4 Way Newcomers Match
Alex Shelley vs Tony Nese vs Zack Ryder vs Chris Dickinson
These 4 men have all joined Hybrid Pro following the closure of their former home Ring Warriors, and these four have a lot to prove in their new home. This one was a very mat based matchup, all four men are proficient in that department, but you also had the overall wackiness of Ryder, the flying skill of Nese and Shelley, and the overall meanness of Dickinson. And it was Dickinson who came out on top, nailing a vicious Brain Drill on Ryder to pin him.
Winner- Chris Dickinson
Samoa Joe vs "The One Man Band" Heath Slater
Not a lengthy matchup, it ended up largely being a showcase for Joe who beat the hell out of Slater for the majority of this match, barring a few offensive flurries by Slater. In a little over 5 minutes, Joe dropped Slater with the Muscle Buster to get 3 and an impressive win.
Winner- Samoa Joe
Post match Joe started to celebrate, but before he could El Gran Luchadore made his grand entrance on the ramp, dancing away crazily as Joe looks on confused. PAUL LONDON then attacks Joe from behind with a chair, but the chair has little effect. LONDON THEN SPITS GREEN MIST IN JOE'S EYES! Another chair shot takes Joe down, and London goes up top. CHAIR ASSISTED LONDONS CALLING! London leaves as El Grand Luchadore unmasks to reveal Azrieal. Joe tries to get up, blinded by the mist but somehow still trying to fight on, he's as tough as they come thats for sure.
Grudge Match
"Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce vs Sami Zayn
Pearce has vowed to rid professional wrestling of who he likes to call "gymnasts" like Sami Zayn, distracting Zayn 2 weeks ago in a 4 way match then brawling with him after a destructive promo against Zayn. Zayn merely wants to prove that he is a lot more than that, and he fought blow for blow with Pearce, fists were flying and there was a lot of energy to this matchup. In fact such was the intensity of their brawl, the referee simply couldn't keep them under control, and eventually he had to throw the match out and make it a no contest.
Winner- No Contest
The two kept brawling on the floor post match, and Zayn went for a charging Boot with Pearce on the ring post, but Pearce moved and Zayn smacked the ring post foot first. Pearce then grabbed Zayn, PILEDRIVER ON THE FLOOR! Officials tend to Zayn as Pearce celebrates, could this have won him the war after he couldn't win the battle?

4 Way Tag Team Scramble
The Prophecy (Dan Maff and "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero) vs The Group (Kenny King and Rhett Titus) vs Da Baldies ("The Machine Gun" Karl Anderson and Antonio Cesaro) vs The Pistols (Samuray Del Sol and Zack Sabre Jr)
A very interesting matchup this one, as not only did you have The Prophecy, The Group and Da Baldies in there, this was the first time that The Pistols had been in the same matchup as The Prophecy or The Group. Now if we were to comment on The Prophecy and The Pistols, they probably didn't have their A-team's out here, and that played the matchup into the hands of The Group, with The all Night Express an experienced team, and Da Baldies, who really don't have a B-team with the quality of talent in their group. And The Pistols were once again the team to fall to Da Baldies, as Anderson dropped Sabre with a Gun Stun after Cesaro had taken out Del Sol with a neutralizer and The Prophecy and Group teams brawled outside the ring
Winners- Da Baldies
Post match Luke Gallows and Giant Bernard ran out with singapore canes, and they laid waste to everyone in this matchup. Sabre looked really banged up after this, and the rest of The Pistols ran into make the save. Bennett and Ciampa demanded to start their North American Tag Title defence against Gallows and Bernard right now, and they were happy to oblige. Sabre had to be carried out on a stretcher.
NWA North American Tag Team Title Match
The Pistols (Mike Bennett and Tommaso Ciampa) vs Da Baldies (Luke Gallows and Giant Bernard)
There wasn't a lot to this matchup in the end, as disappointing as it was to say, as this broke down into a fight very quickly. Both these faction have grown to hate each other in a short space of time and that showed here, fists were flying, rules were not followed and the referee couldn't keep control. And when Da Baldies grabbed their singapore canes and started smacking The Pistols with them, the ref had no choice but to call this a DQ win for the champs.
