The show opens with Johb Cena standing in the ring with mic in hand.
John Cena: ...I came up short... at the Great American Bash, I came up short... my family, my friends, hell the people that I went to school with were in that crowd. I put everything I had into that match and Dolph Ziggler still walked away with the North American title. I'm not gonna stop though, I'm not gonna stop EVER! Dolph I'm comin' for you and there isn't a man alive that's going to stop...
Brock Lesnar, the other member of the NA title three way that happened at GAB makes his way to the ring. The stipulation that these two men couldn't lay a hand on each other has ended and now they're free to tear each other apart! Lesnar would go nose to nose with Cena, talking shit under his breath. Things looked to be on the verge of breaking down when NWA President, Dustin Smith comes out on the ramp.
Dustin: You two wanna tear each other apart? I'm sure the Atlanta fans would love to see it!
Cheap pop!
Dustin: Then let the match begin!
These two men finally got a chance to throw hands against each other one on one. Lesnar tried to rip Cena apart but Cena would use his momentum against him, tossing the War Machine around with sloppy Cena style suplexes. Lesnar would go back to his amatuer wrestling background, having to calm down to actually start punishing Cena. Lesnar's suplexes were a lot more crisp but Cena's were still pretty violent. Cena would duck a clothesline that could have taken his head off, and Cena was able to hit his spin out powerbomb, hopping back up signalling for the five knuckle shuffle. The crowd went wild as Kurt Angle came through the crowd release german suplexing Cena viciously before pulling up Lesnar tossing him with an over head belly to belly suplex. Angle looked intense as he stands over the destruction he's caused in the middle of the EMPIRE ring. Why? We're going to have to wait to find out...
Aries and Konley couldn't co-exist very well, both men trying to look like the stronger member of the team. Mistico and Fox on the other hand worked together pretty well, with a lot of accidental magic tag moments. Fox would hit Konley with Lo Mein pain off the top and Mistico would catch Konley off the bounce and slap on La Mistica! Aries would make the save to keep the match going, arguing with Konley about how he's handling the match. This would allow Fox to hit a double springboard dropkick sending both men out of the ring, with Mistico following up with a running dive out of the ring! The crowd was hot for this X division action as Fox and Mistico showed off their command of the air. When the match finally got back into the ring Mistico would try for La Mistica again but this time Konley would shrug him off and follow up with a codebreaker to get a two count. Aries would make the blind tag aggrevating Konley, but Aries would still go to work on Mistico until the luchadore would make a desperate tag to his partner, who's a real fan favorite with his leave it all in the ring attitude. AR Fox had the crowd chanting "Fox" as he fired off at Aries with kicks and forearms trying to wear him down for the Krunch piledriver but Aries would wiggle out and hit the brainbuster coming out on top but just barely.
Richie Steamboat is in the ring with a mic and he's about to say something when...[/i]
Jimmy Rave: Shut up nerd, nobody want's to hear what you have to say. EVERYBODIES here because they wanna see The Rockstars!
The crowd boo's wildly, as Rave walks towards the ring with Morrison and Yada.
Jimmy Rave: I know, I know, what happened at the Bash was something to get upset about. We're out here to public announce that next week we want another match for the world tag titles!
The Rockstars get into the ring and Morrison tries to intimidate Steamboat out of the ring but he won't go.
Rave: There's two of us, only one of you, so you should be smart and get out.
Richie stands his ground pissing off The Rockstars who both get into his face, the crowd pops as Adam Pearce rushes to the ring attacking the Rockstars as a tag team match breaks out.
A ref slides into the ring calling for the opening bell as both teams get into order allowing for a match. Pearce starts the match off against Rave, both men putting on a lot of basic but tight wrestling holds giving the crowd a slower match to enjoy after the fast paced last match. Pearce would get pushed into the wrong corner as The Rockstars started to work him over with the team effiecency that they've developed. Pearce had to fight back with everything to get a tag to Richie who was so eager to get into this one. The tag was hot as Steamboat cleaned house with arm drags followed up by some dropkicks feeding off the energy of the crowd, only to get blasted from behind by a kick from Morrison. Pearce was shouting direction from the corner as Steamboat struggled with Morrison, but both men ended up colliding in the middle of the ring. Pearce was beating a turnbuckle pad trying to rally his partner looking for the tag, both teams tagged up and the Scrap Iron tried to carry his team to victory but took a superkick from Rave, falling on Pearce for the three seconds needed to win the match.
Bray Wyatt: Kyle Matthews, man you may think you're sitting on top of the world. But I'm tellin' you man, you made a powerful enemy. Bray Wyatt isn't a guy you wanna f*** with, my daddy he found that out the hard way man. He won't be able to tell you about it either, he doesn't do much talkin' at all these days man. Your little propecy is gonna come crashin down, and Bray Wyatt is going to make sure it happens.
Wyatt is sick, as he LET Whitmer beat the hell out of him. Blood would trickle from the corner Wyatt's mouth as continued to grin wickedly at Whitmer. BJ was puzzled, slowed his offense, trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Wyatt would strike at this point pulling Whitmer in for a short arm clothesline, following up with mafia kick after mafia kick. Whitmer can take a beating but Wyatt was nonstop with his assault, capping off the weird match by kissing Whitmer on the forehead before giving him a visit from sister Abigale.
The Rock would raise his trademark brow as Roman Reigns came out and took a seat at commentary for this match. Corey Graves is an opportunist as he snuck up behind the Rock hitting him with a clothesline to the back of the head. Graves would keep the pressure on choking Rock on the bottom rope, pulling on the ropes for leverage as he'd push his knee into the back of Rock. Roman Reigns was sitting right in front of it getting an up close and personal look at the Rock struggling in agony. Graves had the former world champion literally on the ropes, showing everyone that Graves doesn't need anyone to beat a world champion. The Rock looked to be in a lot of trouble, trying to rally the crowd. The Rock feeds off the crowd, it gives him his power and after hitting Graves with a clothesline the crowd heated up and The Rock got his second wind. The Rock would lay a beating on Graves pushing him back into the corner, only to whip him to the far side and lay another beating into him. The Rock would spit in his palm and smack Graves so hard Corey would go up and over the top rope, landing on the apron only to have The Rock smack him again! Graves would hang on to the rope and Rock would bring him in the hard way, before sizing him up for the spinebuster. Graves would walk right into it and Rocky would set him up for the peoples elbow, throwing his elbow pad at Reigns on the outside. The Rock would come off the ropes and ended up eating a spear from Reigns. Roman would stand over The Rock as the show went off the air.

These two men finally got a chance to throw hands against each other one on one. . The Rockstars win another impressive matchup by luck more than anything else. I agree with Joe that Angle being involved in the lesnar/Cena rivalry can only lead to good things, with the possibility of Cena/Angle and Lesnar/Angle there's good matches that can happen.
