As the show starts, Ramu Endo is walking down the aisle to ringside and shaking hands with fans. She takes a seat at the announcers desk and puts on her headpiece.
Masa Horie - Great to have you here Ramu. Are you looking forward to seeing who you’ll be defending your title against?
Ramu Endo - This is going to be great night of action. I’m anxious to see who I’ll be facing with my title on the line.
Akira Hokuto - You know all these girls better than we do. Who would you put your money on as the favourite tonight?
Ramu Endo - They’re all very talented contenders but I don’t waste my money on gambling.
Akira Hokuto - What a spoiled little spoilsport

Openweight Title Contender’s Gauntlet
Lin gets the huge hometown pop while Dark Angel gets a slightly smaller pop. They meet in the middle of the ring and shake hands. The ref calls for the bell.
Lin and Dark Angel circle around before locking up. They push back and forth with Dark Angel having a slight strength advantage. When Lin gets the advantage, dark Angel uses her momentum against her and sends her flying with an arm drag. Lin gets up and is caught with a pin point dropkick. Dark Angel goes over to pull Lin up but is caught with an arm drag from Lin. He both kip up and lock up immediately. They shove each other off and run the ropes, criss-crossing a couple times before they both go for a cross body block. They collide in mid air and collapse to the mat.
As they are both getting up, Syuri charges into the ring with her eskrima staff and begins beating on Lin Bairon. Lin’s forehead is busted open quickly. Dark Angel tries to pull Syuri away only to be met with the staff right between her legs. Syuri turns her attention back to Lin and continues to hit Lin’s head. Lin is very bloody and almost out of it. The ref is trying to stop Syuri; Syuri grabs her and throws her to the floor. Syuri drags Lin to the ropes and hooks her lower leg between the bottom and middle ropes. Syuri climbs to the top turnbuckle and, with a blank expression, comes off and hits Lin’s trapped leg with the staff. Lin screams in pain before passing out. Officials and other wrestlers hit the ring to save Lin as Syuri calmly walks away with a slight smirk on her face.

When the show returns, Commissioner Asami Konno, the referees, Ramu Endo and Dark Angel are talking at ringside. It looks like Commissioner Konno and Ramu are trying to convince Dark Angel to get into the ring. Dark Angel looks reluctant but gets back in the ring with Commissioner Konno. Alyson Hau hands the ring mic to Commissioner Konno.
Commissioner Konno - What you just saw is an unfortunate part of our sport. Besides physical injuries, mental injuries can be held onto for a lot longer. Lin Bairon has been taken to a hospital and will be unable to continue in tonight’s gauntlet. Taking Lin’s place in the next match will be Dark Angel
Dark Angel - Lin, when you come back and you finish your issue with Syuri, we can finish our match any time you want. If I happen to be a champion by then, you’ll get a title match.
Openweight Title Contender’s Gauntlet
Arisa comes to the ring, mockingly wiping non-existent tears from her eyes and making a choking motion. The ref calls for the bell. Dark Angel goes after Arisa before she can get her ring robe off. She dropkicks Arisa from behind, sending her into the turnbuckle. Dark Angel grabs Arisa’s head, springboards off the top rope and lands a tornado DDT. Dark Angel picks up Arisa into a backbreaker rack and spins her around until Arisa taps out.

Dark Angel is calmly waiting in the ring as Hiroyo Matsumoto comes to the ring with Shae Guevara. As Hiroyo is stepping through the ropes, Dark Angel charges across the ring, dives over the top rope and lands a somersault plancha on Shae Guevara. Hiroyo jumps out of the ring to go after Dark Angel; Dark Angel slides back into the ring. When Hiroyo comes back into the ring, Dark Angel hits her with a springboard dropkick. The ref calls for the bell.
Dark Angel continues on the offence for a few minutes until Hiroyo catches her with a roaring elbow. Hiroyo goes on the offence, using her power advantage to work over Dark Angel’s back. Hiroyo has Dark Angel across her shoulders in a backbreaker. Hiroyo pushes her off in order to land the Hiroyo Stone but Dark Angel counters by grabbing Hiroyo’s head and DDTing her. Dark Angel hooks on a double chickenwing then wraps her legs around Hiroyo’s neck. Hiroyo tries to kick free but has to tap out

After a hard match with Hiroyo Matsumoto, dark Angel is resting in the corner and drinking some water. LuFisto is introduced and comes to the ring with Pegaboo. Pegaboo takes a seat in a corner. Dark Angel and LuFisto meet in the middle of the ring and shake hands. The ref calls for the bell.
LuFisto goes after Dark Angel hard and fast, not giving her a moment to relax. LuFisto is bouncing Dark Angel around with a variety of suplexes. Dark Angel narrowly kicks out of LuFisto’s pin attempts and reaches the ropes on submission attempts. LuFisto whips Dark Angel into a corner then follows her in with a somersault cannonball. LuFisto bounces off the ropes and comes in for a face wash but Dark Angel narrowly rolls out of the way; LuFisto flies through the ropes to the floor.
Dark Angel quickly gathers her wits and dives over the top rope with a somersault plancha, landing right on LuFisto. Dark Angel gets up and slides back into the ring. The ref starts the count on LuFisto. …17 …18 …19 LuFisto gets one foot into the ring. Dark Angel springboards off the middle rope and hits LuFisto with a DDT. Dark Angel rolls up LuFisto with a schoolboy and gets the three count.

JPP Junior Title
Io is showing a calm confidence as she comes to the ring. She is quietly doing some warm ups as Riho is introduced and comes to the ring. They meet in the middle of the ring and the ref goes over the rules. They engage in a staredown before slowly backing into their corners. The ref calls for the bell.
They lockup and Io gets the early advantage, forcing Riho back into the ropes. After they break, Riho fires off a series of forearms to Io’s chest. Io fires back with forearms of her own. They then trade forearms back and forth. Io lands a dropkick out of nowhere, sending Riho to the mat. Io follows up with several boots to Riho’s back to keep her from getting up. Io puts a knee into Riho’s back and pulls her arms back. Riho does some little butt hops until her foot can reach the bottom rope.
When Riho gets to her feet, Io grabs her arm and whips her off the far ropes. Io lands a dropkick, flattening Riho. Io picks up Riho and bodyslams her. Io picks up Riho and bodyslams her again, and again, and again. Io goes for a standing moonsault but Riho manages to get her knees up in time.
Riho grabs Io’s arms and locks her in a camel clutch. Riho sits back on Io and makes some bunny ears behind Io’s head. Io manages to free herself. Riho gets to her feet and runs in place on Io’s back. Io grabs one of Riho’s feet and trips her. Io holds onto Riho’s foot and turns her over. Io turns the hold into a step-over toe hold. Riho is twisting and scrambling, trying to break free. Io pulls her back to the center of the ring, reapplies the step-over toe hold then locks on a crossface. Riho scrambles again but is unable to break free. Riho has no choice but to tap out.