Winners- The Pistols by DQ
Da Baldies kept on going with their attack as Anderson and Cesaro ran back out to join the attack, before the rest of The Pistols ran down to stop them. But without weapons nor the services of Zack Sabre Jr, they couldn't stop these 4 destrutive men fen from having their way with them. That was until TONY NESE ran down with a chair in hand, the crowd stunned as he helped The Pistols to run off Da Baldies! Nese takes the mic.
Nese: Now I know what your all thinking, why is Tony Nese helping The Pistols after he ranted and raved about them in NEXT. The truth is, thats all water under the bridge now. I felt bitter about being dropped from the group, but me and Matt talked it out and I'm back on board. Once a Pistol, always a Pistol!
The Pistols posed as Nese and Taven shook hands and joined them. Nese's return to the faction is huge, but where does this leave Zack Sabre Jr? Is he gone from the group or are The Pistols up to 7 members?
NWA Hybrid Pro Tag Team Title Match
The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) vs The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe)
A rematch from last week as two sets of brothers clash for the tag team titles. And once again it was a really good tag team match, with both teams demonstrating great team work and double team moves, while also shining as individuals, showing off their mat wrestling skill and aerial manoeuvres. And much like last week, The Young Buck retained by hitting More Bang For Your Buck on Jay, which got them the 3 count.
Winners- The Young Bucks
NWA Hybrid Pro TV Title Match
"The Unstoppable FN Machine" Brian Cage vs Drew McIntyre
Cage's undefeated streak is closing in on the 4 month mark, with Drew McIntyre being the next man to try and break it and take that TV Title in the process. McIntyre was a tough challenger for Cage, he has a lot of experience for a young wrestler and has come close to winning NWA gold in the past, so he certainly gave Cage a run for his money on the mat and even in the power department. Cage is on fire though, the man really is living up to his nickname at the moment, and with the King of the Ring coming up you'd be very hard pressed to bet against him going all the way. He finished off McIntyre with Weapon X, retaining his title and his streak in the process!
Winner- Brian Cage
Non-Title Match
"The Antichrist of Professional Wrestling" Kyle Matthews vs Johnny Gargano
This was it, the rematch we've been waiting 8 months to see as the leaders of the two biggest warring faction in the NWA meet head to head. The history of these 2 men is well documented, they absolutely despise each other to a degree few would truly understand, yet at the same time Gargano has a certain sympathy for what Kyle Matthews has become, believing he is partially responsible for the plight of the NWA and Matthews descent into madness. And if you remember, the whole point of The Group's formation was to try and save Kyle Matthews from meeting the same fate Gargano did after he lost the World Junior Heavyweight Title: losing everything! The match was everything that you would expect, their styles are very similar and the match was largely a mat based one, with the two going hold for hold in the early goings. The match got more and more intense as we went on, the wrestling abandoned for straight out brawling, a fair few dirty tricks by both men and many signature moves. Then when Gargano went for a charge on Matthews, the referee took a fall and then the match got out of control.
Gargano nailed a Hurts Donut on Matthews, but the referee wasn't awake to count the fall, and The Prophecy picked this moment to run down and go for Gargano. They beatdown Gargano 5 on 1 while Matthews recovered, that was until The Group ran in for the save, brawling with The Prophecy despite their disadvantage numbers wise (especially since Samoa Joe's awesomeness practically counts as another man anyway). Matthews slowly crawled over to Gargano, going for the cover as the still struggling ref tries to count. 1......2.......NO, GARGANO KICKS OUT!
Matthews signals for the Hidaka Lock, but the lights go out! A message appears on the big screen: "Kyle Matthews, day by day your stranglehold on the NWA grows ever weaker. The blood of the innocent will no longer be spilled when August meets its end, your fate will become apparent to you and to those who you have wronged. The NWA's salvation is guaranteed, and time will no longer be on your side!". The lights come back on as Matthews stands in the ring confused. HURTS DONUT BY GARGANO! 1-2-3, JOHNNY GARGANO JUST PINNED THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
Winner- Johnny Gargano
Gargano celebrates as Matthews lies on the canvas stunned, and while Gargano may not have been competing for the belt, he potentially just proved that he is the better man. Gargano does however take time to grab the belt and raise it up as the fans cheer, before throwing it back to the champ. The show ends with Matthews recovering, shouting that he will get revenge and the NWA will die, while Gargano raises his arms and heads back up the ramp.
