Your favorite teacher Matt Striker and South Beach Owner Howard E. Schilling are sitting inside a skybox at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. In the background you can see people working on building the second ring as the double cage hangs ominously underneath the video board.
Howard: Hello everyone and welcome to the final South Beach show before Fall Brawl. Due to popular demand after this debuted before The Great American Bash, the guy I wished had taught me in school Matt Striker and I will be going through the final lineup before this Sunday's super show. Matt, tell them about it.
Matt: That's right Howard, this is arguably the most important show in the history of the NWA as our World Heavyweight Champion Kyle Matthews has said that he will kill the NWA if he has anything to say about it, but we'll get to that later.
Howard: The first match on the card is one that was added the other night if you watched Hybrid Pro TV and I know I have been. "Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce will be squaring off against the man he has tormented for months on end, the former El Generico Sami Zayn inside the confines of a steel cage.
Matt: Yes indeed Howard the one unique thing about Fall Brawl is the fact that the participants have two rings to wrestle in. It allows for much more carnage and that will certainly be useful in this match as the Scrap Daddy looks to prove that the exciting Canadian superstar's style of wrestling has no place in this business and plans on taking Sami's hair to prove it. However if Sami ends up sending Scrap Iron to the Scrap Heap he will have to publicly admit that Sami's brand of entertaining these great fans is legitimate. I can't wait.
Howard: For our next match we'll go to NWA Pacific Northwest as we have the finals of the exciting Grand Prix to determine the first ever Pacific Northwest Heavyweight Champion.
Matt: NWA Pacific Northwest, run by Kevin Elliot revolutionized the way to determine an inaugural champion by holding this Grand Prix. We know Roman Reigns is going to be here this Sunday. The only question is who will he face. Either way this will be a landmark night for Pacific Northwest.
Howard: Our next match is part of our triple main event. Kana, our NWA Women's World Champion will be putting her eight month reign on the line against Manami Toyota.
Matt: They're calling it Wrestling's past versus wrestling's future Howard. Kana won the belt from Natalya Neidhart at JPP's Year of the Snake super show back in February and has defeated every challenger that has come across her. Manami Toyota is one of the brightest young women in the business today. Will the young upstart win her first NWA World Championship or will Kana prove why she holds the most illustrious belt in women's wrestling today?
Howard: For our fourth match we're going back to NWA Hybrid Pro. A four on four NO DQ Elimination match between The Pistols and those psychos Da Baldies. Who do you think this favors?
Matt: The term "psycho" might be a little of an understatement when talking about Da Baldies. These chrome-domes soldiers of doom have a blood lust and will be looking to cause anarchy in mass quantities this Sunday. If it weren't for The Prophecy, The Pistols would be the number one faction in the NWA right now. Led by the crafty Matt Taven this group also holds the NWA North American Tag Team titles. With the losing faction being forced to split it's anybody's guess as to which faction will stay alive after Fall Brawl.
Howard: Since you mentioned the North American tag team titles, let's go there for our fifth match. Tony Nese and Samuray del Sol will be putting their straps on the line against Niebla Roja & Rey Escorpion from NWA Mexico.
Matt: I've already mentioned The Pistols accomplishments and they deserve all the praise in the world because they can match up with pretty much anything the NWA can throw at them. Samuray del Sol is well versed in the art of lucha libre and Tony Nese truly is a complete athlete. NWA Mexico decided to take on the mantle of dethroning the champs and it'll be interesting to see how they coexist without that third person on their team. Regardless of the outcome expect a thrilling match here.
Howard: Staying in NWA Mexico, our sixth match is called a ten man cibernetico match. Atlantis, Rey Cometa, La Sombra, Ayako Hamada and Delta will be squaring off with Ultimo Guerrero, Volador Jr., Perro Aguayo Jr., Dragon Rojo Jr., and Tiger. Matt, you're the teacher here, educate me on this cibernetico match.
Matt: Frankly Howard, this one has me stumped. I always thought that Cibernetico was a wrestler that used to lead the Poison faction in NWA Entertainment/Extreme that finished people off with his dreaded Garra Cibernetica chokeslam. According to NWA Mexico's booker, a cibernetico match is where two teams of five face off with one another survivor series style. When one team is completely eliminated the winning team then faces off with each other until one person stands. I'm expecting total anarchy mixed with spare bits of confusion Howard.
Howard: Staying in NWA Mexico our seventh match is a tag team match to determine the number one contender for Mexico's Women's tag team titles. The winner of the first ever Queen's Cup Ayumi Kurihara will be teaming with Marcela to take on Mimi Shimoda and Hiroka.
