NWA Hybrid Pro Presents: Redemption
Six Man Mayhem
Sami Zayn vs Prince Devitt vs "The Real Showstopper" Michael Shane vs "The Real American" Jack Swagger vs Richie Steamboat vs Samuray Del Sol
What a way to open the show. You had 6 top class wrestlers, all looking to prove themselves, including the debuting Prince Devitt who wowed the fans, combining technical excellence with precise high flying. Zayn and Devitt had a lot of fun exchanges here, while Shane and Swagger mixed it up with The Pistols duo for most of this, the match effectively being two different matchups in one. Zayn picked up the win in the end, following a Springboard Tornado DDT on Devitt.
Winner- Sami Zayn

No DQ Match
"Big Rig" Brodie Lee vs "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters
Lee and Masters had quite a brawl 2 days ago on Hybrid Pro TV, leading to Lee putting Masters through the announce table with a Brodie Bomb. And this one was just as wild, they brawled inside the ring, outside the ring and even into the crowd, as the two bashed just about every kind of weapon you can think of over each others heads. With both going all out, this one was never going to last long, and Lee ended up winning this again following a Brodie Bomb onto a setup of folder up steel chairs!
Winner- Brodie Lee
So Masters again won't have been done any favour here, while Lee is proving he has just as much of a shot at Ziggler's North American belt as anyone does, including his partner Michael Shane. That is if Ziggler can walk out of this show with the belt.
Handicap Match, Orton Leaves Hybrid Pro if He Loses
"The Viper" Randy Orton vs The Pistols ("The Chaotic Idol" Matt Taven and "The FN Machine" Brian Cage)
Orton took a big risk accepting this challenge, knowing that if he couldn't overcome Cage and Taven here he would be gone from Hybrid Pro. And The Pistols played this smart, Cage did most of the work, keeping Taven fresh on the apron outside of picking some shots at a downed Orton. Though when Orton made a big comeback at the end, Taven ended up being all alone with Orton for a good few minutes, as Orton extracted his revenge on the leader of The Pistols for his comments when the group were first formed. Orton nailed an RKO on Taven, but Cage is back in, WEAPON X! 1-2-3, Randy Orton is gone from Hybrid Pro!
Winners- The Pistols
Orton is stunned as Cage and Taven celebrate, they have defeated Randy Orton and as a result he will leave Hybrid Pro.
The Prophecy of Azrieal and D'Angelo Dinero make their way to the ring ahead of their match with Karl Anderson and his mystery partner. Karl Anderson is out with mic in hand. Dinero has something to say first however.
Dinero: Everybody knows you don't have a partner Anderson, so why don't you stop wasting time and get down here.
Anderson: First of all, shut up when the real men are talking. Secondly, I do have a tag partner, and he...
Dinero: Oh I bet I know who it is, well Johnny Gargano doesn't scare us.
Anderson: If you interrupt me again I won't be responsible for the asskicking you take!
The crowd roar with approval.
Anderson: Its not Johnny Gargano, I don't care about him or his little "saving Kyle Matthews from himself" bullshit story, he's in it for himself like he's always been. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster but me, thats why my partner isn't a man on this roster. He's a man who's been waiting for a shot at kicking your asses since you wronged him, and I'm giving him that shot. My partner is BJ WHITMER!
The crowd explode as BJ Whitmer, the man who The Prophecy sacrificed last month at Matthews vs Lesnar, makes his way out. The Prophecy look a lot more scared than they did a little minute ago, they didn't think BJ would be back to take them on again but he's here, and this match just got very interesting.
The Prophecy ("The Angel of Death" Azrieal and "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero) vs "The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson and BJ Whitmer
Anderson and Whitmer are about as no nonsense a pairing as you could get, and they only cared for one thing, destroying two members of The Prophecy to get that bit closer to fighting the champ. Albeit Whitmer was more intent on getting to Bray Wyatt or Dan Maff, two men who have wronged him more than anyone else. Azrieal proved he was willing to do anything for The Prophecy's cause by taking to the air and taking massive risks, not all of which paid off, while Dinero looked as focused as he ever has, matching his opponents in a fight and on the mat. Indeed had he connected with a DDE he would have won this thing, but he missed this on Anderson who quickly turned it to the Gun Stun, which got 3 and a measure of revenge!
