Its been a good week at work this week, so I managed to get my show out on time. I've made some formatting changes to make it more like what I was doing previously, which I hope will help.
NWA Extreme TV 08/03/2013[/u]
Welcome to NWA Extreme TV, the most extreme show in the NWA. Its only a few weeks until the next Extreme League, but everyone has time to advance their prospects of appearing as one of the lucky 8 at the show.
Out to start the show is Kyle Matthews, coming out to a mixed ovation, with some fans clearly angry at him for walking out on NWA Extreme to join NWA Impact last week. He has now however resigned to NWA Extreme long term.
Matthews: We all make mistakes, and leaving NWA Extreme was a big mistake. I walked into the Impact locker room, and as much as I have friends there and its a good company, I knew it wasn't for me. I knew where my real home was, that being right here in New Jersey!
The fans let out a big cheer, even if it was a bit of a cheap pop.
Matthews: Now that I'm back where I belong, my focus is back on you Alberto Del Rio. If you think for one minute your off the hook your sadly mistaken, you cost me at the Extreme League, and your going to pay for that in a big way. The United States Title Tournaments are slowly but surely coming to a close, and a supershow is not far off, and nobody is going to deny me my shot at you this time. The NWA World Heavyweight Title will belong to the most hybrid athlete in the NWA, and the best wrestler on this god damn planet!
Matthews is interrupted by Teddy Hart.
Hart: Ha, don't give me this spiel about how happy you are to be back Matthews, you walked out on NWA Extreme for money, and I for one am not going to just sit here, let you waltz back in and act like nothing happened. You've let all of your fans down Matthews, and everyone in the locker room who showed faith in you. Just like all the boys who left last week, your all in this for money, you don't love the people like I do!
Matthews: Thats bullshit Teddy and you know it. Your not here because you love these people, your here because nobody else wanted you, you've burned every last one of your bridges and this is your last chance at becoming something in this business. I'm not one to just sit back and let someone insult me, I'd rather settle it in this ring. So what do you say Hart, you and me, one on one tonight?
Hart: I'd love to Kyle, unfortunately though I already have a match tonight against Chavo Guerrero, and I don't want to dissapoint all the fans who came here to see that match tonight. But don't worry Kyle, I'll kick your ass next week if you want.
Hart leaves as Matthews looks on, contemplating his next move.
Proving Grounds
Dan Maff vs Archadia
Lockup and Maff tosses Archadia across the ring with ease, then charges and demolishes him with a Clothesline. Maff grabs Archadia and drops him neck first with a vicious Half Nelson Suplex, and already he's calling for the finish. BURNING HAMMER! 1-2-3, what a way for Maff to introduce himself to the NWA Extreme fans!
Winner- Dan Maff
Proving Grounds
Quiet Storm vs Xavier
Both these names haven't been around much lately, however this didn't show in this matchup. The two began with a quick exchange of holds and counter holds, before Storm took Xavier to the canvas with a Headscissors Takedown, followed by a Dropkick that sent Xavier to the outside. Xavier took his time which irritated the fans, but it paid off when he nailed Storm with a High Knee to the back of the head, which he followed up with a German Suplex. Xavier locks Storm in a sleeper, but Storm battles back, and fires back with some forearms and a Hurricanrana. Storm calls for the big one, STORM CRADLE DRIVER! But Xavier reverses into the Kiss Your X Goodbye, and thats all she wrote.
Winner- Xavier
Xavier isn't done however. He puts the polish on this by hitting the 450 Degrees of Fear, as the fans boo. Xavier leaves Storm lying on the canvas, and while he lost we might not have seen the last of Storm in NWA Extreme.
"The Shooter" Vordell Walker vs Michael Shane vs Naomichi Marufuji
This one starts off with Shane and Walker exchanging big punches, with Walker taking Shane down with a vicious right hand, before Marufuji charges and takes down Walker with a Spin Kick. Marufuji and Shane have a fast exchange of moves, ending with Shane taking Marufuji out of the ring with a Dropkick, before vaulting over the top onto him. Shane leaps onto the apron to pose to the fans, BUT WALKER SEND HIM FLYING OFF THE APRON THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE! The fans chant "holy shit" as Walker mocks Shane with a pose of his own. Marufuji gets back in and tries to take Walker down with a Headscissors, but Walker drops him with a T-Bone Suplex, then locks in the Juji-Gatame. MARUFUJI TAPS! Some would call this an upset, but Walker proved he's the real deal here!
