he's just BORING AS HELL! He says Dickinson does a lot of talking, but when push comes to shove and the fists start flying, he's going to find out why Mark Jindrak gets paid, why Mark Jindrak gets laid, and why Mark Jindrak was custom made for the sport of professional wrestling... and Chris Dickinson is just another bitter little nobody who's trying to get 15 minutes of fame off his coattails. He says he's done with the talking, though, it's time for action! Jindrak then does a flush leap up to the top rope and dives out amazingly up the ramp, reaching unbelievable height, and crashes into Dickinson! The two exchange blows on the ramp as the fans go apeshit, before security comes out and breaks it up, and that's the end of this edition of Monday Night WAR!
