It's a cold opening with the Rockstars of Wrestling sitting in their very own green room. The elite tag team bust open champagne and look to be enjoying the lifestyle as they summon the Bella Twins into the shot, with Lena Yada nowhere to be seen. The Bella's occupy the laps of the World Tag Team champions as the opening credits roll.
The show officially opens with Denver Colorado (The Man not the Place) with his broadcast partner, "Rock N' Roll" Ricky Morton. They discuss Lena Yada being missing from the opening as well as the arrival of the Bella's. Tonight's main event will feature the tag team champions as they face off against the menacing "Primal Rage"! The announce team are cut off once again as a new face makes it's debut here in the Main Event "F*ckin' in the bushes" by Oasis hits as Magnus makes his debut in a fancy suit with sunglasses on looking extremely sharp as he climbs his way into the ring. Before he can get a word in on the mic "The Last of a Dieing Breed" Eddie Kingston makes his way towards the ring with no music at all.
Kingston: Don't even open your stupid british mouth! I'll knock your teeth out I swear to god! Maybe you don't know this, but this is my turf and I don't take kind to some british tart trying to steal the show. So how about you get out of MY ring and get back in your little mini cooper and we forget you even showed your face.
Magnus gets in the face of Kingston unphased.
Kingston: So you wanna do this the hard way huh? Get a ref in here so I can teach this punk bitch some respect!
A ref slides in the ring and Magnus extends a handshake to Kingston, only to have Kingston pull the sunglasses off of Magnus stomping on them in over dramatic fashion.
Magnus was all over Kingston at the opening bell dazing Kingston, before clotheslining him out of the ring. Magnus would take the time to take off his coat and dress shirt before going back onto the offensive against Eddie. Kingston used his hard hitting street style to bust the mouth of Magnus drawing blood. Kingston would continue to pound away at the debuting Magnus with heavy hands trying to soften him up for the spinning backfist, but Magnus would duck the knock out blow hitting Kingston with a swinging reverse neckbreaker to come away with a debut victory.
After the match Magnus calmly puts his dress shirt back on picking up his coat as he makes his way to the back. We cut to the back where former Rockstar, Jason Hades hangs out with the current Rockstars and the Bella's making sure that everything is to the champs likings. Still no sign of Lena Yada.[/i]
The Bravados were again well over their heads as the Gladiators dominated the small team. Rob Terry planted Harlem with a spinebuster for an easy victory.
This was a great match up with the winner surely getting a shot at Pearce's TV title, as the match went back and forth with both men putting on a solid wrestling match. That is until Kevin Steen missed a splash on Fish taking the ref out in the process. Steen planted Fish with a huge package piledriver, only to have Jon Moxley slide into the ring attacking Steen before blasting him with a boma ye! Moxley slithers from the ring as quickly as he arrived watching as Fish capitalized pinning Steen as the ref roused enough to make the three count.
Prince Nana and Christy Hemme of the embassy make their way to ringside to watch this one first hand as these two lightweights put on a fast paced match. Steamboat would slow the pace a bit trying to keep it at a place of his liking. Steamboat looked great in this match but Konley is an opportunist that kept himself in the match as he targetted the knee of Steamboat grounding the Son of the Dragon. Prince Nana watched on eagerly while Konley was able to roll up Steamboat transitioning to the sweetest submission you've ever seen forcing Steamboat to submit.
Nana was extremely pleased as he stood up clapping wildly before climbing into the ring offering Konley his services, as well as Hemme's as a card carrying member of the Embassy. Konley was all smiles as he shook hands with Nana becoming the first member of the Embassy!
Corino was a constant problem in this match, but Prophet tried his best to unset the champ. Pearce is already a force but now with Corino in his corner he's all the more dangerous. The man that Corino screwed over, Prince Devitt would come out onto the apron to watch with arms folded. Corino would be destracted by Devitt but Pearce was still able to come out of the this match hitting a jumping piledriver on Chance to pick up the win.
As soon as the ref counted three, Devitt was in the ring throwing hands at the Tv champ! The crowd was electric as the two men went toe to toe in the middle of the ring, with Corino screaming for security to get to the ring! The ring finally filled with wrestlers and security who were able to pull the two men apart.
The next match was supposed to be Kurt Angle going against Randy Orton, but after all the hell that Jeff Jarrett has put Angle through, the olympic gold medalist wanted one thing and that was Jarrett's head! Randy Orton was annoyed at Angle ignoring him as Angle finally drew out Jarrett! This resulted in a two on one assault as Angle was attacked by both Jarrett and Orton! Angle looked to be in serious trouble...[/i]
This brought out "The Stone Jaw Outlaw" Garrett Dylan who looked to even the odds!
Dylan hit the ring throwing heavy hands trying to save Angle from a further beating as the ref called for the match to start! Dylan was a one man wrecking crew until the numbers got to him as Jarrett and Orton started working together with Angle still recovering from the two on one. Angle would explode like a man possessed throwing both opponents around the ring with a variety of suplexes before dropping the straps looking to get his hands on Jarrett. Jeff would slip out of the ring trying to keep his distance from Angle who looked ready to kill! Orton would end up getting the beating for Jarrett as Angle hurled him with an olympic slam, getting up dazed only to get flattened by a lariat from Dylan giving the good guys the victory as Angle screamed and begged for Jarrett to get his ass back to the ring!
This was a real challenge for the world champions as they battled with two men who were pure power! The Rockstars had to rely on speed to keep in this match, attacking the knee of Henry trying to cut him down to size, only to get thrown around by the one legged beast. Lena Yada finally made her presence known as she stormed to the ring, Jason Hades would try to get in her way but she would kick him between the legs dropping the former tag champ! Yada would get into the ring stopping the match dead as everyone was in disbelief that this little woman would get in the ring between these four men! Yada would slap the taste out of the mouth of Rave, betrayed by the Rockstars leaving her for the Bellas! This resulted in the Bella's hitting the ring for a two on one cat fight! The crowd was going nuts as the ref had a hell of a time with everything going on, allowing Morrison to low blow the Silverback, Mark Henry allowing the Rockstars to pick up the cheap win to come away still the NWA World Tag Team Champions!
