"Auld Lang Syne" by Dropkick Murphys plays over a montage of the events of Christmas Chaos and the shocking events that led to the formation of The Unholy Trinity as well as Christopher Daniels becoming the first ever NWA South Beach Champion. The pyro goes off inside the Prime F. Osborne III Convention Center in Jacksonville, Florida as the announcers wonder what will happen on this broadcast since they haven't been given any matches to announce. JBL's music hits and out comes the NWA South Beach General Member and apparent mastermind behind the Unholy Trinity.
JBL: It's been TWO LONG weeks...has it sunk in yet? Has the knowledge that every single one of you sitting in the arena right now and every geek watching this on the internet are nothing but a bunch of sheep that just blindly follow sunk in yet? Let me introduce you to your hero, my hand chosen disciple, and the NWA South Beach Heavyweight champion Christopher Daniels, and the greatest tag team in wrestling history: The Dudleys. Together, they form my Unholy Trinity!
All the lights in the arena except for one below the stage shining straight up go out. Dark, ominous music starts playing as a platform descends from the rafters with the Unholy Trinity upon it. The crowd is momentarily stunned into silence by the display but starts booing mercilessly when its senses return to them which only brings smiles to the three men. They stroll to the ring when the platform hits the ground soaking up the loathing from the crowd while JBL applauds his servants in the ring. Daniels goes to grab a mic but before he can speak Low Ki's music hits and he comes
to the ring with microphone in hand.
Low Ki: Christopher, what is the meaning of all this? You, one of the best people I know and a person that I consider a brother, how could you believe the words of this false god *points to JBL* and his two devilish prophets *points to the Dudleys*? You could have continued to fight with honor and integrity like you have done your entire career, but chose the dark path which we know leads to nothing but pain loss and despair. My question is Why? Why would you do this when you have achieved so much already? Why turn your back on these people who have given you so much?
Daniels: *smirking* Geez Ki, I thought you were going to confess that you were in love with me for a minute there! You ask "Why", I ask "WHERE". Where were these people when Great Lakes folded? Where was the campaigning to get me back into a territory while I was wondering where my next meal was going to come from? Above all; WHERE did you get the idea that I have to explain ANY of my actions to these ignorant fools or YOU? After Great Lakes went under I wandered about the NWA hoping that someone would recognize the immense talents that have been bestowed upon me by God until I received a phone call from the greatest performer in wrestling history *points at JBL* asking me if I would like to join a new promotion in Florida.
My savior promised me that as long as everything went according to his commandments that my brothers *points to The Dudleys* and I would be his favored sheep and have riches beyond our wildest dreams bestowed upon us. I have one more question for you Low Ki: WHERE did you get the idea that wrestling is an honorable business? You have been shuffled from one place to the next just like I have, did you ever wonder why? *Spits in Low Ki's face then delivers a blistering slap* You will never make it in this business if you fight with honor. Now get out of my ring.
Low Ki turns away as the crowd chants "Please don't go". Ki takes a long look at the ring from the top of the ramp, hangs his head and walks to the back where he is met by Kevin Steen and Super Dragon.
Steen: What the hell are you doing Ki? *Ki tries to walk around Steen but to no avail* Brandon listen to me! Chris has been brainwashed by Bully and and JBL and the only way to save your friend is to beat it out of him and that's what the three of us are going to do. *Low Ki walks to his car as Steen follows him* Silvestry you turn around god dammit and listen to sense. Dragon and I are a formidable team, but it's three on two. Daniels is YOUR best friend and you know him better than anyone. If anyone can stop him its you.
Low Ki: *gets in car* I won't fight my brother.....I'm sorry.
Low Ki shuts the door and drives away. Steen and Dragon look disappointed but head out to the stage where The Trinity has been watching the proceedings on the big screen laughing.
Steen: *points at the Bully Ray* You fat piece of shit. You cost me the chance at the biggest title in this territory, you and your n***** brother *Crowd gasps while JBL, Bully and Daniels have to hold an incensed Devon back*. The way I see it, *points at Dragon* I got me a tag team partner and we have an appetite for destruction tonight. The two of us against the a**hole-proclaimed "greatest tag team in wrestling history" tonight, with no Daniels and no JBL at ringside. What do you think JBL, can you let your little bitches go for one night without watching over them?
JBL and the Trinity confer in the ring before JBL takes the mic from Daniels.
JBL: I oughta fire both of you for using that type of language in this arena son, but I know my tag team is MORE than willing to kick your untalented asses not only out of this arena, but this territory as well. Bully & Devon, you guys take care of these two clowns; and before you start flapping your gums Steen, Daniels and I will agree to your inconsequential terms. This, ladies and gents is your main event for the evening.
A vignette for the next NWA Supershow: Year of the Snake airs.
The All Night Express comes out to a chorus of boos, and they don't look happy at all. Video rolls of The Show Stoppers attack on the ANX following their victory at Christmas Chaos and subsequent pilfering of the South Beach Tag Titles.