Winner- Vordell Walker
Walker celebrated post match, that was until Chris Dickinson of NWA WarZone attacked him from behind! He grabs Walkr and lays him out with the Brain Drill! Dickinson then leaves as quickly as he arrived, what was that all about?
We are backstage with Azrieal ahead of his match with Sheamus
Azrieal: Last week I might have lost, but its not going to happen tonight. Maybe I'm up against a bigger opponent, and a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, but Sheamus, I'm not afraid of you. No matter how small I might be, I can beat anyone on the night when I'm at my best, I am the Angel of Death after all. And Sheamus, lose to me tonight and it could be the death of your NWA career!
"The Angel of Death" Azrieal vs Sheamus "Fella"
Azrieal charges at Sheamus and goes for a Cross Body, but Sheamus catches him and tosses him to the canvas. Azrieal tries again, and this time he manages to take Sheamus to the canvas with an Arm Drag, and again with a Dropkick, sending the big man to the outside. Azrieal charges and nails a big Suicide Dive to the delight of the fans! Azrieal then goes for a running chairshot, ONLY FOR SHEAMUS TO BOOT THE CHAIR INTO HIS FACE! Sheamus throws Azrieal back in and yells "ITS FELLA TIME" as he goes for the Brogue Kick, BUT AZRIEAL AVOIDS IT AND GETS THE ROLLUP, 1-2-NO! Sheamus goes for a Clothesline but misses, then catches Azrieal when he goes for a Hurricanrana, looking for the Celtic Cross. AZRIEAL ESCAPES AGAIN, ROLLUP, 1-2-NO! BROGUE KICK! 1-2-3! Azrieal gave it his utter all, and almost pulled out the victory of his life, but Sheamus managed to finally put his plucky opponent away.
Winner- Sheamus
Sheamus raises Azrieal's hand post match as the fans give him a standing ovation, and then has a beer bash with Azrieal to celebrate. Sheamus looks right at home in NWA Extreme, and based on this performanc so does Azrieal.
Grudge Match
Jimmy Yang vs Jack Evans
Evans and Yang's rivalry stems from Evans attacking Yang last week, and things certainly started off fast, with Evans climbing right to the top when he got in the ring. But when he dove off Yang caught him with a karate kick, before taking Evans down with a few Arm Drags and a Dropkick. Evans then gets tosses over the top and Yang follows, as he two brawl around the ringside area. Evans grabs a chair and throws it at Yang, then nails a MOONSAULT DOUBLE STOMP OFF THE APRON! Jack Evans: "Because I can". Evans throws Yang back in and goes up top and hit a Dropkick, 1-2-NO. Evans goes back up top again, and this time it proves to be one too many times, as he misses the 630 and crashes and burns on the canvas. Yang then takes to the air, YANG TIME! 1-2-3!
Winner- Jimmy Yang
KENTA vs "The Chosen One" Drew McIntyre vs Jack Swagger
These three have all competed in the North American Title Tournament, with Swagger the only one not still in the tournament. The three have a three way lockup, and Swagger is the one who wins that exchange. Swagger then runs through KENTA with a Clothesline, only for McIntyre to do the exact same thing to him. KENTA gets right back up and takes McIntyre down with a Running Boot to the back of his head. KENTA picks up Swagger, ONLY TO GET DROPPED WITH A DOCTOR BOMB! Swagger goes for the cover but McIntyre breaks it up. He and Swagger exchange rights and lefts, and McIntyre gets the advantage, taking down Swagger with the Scot Drop, as KENTA breaks up the cover. KENTA lifts up McIntyre, Go 2 Sleep. 1-2-Swagger somehow breaks it up! Swagger takes down KE NTA with a German Suplex and tosses him out of the ring, calling for another Doctor Bomb on McIntyre. But McIntyre slips out, FUTURE SHOCK! 1-2-3, McIntyre wins a very competitive 3 way!
