The image flickers on screen, it's Homicide in the face of the camera with his face covered by bandana. He's intense, and his street gang styling comes through in his words as he explains to Moxley and TOXIC who he is and why he's going to f*ck up anyone who keeps him from the championship. Latin America beat TOXIC at Uncivil War and that was just the first fight, this war is far from over!
TAG TEAM MATCH
Pure Dynamite(Josh Daniels & John Walters) vs. Latin America(Ricky Reyes & Alex Colon)
Latin America also features Homicide and Bandido Jr, meaning tag team partners keep rotating around. This pairing though seemed to click as both men seemed to feed off each other, but Pure Dynamite are a time tested team that can mix it up with the best of them. Pure Dynamite were still able to control a good bit of the contest just due mostly to the better chemistry. Daniels was explosive with suplexes while Walters tried to continue the damage done by working over whatever Daniels would start. The NWA Impact tag team division is very deep and Pure Dynamite looked desperate to start making waves towards the World tag titles, but tonight Latin America were able to click well enough and Ricky Reyes was able to apply the Cuban Death Clutch on Walters forcing him to submit.
Austin Aries was in the interview area discussing with fact that tonight we'd find out who the final man is going to be for the Ultimate X match, at X 13. So far it's Bryan Danielson and Chiva Kid, and no matter who the last man is Aries is determined to keep his hands on the X title. Aries was trying to continue to put himself over but was blindsided by new comer Caleb Konley who nailed Aries with a forearm to the back so hard that Konley had to shake the feeling back into his arm, before smirking arrogantly and putting the champion in "The Sweetest Submission" (A boston crab/rocking horse style variation) Konley would crank on the hold until staff would rush in and pull Caleb off the X division champion.[/i]
SINGLES MATCH
Chiva Kid vs. Silas Young
Even though this is his debut in NWA Impact, Silas Young is an accomplished veteran from the midwest wrestling scene. Chiva Kid was still riding the high of beating the exiting Paul London for a spot at X 13 in the Ultimate X main event. Young was able to impose himself on CK, making sure to give the youngster a lesson when facing off against a vet. Chiva Kid is lightning quick but Silas was able to seemingly be everywhere at once. Young looked so impressive showing off to the match makers that being seemingly over looked for so long was a grave mistake for putting asses in seats. Chiva was eventually able to get the crowd on his side, which really helps this fan favorite gain momentum and next level energy! Chiva Kid threw some jaw shifting forearms at Young almost knocking his 80's stache off his upper lip. Silas wasn't about to let the youngster out strike him as Young would change up his strikes to keep Chiva from defending himself properly. Chiva Kid went for a pele kick but Young was able to counter with a reverse sitdown style powerbomb, transitioning into a STF variation that almost forced Chiva Kid to tap out. Chiva was able to get a hand on the bottom rope to the frustration of Young who wanted to show off in the worst way. Chiva Kid was able to will himself some strength again, but Young already smelled blood and looked to finish the match. Chiva was able to hit a leaping enziguri before coming off the ropes to nail a dazed Young with a springboard headbutt, before following up with a lionsault for a near fall. Young looked surprised that the match was slipping from his grasp and didn't defend himself as Kid hit a sliding headbutt. Chiva Kid was in the zone at this point as the crowd was firmly in his corner as he went to the top quickly, hitting the spectacular double moonsault to pick up the victory. Silas Young may not have won this match but he certainly made the case that he's a force to be reckoned with!
FOUR WAY MATCH
Stupefied vs. AR Fox vs. Bandido Jr. vs. Chance Prophet
Since theres been such an influx of talent with no one really "deserving" the last spot in the Ultimate X match, match maker Steve Corino decided to put on this four way match for the remaining spot in the match. The match was filled with talented X division athletes that looked to make an immediate splash by earning the last spot. There were moves showcased in this match that I couldn't name or explain but the crowd sure seemed into it. The action took place in and out of the ring with AR Fox hitting a flipping cutter to Chance Prophet, whipping him violently over the safety rail and into the crowd! Stupefied hit a step up knee attack, rolling through and hopping to the top rope before soaring into the crowd with a front flip to put Chance and Fox back on their asses in the crowd! "HOLY SHIT" chants broke out as Bandido Jr. got back to his feet, all three men that were in the crowd were working and fighting their way back toward the ring. Bandido Jr. would get the fans riled up as he came off the far ropes, giving himself a speed boost as he hit a tope suicida into his opponents resulting in a train wreck! The crowd was hot as everyone was pulling out all the stops to propel themselves into the main event of NWA Impact's hottest speedster showcase. Chance Prophet was able to catch Stupefied in the ring with a bearhug DDT that looked to drive Stupefied on the top of his head in brutal fashion but was immediately attacked by Bandido Jr and AR Fox who eventually turned on each other with AR Fox hitting a yakuza kick that made Bandido Jr do a flip! Chance was able to score with a uranagi backbreaker, but was rolled up by Bandido Jr who tugged on the tights to keep Prophet's shoulders down just long enough to get the three count.
SINGLES MATCH
"Australian Strong Style" Dingo vs. Alex Koslov w/ The Embassy
Last week Dingo was the man to put a stop to the winning streak of Kofi Kingston, and it really agitated Prince Nana who brought in Alex Koslov to punish Dingo for last week. Kingston looked a bit angry at ringside having to watch someone else get his vengeance, but it's Prince Nana's call not Kingstons. Dingo had to keep his head on a swivel as Nana was seriously looking for revenge. Dingo was able to put together offense, but would be thrown off his game as Nana would pick a leg or argue with the ref to give Koslov the advantage constantly. Kingston still looked a bit miffed at not getting the chance to be in the ring but was still obedient to the Embassy. Koslov is dangerous enough and the outside factors were just to much as Koslov nailed a russian leg sweep following up with an octopus stretch forcing Dingo to submit. Prince Nana would climb into the ring clapping and smiling wide as Kingston would continue to pout on the outside, before Nana allowed him to get in the ring and take some shots at the injured Dingo.
The crowd popped a bit as AR Fox rushed the ring, he still looked a bit banged up from the brutal four way but he's a good guy, who refused to let this beat down continue. Fox had a heavy wrench in had, the ones they use to tighten the ring with. That was enough to send The Embassy scurrying as Fox checked to make sure Dingo wasn't hurt to bad.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Sami Callihan & Sterling James Keenan vs. FutureShock(Kyle O'Reilly & Adam Cole)
TOXIC has a ton of influence with it's high profile members, giving Callihan and Keenan the chance to make serious waves in the tag division if they can knock off the champs in this non-title match. O'Reilly has continued to show a ruthless side that has pushed the world champions into another gear, once you become a champion you'll do whatever it takes to stay the champion. Callihan was getting frustrated by FutureShock controlling the majority of the match and went outside for a chair, but SJK would stop Callihan starting an argument, wanting to win the match not throw it away! Callihan would blast SJK in the back after letting SJK take the chair away and the ref threw the match out as Callihan beat the hell out of SJK. Kyle O'Reilly would smirk appreciating the cut throat style of Callihan. O'Reilly would even go as far as help Callihan dismantle his former partner as Adam Cole would watch on confused but doing nothing to stop the beating as the show faded to black.