King: Did you see that shit man? These low lifes from CPW jumped us, took our titles that we worked so hard to get and then ran off like a bunch of little p***ies. Compton, Cabana, get your scrawny asses out here with our titles and lay them at the feet of the ONLY team in the NWA that can go ALL NIGHT LONG. We will stand *looks at crowd that's booing* SHUT UP! Like I said, we will stand here and this show will come to a halt until we get what we deserve.
Longnecks and Rednecks hits and James Storm and Matt Sydal come out instead of The Show Stoppers.
Storm: Now I'm sorry for interrupting y'all, and it mighta been the 6 pack that I've been drinkin in the back, but did I hear you say that you worked hard to earn them titles at Christmas Chaos? *camera shows ANX nodding in the ring* The only thing that you guys earned at Christmas Chaos was an ass whoopin for hitting me with a beer bottle. Not only did you bust me open, you wasted good beer; and that there's a crime in and of itself! Now Sydal and I would LOVE to be the ones to give you guys that whooping you need, but I ain't medically cleared to wrestle tonight and there's a guy in the back that has a better idea of what y'all DESERVE.
Amazing Red's music hits and out he comes. Storm offers him a beer but Red declines and takes the mic instead. King is on the mat laughing at this point, while Titus is doubled over himself.
Red: Laugh all you want King and Titus, but you guys deserve a little payback for what you all did to me before the last show, and whaddaya know I found me a partner who thinks you guys need a
lesson in aerial assault. You see, the laws of physics, one really, don't seem to apply to him. It's almost like gravity forgot him......
PAC's music hits and he rushes the ring along with Red.
Match 1: Amazing Red and PAC vs ANX
ANX look completely unprepared for this and it shows as both men are taken out of the ring by a pair of dropkicks. PAC and Red press the advantage with stereo suicide dives to the floor and the crowd is fired up. King and Titus get up and start shouting at each other before Titus gets in the ring. Red starts off for his team as the crowd starts chanting "GO RED GO" as Matt Striker dryly comments that somewhere Don West must be smiling. Lock up and Red with an arm drag; Rhett gets up and Red just takes him over with another one. Red charges after this one and delivers a dropkick which sends the ruthless one into the corner. Red backs up and charges the corner only to miss with a dropkick as Rhett sidesteps. Rhett starts pounding on the Amazing one and delivers a delayed vertical suplex. Rhett tags into King who starts working over Red in the corner until the ref intervenes and backs King out. While the ref is distracted, Titus puts some forearms to Red's chest. PAC has seen enough and jumps in the ring, takes King down with a bulldog, and follows up with a dropkick to Titus to knock him off the apron. PAC hits the ropes, jumps to the top rope and hits a 450 on Titus on the outside! PAC is fired up as he returns to his corner and pleads with Red to get up! King is looking for a tag to Titus that isn't there as Red makes the tag to PAC who flies to Kenny and hits a german suplex. PAC rolls King over and springs to the top turnbuckle and hits a corkscrew 630! Red hits a baseball slide on Titus as the referee counts three! PAC and Red just beat the South Beach tag champs!
Winners: PAC and Amazing Red.
Post match James Storm and Matt Sydal come out and applaud the efforts of PAC and Red. Beers are passed around and a beer bash is had as the crowd cheers.
Match 2: Frightmare vs Hallowicked
This match barely got through the entrances and pre-match handshake from the combatants before Jon Moxley, SJK, and Eli Cottonwood come out and attack them! Cottonwood chokeslams Hallowicked and SJK
hits an MK Driver on Frightmare. Ultramantis Black comes out to save his Spectral Envoy partners as well as someone else....it's the ZOMBIE PRINCESS JIMMY JACOBS! Jacobs has a 2x4 wrapped in barbed wire in hand as Toxic looks ready for a fight. Black gets in the ring, looks for Jacobs....and gets hit across the face by the 2x4! Eli SJK and Moxley laugh in the ring as Jacobs locks in End Time until Dragon passes out, then picks him up and feeds him to Moxley who delivers a Midnight Special! Toxic, with their apparent new member leave through the crowd as they boo.
Main Event: Appetite for Destruction vs The Dudleys
The Dudleys enter first and the arena seems to be shaking with the amount of boos coming from the crowd. Appetite for Destruction rushes out to some nice applause and both teams start trading punches. After about 20 minutes of back and forth action, AfD starts taking control. Super Dragon has a groggy Devon and hits a variety of punches and kicks: VIOLENCE PARTY! Dragon goes for the cover when someone jumps the rail and distracts the ref! The cameraman does his utmost to get a good look at the interloper.....and ITS BRAY WYATT FROM NWA ENTERTAINMENT! What business does he have here? While the referee is distracted, Luke Gallows comes in from the opposite direction, slides in the ring and hits the Gallows Pole on Steen! Gallows drags Devon over Dragon and slides out of the ring as Wyatt leaves through the crowd! Bully knocks Kevin Steen off the apron and gets the referee's attention before going out and attacking Steen. The ref counts 3 and this one is over.
Winners: The Dudley Boys.
The Family comes back in the ring, joins hands with the Dudleys and raise their hands as JBL and Daniels come out from the back applauding and laughing at the scene in the ring. Broken Resolutions ends with the announcers wondering why The Family has chosen to interfere in Appetite for Destruction's business.
