Managed to find some free time before work to get this show finished, so I'm caught up thank god. Enjoy.
NWA Extreme TV 01/03/2013[/u]
Welcome to NWA Extreme TV. Big changes have been happening in NWA Extreme, with a lot of talent having left, and new stars slowly making their way in. NWA Extreme Owner Magnus D will be starting the show with a public address to explain things.
Magnus: "As you know, a lot of talent have left NWA Extreme in the past few days. We have lost Brock Lesnar, Dolph Ziggler, Homicide, Johnny Gargano, Kyle Matthews and a lot of others. But this isn't because we are downgrading. No, this is because NWA Extreme is now the developmental league of the NWA. If you want to become a big star in this alliance, come here and prove it in the most Extreme Proving Ground there is! If you can last and become the King of Extreme, then somebody might realise your worth a damn and give you a shot, and if not then your a reject like the rest of us. Whether young or old your not exempt or treated any differently, but work hard and maybe, just maybe these fans will respect you, and then your world might get a whole lot brighter"
Proving Grounds
"The Shooter" Vordell Walker vs Xavier Woods
Walker: The problem with NWA Extreme is, nobody is legit, nobody can kick someone's ass like I can. So when I knock Xavier Woods the hell out, everyone will know how real "The Shooter" is!
Woods: I don't have much to say, other than I'm going to prove myself tonight, and get the opportunity I know I deserve!
The match: The two exchange a brief handshake, but it was a rouse by Walker who pulls Woods in and drops him with a Belly to Belly. Walker then starts smashing away on Woods with brutal rights and lefts on the canvas, as Woods is unable to defend himself. He then locks him in a Juji-Gatame, and Woods taps out!
The aftermath: Walker refuses to let go, looking to snap Woods' arm as officials run out to stop him.
Proving Grounds
Sheamus vs Roman Reigns
Sheamus: Well fellas, here I am, back and ready to once again prove myself to the NWA. Everybody knows I love to fight, and in NWA Extreme I have a place where I can kick arse and drink Guinness on a regular basis. Until I get paid again I'm all out of Guinness, so thats bad news for you Reigns. Tonight it'll be the beginning of fella time once again!
Roman Reigns turned down a pre-match promo
The match: Lockup to begin the match, and Sheamus won it, tossing Reigns into the corner before beating away on him with rights and lefts. Sheamus went for a charge, but Reigns avoided it and took Sheamus down with a Clothesline. Reigns then went outside and grabbed a chair, wanting to go for a chair shot. But Sheamus avoided it, charged the ropes and booted Reigns in the face with the chair. Sheamus then heads to the corner and shouts "ITS FELLA TIME", preparing for the Brogue Kick. He nails it! 1-2-3, Sheamus wins and earns a spot on the NWA Extreme roster.
The aftermath: "This win was for all the little fellas out there who want to get in here and fight someday. Work hard, drink hard and someday you'll be brawling with the best of them like me. ITS FELLA TIME!"
"The Axe Murderer" Ace Steel vs Naomichi Marufuji
Steel: "SOMEBODY'S GONNA DIE!" (Steel is holding the severed head of what appears to be a medical official, who had helped him after his match with Cibernetico)
Marufuji (translated): "Tonight, I will win against Ace Steel, and become the best I can be. The most extreme star will be Naomichi Marufuji!"
The match: Steel goes after Marufuji with the axe to begin the match, only for Marufuji to sweep the leg away and send Steel flying out of the ring (and his axe flying into a fan at ringside). Marufuji then runs the ropes and leaps out with a Suicide Dive. Marufuji gets a chair, throws Steel back in and then charges at Steel, Dropkicking the chair into his face! Marufuji sets up for his finisher, the Shiranui, which he nails, and thats all she wrote.