Winner- Drew McIntyre
We are backstage with the debuting Karl Anderson
Anderson: I've been a lot of places, and I've fought a lot of people, but one thing has never change, that being my outlook. My aim has never been to make the most money, sell the most tickets or be the so called star of the show. No, I like hurting people, I like kicking the ass of every single wrestler I step in the ring with. People have called me ruthless, cold, a mercenary and a lot of other things, but me, I like the term "Machine Gun" best. Tonight Wade Barrett, your going to see why I earned that nickname, when I give you the ass kicking of your life.
Wade Barrett had a reply
Barrett: "Karl Anderson, do you think a bunch of name calling and talk is going to unsettle me. No, because you see, the Barrett Barrage has hit NWA Extreme like a ton of bricks, and its not going to stop tonight. I'm going to give you an arse kicking Anderson, and not a thing you say or do will stop that!
"The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson vs Wade Barrett
This started off in a stalemate, as two lockup attempts ended in a deadlock, so these two did what they did best instead, that being throwing fists. And Anderson showed what he was made of, taking Barrett down with a massive right hand, forcing him out of the ring to regroup. Anderson didn't let up though, he followed, clubbing Barrett in the back and continuing to throw punches, as Barrett covered up to protect himself. Barrett sneaked an eye poke, and started throwing his own fists, taking Anderson down. Barrett then grabbed a chair, AND LEVELLED ANDERSON WITH A CHAIRSHOT! Barrett poses as the fans booed, but Anderson refuses to give in, getting back up despite being busted open and bleeding big time. Barrett started wailing away on that cut with fists, busting Anderson open even more, and this one could be over at anytime. But the clock was beginning to run down and Barrett needed to wrap this one up, with the fans not behind him. Barrett went for the Wasteland, but Anderson escaped and nailed the Gun Stun out of nowhere! Anderson got back up and grabbed the chair, AND SMASHED BARRETT WITH IT REPEATEDLY! Anderson hen starts throwing punch after punch on Barrett as he lies on the canvas, himself now busted open, and the bell sounds to signify the time limit has expired, what a match!
Its fan decision time, and the vote is in. KARL ANDERSON WINS!
Winner- Karl Anderson via fan decision
What a debut by Anderson, putting an end to the Barrett Barrage for the moment. He's going to be a real force to be reckoned with in NWA Extreme.
NWA North American Title Tournament Quarter Final

RVD gets a standing ovation from the fans, seeing as he is a true icon of extreme wrestling and what this company stands for. The two shake hands and exchange holds and counter holds, before RVD takes Guerrero to the canvas with some kicks. RVD then nails the Rolling Thunder and goes for the cover, but only gets 2. RVD goes up top looking for a Van Daminator, but Guerrero avoids it, takes the chair away and Dropkicks it into RVD's face. And just to let you know, I don't care what you think about me walking away last week, this business is about money and I got an offer I couldn't refuse. Then NWA Extreme offered me a nice guaranteed contract that I couldn't refuse, so I'm back as long as the money is good. The War Machine is going to dominate like never before!
The fans boo as Lesnar raises his arms, he has certainly proved he isn't here to put on a show for the fans, but to earn money, and thats not something these fans appreciate.
"The King of Controversy" Teddy Hart w/Jack Evans vs Chavo Guerrero w/Hernandez
There's no loveloss in this one, as Guerrero and Hart, both representing big family names in wrestling, go right at it with rights and lefts, rolling around brawling to the outside. Chavo manages to one up Hart in these stakes, and for the hell of it grabs the ring bell and smacks Hart with it. Evans then tries to get involved by leaping off the apron into Chavo, but Hernandez blocks him with a big Clothesline! Chavo throws Hart back in and he's already looking for the Frog Splash, but Hart tosses the ref into the corner and crotches Guerrero. Hart then takes Chavo down with a nice Hurricanrana from the top, 1-2-no, only two. Hart then looks for Open Hart Surgery, but its Chavo's turn to toss the ref in the direction of his opponent, and Hart tastes his own medicine. Chavo then takes Hart to the canvas with a Superplex, and calls for the Brainbuster. He gets Hart up but he knees him in the forehead, and Hart has Chavo in position for the Hart Destroyer. Evans is up top and Dropkicks Hart, giving him extra momentum for THE HART DESTROYER, THE LOOKED LIKE IT KILLED CHAVO! 1-2-3, thats all!
