John Cena: Two weeks ago I was in a match against three other men, what was on the line was a chance of a lifetime. The winner would get a shot at the NWA WORLD Heavyweight champion, Kyle Matthews. There are sooo many men that go their entire career without even coming close to a shot at the most famous ten pounds of gold in the industry! Through the grace of god and the faith of NWA President, Dustin Smith I was given a spot in the four way and through it all I came out the winner! Fast forward... last week I stood across the ring from the WORLD Heavyweight champion, and the butterflies in my gut went crazy as I went to war... Then it all came crashing down when Brock Lesnar interfered and cost me my match. Brock you had your chance, and you lost, last week was my time! I could see the hot lights reflecting off the title here in ATLANTA! I was looking eye to eye with the champ! You stuck your nose in a place it didn't belong and right here I'm calling you out! I didn't have a problem with you before, but now I'm gonna kick your ass!!
The crowd pops for the impending fight as Brock Lesnar skulks to the ring as Cena get's poised to fight. The locker room empties out as Lesnar and Cena go nose to nose with Lesnar headbutting Cena leaving a welt as NWA President, Dustin Smith rushes out with a mic in hand.
Dustin: Whoa whoa whoa! STOP! I SAID STOP!! Now you two guys both want a chance to fight the NWA Heavyweight champion, Kyle Matthews, so this is what I'm going to do... at the Great American Bash, it will be John Cena versus Brock Lesnar! If Cena wins he gets another World Title shot, Brock if you win, I can't give you a title shot but what I can give you is a match with Kyle Matthews for you to get some revenge.

Caleb Konley joined Mike Tenay and Ricky Morton on commentary for this match, the entire time Konley would put down the junior weights in Empire, especially Mistico. The match in the ring was high octane with both men putting on an incredible show of skill. Mistico came out on top in this match forcing Fox to submit with La Mistica. After the match Caleb hit the ring stomping at Mistico before punishing him with the sweetest submission you've ever seen. Konley would crank back on the hold as security would try to pry him away. Eventually Konley would give up and play to the crowd as the show goes to break.
TAG TEAM MATCH
LAX (Chavo Guerrero & Hernandez) vs. The All Stars (Famous B & Willie Mack)

The All Stars lost a heart breaker in Florida last night for NWA South Beach, and they seemed to be feeling some of the lag from the flight back. The match was controlled by LAX with Hernandez showing off his raw power, even man handling Willie Mack at a few points. The finish came with Chavo coming off the top with a frog splash to score the win for LAX.

Sami Callihan vs. Eddie Edwards

These two guys had a battle with Edwards trying to make up for his loss last week, but this was another brutal match that saw Callihan forcing Edwards to submit with his horse collar submission, stomping on the head of Edwards viciously until the ref called for the bell.

Christian vs. Jeff Hardy

This was a nostalgic match between these two men who have had matches for years, they seemed really comfortable with each other hitting a lot of their trademark moves. Twist of Fates and Unprettiers were countered multiple times in an exciting match but Hardy was eventually able to roll up Christian for a narrow three count to score the win.

BJ Whitmer vs. Adam Pearce

Althought these guys haven't been on the national stage like the previous match, these two guys are veterans. Pearce came in with an air of arrogance around him as he came in against the strong style Whitmer. Pearce took hellish beating from Whitmer but came out in the end with the victory after planting Whitmer with a piledriver.
TAG TEAM MATCH
The Rockstars of Wrestling (John Morrison & Jimmy Rave) w/ Lena Yada vs. Ruthless Intent (Luke Gallows & Giant Bernard)
[/b][/center]The Rockstars of Wrestling (John Morrison & Jimmy Rave) w/ Lena Yada vs. Ruthless Intent (Luke Gallows & Giant Bernard)
Ruthless Intent is an intimating pairing but the Rockstars came into this match with a plan, and kept themselves into the match. Eventually Ruthless Intent would start steamrolling the Rockstars, until Lena Yada would interfere shoving Bernards face in her cleavage leaving Gallows to get nailed with a total elimination. Bernard was stunned eventually chasing off the grinning Rockstars who stole the win tonight.
