Haas was able to capitolize on an errlr that Banks made and focused on his lower back. In the end, Haas was able to get Banks to tap out.
RESULT : The Worlds Greatest Tag Team defeated Team AA when Charlie Haas made Antonio Banks submit to the Haas Of Pain in 11:39 to retain the CPW Tag Team Championships.

Ken Anderson & Rhino
-vs-
The Faces of Fear (c)
(Mark Henry and Samoa Joe)
This match stemed from last week's three way, and it looked to continue interms of brutality and phyicality. Both teams beat the ever-living hell out of one another. The champs tried to focus on the smallest man in the match, Anderson, but he proved to be a lot stronger than he looked, as he slamed Henry in a show of strenght that shook the ring!
As the match went on, Big E stood at ringside, making sure that no one interfeared.
Rhino came close to upending the Champs with a Gore that sent Joe through the ropes, and then Gored Henry for a 2 count.
As the match went on, Joe and Henry were able to regain control of the match and finish off thier challengers as Samoa Joe nearly destoryed Ken Anderson with a sick powerbomb on the arena floor! Joe rolled Anderson beck into the ring and made the cover to retain the championships.
RESULT : The Faces of Fear defeated Ken Anderson and Rhino when Samoa Joe pinned Ken Anderson after a power bomb in 11:11 retain the NWA North American Tag Team Championships.

-vs-
AJ Styles
As Knock had predickted, he dominated a majority of the match, but not becasue he was the better wrestler, or even the better bralwer. It was becasue The Miz kept distractign the referee, or attempting to trip AJ when hew ould get a bit of momentum going his way. Finally, the refree caught Miz in the act and ejceted him from ringside! As AJ was catching his breath, Knox was able to blast him with the TV Title that Miz had left on the ring apron and hit the Knox Out! Mike then covered AJ and stole the three count.

The Miz came out with Mike Knox and said that Smith was no match for him. He said his father was so-so wrestler, and even more so-so human. This enraged Smith to no end.
Once the match got underway, Miz did a lot of stalling and tried to play mind games with the young Smith, while Neidhart tried to keep Smith on track and focused.

[/b]Interview with Edge
Edge came out and said that Money Inc would NOT be going to the Great American Bash, due to the brutal attack last week from The Untouchables.
This, of course brought out The Untouchables. They thanked Edge for giving them the opportunity to bring home the NWA World Tag Team Titles.
Edge told then that they would NOT be going to the Bash.. He said there was no way in hell he was rewarding them with a trip.. Instead he was sending Money Inc.'s quarter final opponents.. Team 3G!!
This enraged The Untouchables! They went on the warpath, but Edge told them that if they so much as TOUCH Hennig or Dallas, they would be fired from CPW and banned from the NWA.... FOR LIFE!!
If they wanted to prove that they deserved the titles, they had better wait until AFTER the Great American Bash!

Rob Van Dam (1-2)

Cody Rhodes (2-1)
This match was just as the last three had gone done: Exciting from bell to bell. Cody took the low road in his attempt to regain the CPW Championship and end RVD's quest to recapture the championship. RVD was looking to take this series to the full 5 matches.
Both men worked the crowd into a frenzy and in the end, it was Trevor who ultimately cost Cody the match as Cody and Trevor cracked skulls on a botched double team attempt, leading to RVD hitting his Five Star Frog Splash from three quarters across the ring for the three count to send this into the fifth and final match for the vacant CPW Championship!
RESULT : Rob Van Dam pinned Cody Rhodes with the Five Star Frog Splash in 07:59.
After the match, Edge came out and said that Match 5 would be contested at the Great American Bash in a Street Fight... and the Special Guest Referee would be none other than the "Heart Break Kid"... Shawn Michaels!
The fans erupted as Shawn Michaels came out and waved to them. Shawn said that at the Bash, he was going to be a fair and impartial official. He would call it down the middle and he would raise the hand of the winner!