Winners- Karl Anderson and BJ Whitmer
Post match Johnny Gargano is out again, and again ask Anderson and Whitmer to join the cause, saying they could help vanquish The Prophecy from wrestling. Anderson doesn't care and leaves on his own, but Whitmer decides to shake the hand of Gargano, joining the cause, and he has as big a reason as anyone to want The Prophecy to die. Gargano has his first man, albeit he still hasn't convinced Anderson.
Grudge Match
"The Lone Wolf" Paul London vs "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson
Dragon defeated London in NWA Ring Warriors a few weeks ago, thanks to botched interference from London's former tag partner Spanky. London wanted a rematch to prove that he is capable of making that next step up and competing on the same level as the likes of Danielson, and he got that here. As good as London is on the mat, he wasn't on the same level in that regard as Dragon, but lets face it who is, Dragon is a master of his craft and proved it here. London on the other hand was the better flyer, so he used his speed and his top rope moves to keep up. Dragon looked like he had this all sewn up again, as he looked to go for a Diving Headbutt. But fate intervened, as the top rope snapped, causing Dragon to lose his balance and fall to the canvas. London took full advantage, heading to the middle rope and nailing the London's Calling, pinning Dragon clean in the middle of the ring!
Winner- Paul London
Dragon leaves looking very annoyed with what just happened, as the ring crew work desperately to repair that top rope. London gets a mic.
London: Bryan, I'd like to say that this helped me prove myself, but you know what, it didn't prove a thing. Not just because I won through good fortune, but because we have 1 win each in this series. To truly determine who the better man is, we have to wrestle one more time, and this time it needs to be the epic encounter we have all been waiting for. Thats why I want you one more time, this time in a best 2 out of 3 falls match!
Dragon signals that he's more than willing to wrestle London one more, the question is when will we see this epic encounter? I guess its up to Dragon to decide, art least thats the impression I got here.
NWA Hybrid Pro Television Title Match
Chris Sabin vs "The Charismatic Enigma" Jeff Hardy
Sabin and Hardy have had issues leading up to their matchup, in what has been a lot more of a heated rivalry than was originally anticipated. And while the match largely took place in the ring, showcasing the high flying skill of both men, there were wild moments where the two brawled and things got a bit out of hand. Things got even more heated towards the end, as Hardy came close to winning the belt, hitting both the Twist of Fate and Swanton Bomb for near falls. Hardy went for one more Swanton, but Sabin kicked up and nailed an Enziguri to crotch Hardy. Sabin pulled Hardy off the top in position for the Cradle Shock, hitting the move and pinning him to retain the title.
Winner- Chris Sabin
Afterwards the two looked like they were going to start brawling again, but they both settled down and shook hands, with Hardy raising Sabin's arm as a sign of good sportsmanship. While these two had problems going in, they left it all in the ring and settled their differences amicably.

NWA Hybrid Pro Tag Team Title Match
The Pistols ("The Prodigy" Mike Bennett and "The Project" Tommaso Ciampa) vs The Lightning Express ("Pure Lightning" Josh Raymond and Shiima Xion)
This was a big opportunity for The Lightning Express, a team looking to win their first Hybrid Pro gold after previously holding NEXT gold. The Lightning Express certainly took the fight to The Pistols here, showcasing their high flying skill as well as their mat expertise, plus their teamwork was as top notch as ever. But The Pistols are masters of teamwork themselves, combining this with power and mat skill, something both of them have in abundance, with Ciampa in particular looking like a real force. Bennett however got the pinfall, hitting a Box office Smash on Xion to get 3 and retain the titles.
Winners- The Pistols
NWA Hybrid Pro Heavyweight Title Cage Match
"The Grim Reaper" Dan Maff vs Sheamus "Fella"
These two have been feuding for months, and this one came to a head at long last inside the confines of a steel cage, designed to keep The Prophecy from getting involved. Maff took quite a beating from Sheamus, eating punches, boots and slams aplenty, but Maff dished his own out, and his own power can match Sheamus with ease. Both men were bloodied and beaten by the end of this, they took so much punishment and the fans were into every escape attempt and move. Sheamus was finally ready to go for the Brogue Kick, but The Prophecy had other ideas. Azrieal climbs the cage as Kyle Matthews attacks the ref at the door and takes the key, unlocking the door. Azrieal is on top of the cage, CROSS BODY FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE ONTO SHEAMUS! The fans chant "holy shit" as Maff crawls to the now open door, Azrieal helping him out. He escapes just in time, as Sheamus can't stop him and he retains the title.