Jack Evans vs Jimmy Yang vs KENTA
Evans: Oh yeah, I'm straight up gangster y'all, and that all I need to beat all you wannabes. And you know this, man! (yes, this is all he had to say)
Yang: So Kyle, you showed your true colours, you took the money and left the promoter and promotion that built your name by going to Impact. In my opinion its no loss, because with you gone, I can prove I'm better than you ever were. When I win tonight and eventually become The King of Extreme, all my years of hard work in this business will be worth it!
KENTA declined a promo.
The match: This one starts off at a super fast pace, with all three matching each other move for move, and after a Triple Dropkick there was a short standoff, with the fans applauding. Evans and Yang flew at each other with Spin Kicks, only for KENTA to run the ropes and take both their heads off with a Double Boot to the face. KENTA threw Evans to the corner and went for a running knee, but Evans avoided it as he hat the corner. Evans then climbed to the top and came off with a Corkscrew, which was broken up by Yang. Yang drops Evans with a Piledriver, then took KENTA down with a Moonsault from the top for a near fall. KENTA got back up and drilled Yang with a kick, but Evans then caught KENTA with a Reverse Hurricanrana, dropping him on his head. Evans went for the 630, but Yang crotched him and threw him off, went up top and hat the Yang Time, getting the 1-2-3!
The aftermath: Yang celebrates, but not for long as Evans attacks from behind, throwing Yang to the canvas, before nailing a 630 off the top.
"The Chosen One" Drew McIntyre vs Cibernetico
McIntyre: A lot might have changed in NWA Extreme, but I'm still here, loyal to the great people of New Jersey who helped me push my career forward in the first place. Cibernetico, your another man who's been here for a long time, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to try and stop your vision of what this business should be from being a reality. The digital era will never arrive!
Cibernetico: Ha ha ha, once again, wrestling's reject stands before you, a man who now rides alone. I may have been bested by my former ally Brock Lesnar in the Extreme League, but I'm still standing, and now its time to get ready for my rise to the top. When I destroy you tonight Drew McIntyre, nobody will stand in my way on my path to the Extreme League crown, and that will be all I need to usher in the digital era!
The match: Shockingly, Cibernetico got just as huge an ovation from the fans as McIntyre did, they really respect him after how he held his own with the animal Brock Lesnar at the Extreme League last Sunday, but McIntyre was also as popular as ever. McIntyre started hot, throwing punches as fast as he could, but after a charge off the ropes Cibernetico took him down with a Clothesline. Cibernetico went outside and grabbed a chair, and went for a shot on McIntyre, but he avoided it and Dropkicked the chair into Cibernetico's face, a move that didn't even knock the big man to his feet. McIntyre then grabbed the chair and NAILED Cibernetico with it, AND HE STILL DOESN'T GO DOWN! McIntyre fires up and nails ANOTHER VICIOUS CHAIRSHOT, and that finally took Cibernetico down to the canvas. McIntyre went for the cover but Cibernetico kicked out at 2. McIntyre then lifted up Cibernetico and went for the Future Shock onto the chair, but Cibernetico tossed him off, grabbed the chair and BOOTED IT RIGHT INTO MCINTYRE'S FACE! Cibernetico grabs McIntyre by the throat and lifts him up, Garra Cibernetica! 1-2-3, thats all.
The aftermath: Cibernetico basks in the green spotlight, celebrating this hard fought victory, while McIntyre looks like he will have to go back to the drawing board if he's to reach the Extreme League.
Wade Barrett vs "The Angel of Death" Azrieal
Barrett: So tonight I have to face some indy nobody called Azrieal. You've been around the wrestling scene for a long time mate, and yet you've never done anything of significance in your career. What a pathetic existence, and you'll fall foul to the Barrett Barrage tonight.
Azrieal: A lot of people are already writing me off, saying I have no chance of becoming a star in this business. But I've been working hard for over 10 years to get a shot, and nobody gave me a true chance to shine. So when I shock the world and beat Wade Barrett tonight, I will become the King of Extreme and finally prove I really am the Angel of Death!
