The show opens with NWA President and NWA Impact owner Dustin Smith in the ring with a new championship belt slung over his shoulder.
Dustin Smith: I'm happy to announce a joint venture between NWA Impact and NWA War Zone, this is the 3 Rivers Title which will be defended in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The match to determine who will be the first champion will be a four way dance between Dingo and Bobby Fish from NWA Impact, and Ricochet and Delirious from NWA War Zone.
TAG TEAM MATCH
RockNES Monsters(Johnny Yuma & Johnny Goodtime) vs. Pure Dynamite (Josh Daniels & John Walters)
It's been a very long time since Pure Dynamite has set foot inside an Impact ring. The RockNES Monsters were all smiles, but those soon faded as Pure Dynamite picked up where they left off in Impact. Josh Daniels was explosive, using a high octane offense to abuse Johnny Yume before tagging out to John Walters who would work like a surgeon attacking the shoulder of Yuma softening him up for the fujiwara armbar. Yuma was able to slip from Walters making a desperate tag out to Goodtime who threw dropkicks and clotheslines taking on Pure Dynamite as a one man wrecking ball. But Walters was able to catch the arm of Goodtime riding him to the mat and applying the armbar forcing Goodtime to submit as Daniels kept Yuma at bay.
SINGLES MATCH
"Diamondback" Dingo vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
Last week Dingo put on an incredible showing in a match that originally was supposed to be Sami Callihan going one on one with Prince Devitt. The paranoid and haunted Christopher Daniels from NWA South Beach ended up changing the line up after he assaulted Devitt in the parking lot before the show. This week Dingo was on the schedule against the promising young Brit, Zack Sabre Jr. Sabre's last match was a losing effort to the recently released Shiima Xion, so he really wanted to get a win tonight. Sabre brought a lot of high energy, trying to control the match and pace. Dingo was able to stop the momentum of Zack Sabre with a flurry of kicks, following up with the Air Australia, airplane spin. Dingo was able to take advantage from that point on playing to the crowd yelling "Aussie Aussie Aussie!" with the crowd answering back "Oi Oi Oi!" Dingo used the fisherman buster to put ZSJ away as he continues to put together an impressive string of matches.
Joey Styles: So far we've brought you two great matches, and remember tonight's main event features two men fighting for...
Styles is cut off by the NWA Impact X division champion, "The Greatest Man that Ever Lived" Austin Aries who comes to the ring looking extremely sour as he climbs into the ring with a mic in hand.
Austin Aries: Everyone here should know who I am, but in case you've been under a rock... I'm the NWA Impact X division champion, as well as the Greatest Man that Ever Lived. I've recently made the NWA Juniorweight Champion, Johnny Gargano submit. Yet tonight, I'm not even on the card, the main event tonight is CM Punk versus Bryan Danielson, with the winner getting a World title shot at Uncivil War? This show should be all about me, and if I'm not going to get a match scheduled I'll just get my own. I'm calling out ANYONE in the building to a match, right here! Right NOW!
NWA IMPACT X TITLE MATCH
Chiva Kid vs. Austin Aries(c)
Austin Aries was nearly rolling on the mat laughing as Chiva Kid made his Impact debut. The 5'8" 172lbs. challenger wearing a goat mask entered the ring getting in the face of Aries. Aries would pie face Chiva and look to ring announcer Tim Petty asking if this kid was for real. Chiva would take exception and come off the ropes with a disaster kick to the back of Aries head sending the X champion stumbling, Aries would tumble through the ropes to the floor stunned as Chiva Kid would come off the ropes hitting a tope suicida on Aries sending him into the security railing. The champ was in real trouble as he tried to make some seperation from Kid to get himself back on track. Aries would become vicious hitting Chiva with stiff chops lighting the challenger up Ric Flair style. Aries would score with the pendulum elbow for a near fall, looking a bit frustrated that Chiva kicked out. Austin would continue to dominate Kid before attempting the brainbuster but Chiva Kid was able to slide down the back of Aries and score with a Pele kick to the back of the champs head. Chiva looked to finish the match going up top but took to much time as he tried to hit a breath taking double moonsault, but Aries had rolled out of the way. Before Chiva could recover Aries was on him applying the last chancery forcing Chiva Kid to submit.
Aries would push away from Chiva Kid, grinning as the ref would raise his hand in victory holding his X title in his other hand. Austin would spit on Chiva Kid disrespectfully as Joey Styles and William Regal would talk about how Aries is as unclassy as he is talented.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Alex Colon & Bandido jr. vs. TOXIC (SJK & Sami Callihan) w/ Eli Cottonwood
This was a very even tag team match, but TOXIC were more interested in making a statement. The match broke down as soon as Colon and Bandido Jr. started to get the upper hand. Cottonwood would shove the ref down, attacking Bandido Jr. with clubbing blows, Cottonwood is nearly double the weight of Bandido and he used all of it to impose his will. SJK and Callihan would double team Colon before security and some boys from the back swarmed the ring saving Colon and Bandido Jr. from further injury.
CONTENDERS MATCH
Bryan Danielson vs. CM Punk
The winner of this match will go on to face ADR at Uncivil War. This was the longest match of the show with both men battling for control of the match. Danielson and Punk would trade control as well as reversals in a very even match. Punk tried to score with the G2S but Danielson was able to slide down the back of Punk trying to apply the crossface chickenwing but Punk would throw elbows to keep himself out of harm. Punk and Danielson would exchange kicks and chops before Danielson would clothesline Punk out of the ring following up with a suicide dive through the ropes as the match continued around the ring. The ref had a very hard time getting the match back into the ring but eventually it would get under control. Punk wasn't able to block another attempt of Danielson's crossface, and was forced to submit.
After a long battle Danielson tried to offer a handshake of good sportsmanship, but Punk wasn't having it as he rolled out of the ring frustrated with his loss.
SINGLES MATCH
Jon Moxley vs. El Generico
Moxley didn't even try to wrestle a match against Generico, as the entire faction of TOXIC came to the ring. The ring was soon flooded as Generico tried to fight off everyone but obviously the numbers were to great. The crowd cheered as Bobby Fish one of the men announced for the 3 Rivers title match at Uncivil War ran to the ring with a chair in hand making TOXIC scatter. Fish stoof over a groggy Generico who was trying to get to his feet. What looked like a save made by Fish soon turned to horror as Moxley smirked and Fish returned the look before hitting Generico with a brutal headshot! Moxley would climb back in the ring shaking hands with Fish before getting on the mic.
Jon Moxley: I don't think that people are taking TOXIC seriously enough, I don't think the message has come across yet. We're taking over the NWA, and no one's going to stop us. Generico got a match with Alberto for the title, and look at him now. He's the example of what we're willing to do to anyone that gets in our way.