Winner- Dan Maff
Sheamus is fuming and Brogue Kicks the cage out of frustration, as Maff, Azrieal and Matthews celebrate a successful title defence by Maff. Azrieal proved here he's willing to practically kill himself if necesarry to help The Prophecy's cause, and that is bound to mean good things for "The Angel of Death" in the future if Kyle Matthews has anything to say about it.
NWA North American Title Match
"The Reflection of Perfection" Dolph Ziggler vs "The Shooter" Vordell Walker
There was no sign of Ziggler's bodyguard here, as he was still recovering from the beating Brodie Lee gave him earlier in the show. This meant that Ziggler and Walker could go at it without interruptions, and they put on quite a show, the matwork was top notch and this was on a par with Dragon and London in that regard. Walker also treated us to some vicious punches that busted open Ziggler and had him begging for mercy. Ziggler used every dirty trick in the book, something he is not afraid to do, constantly pushing the limits since he would retain even if he lost by DQ. Walker wouldn't let Ziggler get away with that though, he continued to throw those rights and lefts, trying to force Ziggler to give in as if we were watching a MMA fight rather than a wrestling match. Walker locked the Juji-Gatame, but Ziggler got the ropes, but Walker refused to let go. When this was going on, Chris Masters ran out and punched Walker in the face, and the ref didn't see it. Ziggler quickly rolled up Walker, as Ziggler used the ropes for leverage and even got some help from Masters on the outside to keep him down for 3.
Winner- Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler grabs his belt and run for the hills as Walker gives chase, as Masters and Ziggler look to get out of town in a hurry.
Main Event, Tag Team Grudge Match
The Prophecy ("The Antichrist of Professional Wrestling" Kyle Matthews and "The Eater of Worlds" Bray Wyatt) vs "The War Machine" Brock Lesnar and Alberto Del Rio
Lesnar and Del Rio both know that if they lose this match, they will never receive a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Title so long as Matthews is champion. And with both men desperate to face the champ in rematches, they willingly put their own differences aside to wrestle as a unit, and took the fight to Matthews and Wyatt on the mat and (more often that not) with their power and fists. Lesnar dominated this matchup, but Del Rio struggled a bit more, he is booked in for shoulder surgery after this matchup and The prophecy ruthlessly went after the arm, working the shoulder over and over. Del Rio managed to make the tag to Lesnar after Wyatt missed a big Splash Mountain, and Lesnar demolished Matthews with a German Suplex and Belly to Belly in quick succession. The rest of The Prophecy came down the ramp to distract Lesnar, but were quickly stopped by Johnny Gargano and BJ Whitmer as a brawl ensued. This almost cost Lesnar as Wyatt ran in and went for the STO, but Lesnar reversed to another Belly to Belly. Matthews is in and charges, but eats an Enziguri from Del Rio! Lesnar and Wyatt brawl as Del Rio goes for the Cross Armbar, but Matthews reverses, HIDAKA LOCK ON THE INJURED SHOULDER! Del Rio can't hold on, he taps! Matthews has just defeated Alberto Del Rio, and with that both Del Rio and Lesnar will not receive an NWA World Title shot as long as Matthews holds the belt.
Winners- The Prophecy
Matthews laughs maniacally as he releases the hold and takes his title, holding it in his hands and shouting "THE NWA IS FINISHED, ALL YOUR CHALLENGERS ARE BEATEN!". There is still the challenges of Bully Ray and John Cena left, but if Matthews can overcome them it could very well be the end of the NWA as we know it. Its another dark day for wrestling, see you on Hybrid Pro TV.
Six Man Mayhem
Sami Zayn vs Prince Devitt vs "The Real Showstopper" Michael Shane vs "The Real American" Jack Swagger vs Richie Steamboat vs Samuray Del Sol
