Lisa comes to the ring as last year’s rookie sensation to face off with this year’s rookie. Lorisa comes to the ring wearing a traditional Tuvan costume. Lisa does a few stretches as Lorisa gets out of her robe and hat. The ref calls for the bell.

They shake hands and circle around a bit before locking up. Despite having a noticeable height advantage, Lisa is quickly overpowered by Lorisa. When Lorisa gets Lisa on the mat, she uses her extensive amateur skills to keep Lisa down and work on her legs. Lorisa gets Lisa locked in a painful ankle lock, but Lisa manages to use her height to reach the bottom rope. Lorisa breaks the hold and backs off to let Lisa get back up.

The Scarlett and Syuri come to ringside. Lisa jumps to her feet and gets ready for a fight. The Scarlett and Syuri both get up on the ring apron, distracting the referee. The referee is trying to stop Syuri from getting into the ring. While the ref and Lisa are distracted, Makoto comes through the crowd and over the railing. Makoto tosses something into the ring to Lorisa. Lorisa slips on a black glove. Lorisa taps Lisa on the shoulder. When Lisa turns around, Lorisa punches her in the face, knocking her out. Lorisa tosses the glove back to Makoto. Syuri and The Scarlett step down to the floor. When the ref turns around, Lorisa is covering Lisa. The ref looks a bit confused but makes the three count.

The Scarlett, Syuri and Makoto all climb into the ring. While they are all standing over Lisa, Syuri raises Lorisa’s arm in victory and The Scarlett slides a 1916 armband onto Lorisa’s raised arm.

New Territories Tiara

Yoshiko looks calm but confident as she comes to the ring. She waits patiently for Taya to come out. Taya is introduced and comes out wearing the New Territories Tiara. She hands it off to the ref. The ref calls for the bell.

They both come out slowly and circle around before locking up. Yoshiko is standing up to Taya’s power attack. Yoshiko is wrestling mostly a defensive match and countering almost everything that Taya attempts. Taya is getting more and more frustrated. Taya has Yoshiko in a corner and charges across for a splash but Yoshiko ducks out of the way. Yoshiko comes in and hits Taya with a splash from behind then rolls her up with a small package. Yoshiko gets the three count.
Yoshiko pinned Taya Valkyrie with a small package to become the new New Territories Tiara champion

The ref places the tiara on Yoshiko’s head. Yoshiko shows some emotion as she poses on each turnbuckle. Taya asks for the ring mic.

Taya Valkyrie - I want to congratulate Yoshiko on a great win. You wrestled a smarter match than me and you deserve that title. I hope you hold onto it for a long time. As for myself, this was my last match for JoshiPuroPride. I don’t know if this will be my last match ever but the next time you see me may be on a movie screen. Thank you, I love you all.

Dark Angel is introduced and her entrance music starts. Just after she steps through the curtain, she is attacked from behind by Britani Knight. Britani hits Dark Angel in the back of the knee with a collapsible baton. Britani continues beating the back of Dark Angel’s knee. The referees and officials come to help Dark Angel. Britani holds up the baton and walks away smiling.

Tomoka, Kaori and Act come to the ring together. They all enjoy a sip from Act’s bottle. Triple Tails come out to the ring looking very confident. They all go nose to nose in the middle of the ring. The ref sends them to their corners. Kana and Tomoka will start the match. The ref calls for the bell.

Tomoka tries to go on the attack but Kana counters her early aggression. Triple Tails’ teamwork is evident right from the beginning. Tomoka, Kaori and Act just can’t seem to get their teamwork together. The match is never close from the beginning; Triple Tails are in total control. At the end, they are toying with Act. Io finishes her off with a Thunder Splash.

JPP Unified Tag Team Titles

Evie and Yuhi come to the ring for their first shot at the Unified Tag Team Titles. They’re looking a bit nervous as they warm up in the ring. Hikaru and Miyako dance down the aisle and around ringside before climbing into the ring. They dance around before shaking hands with Evie and Yuhi. After the official introductions, the ref calls for the bell.

Both teams start out fast. The match ebbs back and forth for well over ten minutes. The champions begin to take control of the action and the challengers begin to make a few mistakes. Miyako manages to hit Evie with a Shining Miyakozard before locking on the Miyacococo Clutch. Evie tries to escape but is forced to tap out.

I wonder what was in that black glove that caused it to knock out Lisa. I liked that a lot, though. Britani Knight really put a beating on Dark Angel. What a mean streak! Triple Tails looked pretty amazing, as Nakagawa, Yoneyama, and Yakusawa are no joke in the ring. Evie and Yuhi fought hard a spirited match there, but I never saw them as a real threat to the titles. They need to get a bit more seasoning, but they showed good heart.