Matt: I've said it before and I'll say it again Howard, JPP and Mexico have the best women's talent in the entire NWA. This one should be a treat to watch.
Howard: Our eighth match features participants from NWA Mexico and JPP as Lolita will be defending her New Territories Tiara against Act Yasukawa, Yoshiko, and Zeuxis.
Matt: The fact that this is our third of FOUR women's matches on the card shows how deep the women's talent pool is today. a bright new women's star will literally be crowned this coming Sunday.
Howard: Our final women's match on the card is arguably the second most personal rivalry in this card. LuFisto will be going at it with South Beach's own Mercedes Martinez where the only way to win will be to lock your opponent away in a giant shipping container.
Matt: Right you are Howard, Mercedes and LuFisto have battled all around the world in so many different types of matches. Mercedes has absolutely snapped since her long time adversary challenged her last month and has done everything short of hospitalizing the entire South Beach Women's division. Whoever wins this one may be able to say that they have definitively won the war.
Howard: Going back to Mexico our tenth match is another number one contenders match. This one will be fought for the right to face Rey Cometa for the NWA Mexico Light Heavyweight Championship. Aero Star, El Hijo del Fantasma and Guerrero Maya Jr. will put it all on the line for a shot at glory. Matt?
Matt: That's another unique thing about NWA Mexico is the way it's stars can light it up in the air. All three of these guys will be leaving it out in the ring and the fans will be the true victors in this one. They're going to see a treat.
Howard: Our eleventh match pits two factions that have been at war since this time last year. The Straight Edge Nation of CM Punk, "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin, Roderick Strong, Jay Lethal and Uhaa Nation will be facing off with the TOXIC group of Jon Moxley, Jimmy Jacobs, Davey Richards, Rocky Romero, and "The Guyanese Goliath" Ezekiel Jackson.
Matt: CM Punk is the Straight Edge Saint of the Second City and when Jon Moxley raised his group of people who felt rejected by the NWA like the S.C.U.M of the universe, he found a group to stand by and for. Its a Survivor series style match where the losing faction must break up. One way or another, the war will be over.
Howard: Our twelfth match is the signature match of Fall Brawl *points outside the skybox*, part of our triple main event, and it's the reason you see that massive cage behind us: THE WAR GAMES. The Prophecy will be stepping inside the cage and doing battle with a group of people who have no love lost for them. Johnny Gargano, who was SO instrumental in bringing The Group together to combat The Prophecy and their Anti-Christ; will be teaming with "The Eater of Worlds" and former Prophecy member Bray Wyatt, "The Samoan Submission Machine" Samoa Joe, the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, and Tyler Black. Standard War Games rules apply Matt, who will win the battle....and maybe the war?
Matt: For the entire calendar year of 2013 The Prophecy has cast a dark shadow over the NWA. They face a group that all has something to prove and with Kyle Matthews' declaration that the NWA would die on October 20th, wouldn't you have to believe Gargano's team is fighting a losing battle here? There will be carnage, there will be bloodshed. There will be war.
Howard: Our final match on the card could indeed be the final match in the NWA. A six month long feud, the possible end of a man's career, the fate of the largest wrestling organization and it's richest prize hang in the balance. "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels will try to ascend to the throne again as he faces one of the most dominant champions in the history of the NWA: Kyle Matthews.
Matt: Christopher Daniels once sold his soul and his friendship to be at the top of NWA South Beach. Kyle Matthews sold his soul to remain at the top of the NWA after winning the World Heavyweight Championship at the LLI super show in March. Christopher Daniels lost it all when he was defeated by his returning friend Low Ki for the South Beach Title and then crucified a few weeks later by the World Champ. Kyle Matthews has vowed to end Christopher Daniels, and the NWA in five nights. Submission or Surrender is the only way this match can be won. Matthews. Daniels. I can't wait.
*Striker shakes his head as the weight of the situation overcomes him*
Howard: *clapping Striker on the back* I could not have said it better myself Matt. You and I will not be on commentary for this show, we will be at ringside watching with the rest of you. For Matt Striker, I'm Howard E. Schilling and we'd like to thank you for tuning in to the Fall Brawl hype show and we hope to see you this Sunday when the National Wrestling Alliance proudly presents FALL BRAWL live on PPV from the American Airlines Arena here in Miami. The show starts at 7 pm Eastern, 4 pm Pacific; call your cable or satellite provider for details. Thank you and good night.