The match: Lockup to begin the match and Barrett tosses Azrieal into the corner and laughs at him. Azrieal doesn't like that and charges at Barrett, nailing a Dropkick which Barrett swats away. Azrieal then shocks Barrett by grabbing his legs and forcing him to the canvas, before hitting a Double Stomp to the back of his head. He goes for the cover but gets thrown off. Azrieal goes up top and looks for a big move, but Barrett catches him, hoists him up and drops him with a Suplex. Barrett then readies Azrieal, and nails the Souvenir, 1-2-3.
The aftermath: Barrett lifts up Azrieal one more time, and drops him with another Souvenir, before posing to boos from the fans.
"The Real Showstopper" Michael Shane vs "The All American American" Jack Swagger
Shane: Jack Swagger, you might be an All American, but that doesn't mean your going to outwrestle me. I have my own legacy to write, and that means defeating you Swagger, which I'm going to do tonight.
Swagger: Michael Shane, your not going to match me in this ring tonight. Instead, your going to get outwrestled, outclassed and humiliated by a All American, American who is going to be the King of Extreme!
The match: Collar and elbow tieup and Shane grabs a Headlock, which Swagger counters by lifting up Shane, but Shane just takes the Headlock to the canvas instead. Swagger then shows his wrestling skill by escaping the Headlock, locking Shane in a Wristlock and even doing press-ups on his back while in the hold. Shane takes exception to this and starts throwing rights and lefts, and Swagger does some of his own as this gets heated in a hurry. Swagger charges the ropes, only to eat a kick to the face. Shane goes up top and nails a big Elbow Drop, going for the cover and getting a 2 count. Shane sets up for the Sweet Shane Music, but Swagger avoid it and takes Shane down with a German Suplex. Swagger then pulls the straps down, ANKLELOCK! Shane has no choice but to tap.
The aftermath: "This is a message to everyone in NWA Extreme, this All American American is going to not just outwrestle you, but outfight you as well. Nobody is standing in my way on my road to becoming The King of Extreme!"
"The King of Controversy" Teddy Hart vs "Supermex" Hernandez
Hart: So that so called big man Kyle Matthews shows he's nothing more than a money man, he took the money from Impact and ran with his tail between his legs. And what about the home town hero Homicide? He did the exact same thing of course. But I'm still here, I'm not going anywhere NWA Extreme, and maybe some of you think thats a bad thing. Your entitled to your opinion, no matter how wrong it is, because I'm money in this business, everyone knows controversy creates cash. Homicide's buddy Hernandez is all thats left between me and total domination of NWA Extreme, because the King of Controversy will also be the King of Extreme!
Hernandez: Homicide might be gone Teddy Hart, but I'm still here, and if you want a fight you've got a fight. I'm going to avenge his loss by destroying you tonight, and pinning you to the canvas for a quick and easy 3 count. When I hit the Border Toss, I'll toss you back over the border to Canada where you belong!
The match: Hart starts the match fast by diving over the ropes onto Hernandez and throwing some punches. He then starts grabbing all sorts of weapons from under the ring, and smashes them over the head of Hernandez. The match gets back into the ring and Hart has a cane, which he uses to smash Hernandez all over. Hart then readies Hernandez for a Hart Attack, but Hernandez moves and Hart eats nothing but canvas. Hernandez fires back with big punches, and tosses Hart around with a few power moves, not to mention using that cane for some revenge. Hernandez goes for the Border Toss, but Hart slips out the back AND HITS A LOW BLOW! Oh come on, he didn't need to stoop that low. OPEN HART SURGERY! 1-2-3.
The aftermath: Jack Evans runs out to join Hart, as the two give Hernandez a two on one beating, and nobody is here to save him. Hart and Evans get chairs, and are looking to give Hernandez some kind of con-chairto. But out of the crowd comes CHAVO GUERRERO! Hart and Evans run as Chavo has come to the rescue of Hernandez, but why? Next week its Chavo Guerrero vs Teddy Hart, with Evans and Hernandez at ringside, plus Jack Evans vs Jimmy Yang and much more. See you then!
