Dean Hill | Gilbert Corsey | Michael Titus |
Dean Hill: I'm Dean Hill alongside Gilbert Corsey and the Rocky Mountain mouth Michael Titus, welcome to OVW. Another 60 minutes of action set to get underway as we are hot off the heels of another Saturday Night Special in the books.
Gilbert Corsey: That's right Dean. Saturday Night Special, a new OVW Southern champion was crowned as Marcus Anthony took home the gold, which means that Timmy Danger finally has the gold as well.
Michael Titus: Haha, YESSSSS! Finally a champion that OVW can be proud of! There isn't anybody back there that can stop him and I don't see him losing that title for a long, long time to come.
Dean Hill: And we will hear from them later in the hour. Also tonight, the final confrontation. The Best Team Ever, Rudy Switchblade against Jessie Godderz. Only 1 of them can win as we head towards the next Saturday Night Special.
Gilbert Corsey: And that's not all Dean. Kicking it off tonight, we have the TV Title up for grabs as Joe Coleman looks to bring the belt back to The Marauders.
OVW TV Title match

Paredyse | Joe Coleman |
Match #1
The openly flamboyant Paredyse defends his TV Title against half of the military themed tag team The Marauders tonight, Joe Coleman. Paredyse plays mind games with Coleman early, but they would soon catch up with him. Coleman gets some near falls, but can't put Paredyse away. The commentators get in their usual quips comparing Coleman to comic book character Wolverine due to his hair and side burns. The TV champion is able to make a comeback and catches Coleman with the Swan Song, a Flipping Neckbreaker. A cover follows and Paredyse gets the 3 count to retain the title. A hard victory as he continues his reign, but there is little time to celebrate because from the back ...
Shiloh Jonze |
Shiloh Jonze! The other half of The Marauders jumps Paredyse and leaves him laying as Coleman gets up. Michael Titus tells viewers that it might be time for Paredyse to go to boot camp because it looks like Jonze wants the TV Title. The other 2 are unimpressed with Jonze having to jump Paredyse from behind.

Stephon J Baxter III | Elvis Pridemoore |
Match #2
The Urkel inspired Stephon J Baxter III comes to the theme from Family Matters as the fans in the Davis Arena cheer him on. His opponent tonight is white trash himself, Elvis Pridemoore. Not the most exciting match and certainly not the most relevant to the rankings as both of these wrestlers are a lot closer to the bottom than they are the top. The match only goes about 2 minutes before the music hits and from the back ...
The Body Guy |
The Body Guy emerges! The play on the Ravishing Rick Rude gimmick where he does the same act but actually has quite a terrible body sees him want the match stopped. Both wrestlers pause as The Body Guy removes his robe and starts the hip swivel taunt. Dean Hill and Gilbert Corsey shout for him to put the robe back on. Baxter's seen enough and taps The Body Guy on the shoulder, who turns into a hard right. Body Guy gets up and Elvis gives another. The Body Guy goes to the floor as Baxter holds up a hand for the high 5, but Elvis just decks him! Apparently the match never ended as Elvis brings Baxter up and sends him to the ropes, but he ducks and comes back with the Rumper Stumper. Elvis goes down and Baxter covers to get the win! Maybe more importantly, The Body Guy gets embarrassed as usual.

Ted McNaler | Adam Revolver | w/ Brittany DeVore | Dylan Bostic | Evan Markopoulos |
Guest commentary
Michael Hayes | Mohammad Ali Vaez |
Match #3
The Mobile Homers, Ted The Trailer McNaler and Adam Revolver and manager Brittany DeVore, take on Dylan Bostic and Evan Markopoulos, winners to get the Southern Tag Team Title match at the next Saturday Night Special on February 1. And just to add some insight, the champions Michael Hayes and Mohammad Ali Vaez join on commentary. As the match gets started, the upsmanship of Bostic and Markopoulos comes into play with each trying to impress DeVore on the outside. She is uninterested in their advances which only fuel The Mobile Homers on. Hayes and Vaez think that Bostic and Markopoulos could use more focus on the match instead of what awaits outside the ring. They look to be on the verge of victory when Bostic steals away the jar of "white lightning" aka pure moonshine. As the referee is busy getting Revolver outside of the ring, Bostic throws the liquid into the eyes of McNaler. Markopoulos rolls up McNaler with a go behind and gets the 3 for the win. Revolver and DeVore are in to check on McNaler while Bostic and Markopoulos have some words with Hayes and Vaez on their way out.

Jessie Godderz | Mo Green |
Backstage, Mo Green makes a surprise appearance walking up to Mr. Pectacular Jessie Godderz. Green tells him that the leader of Mo Money Associates is back in OVW and ready to guide wrestlers to the top. Godderz tells him he is not interested, while Green clarifies he is not interested in him anyway. Godderz says that Green should just watch his match later on tonight against Rudy Switchblade, the final encounter, because he is going to show Green and all the hick fans in The Davis Arena that Switchblade was the weak link of the tag team "The Best Team Ever", and he is not only the best, but he is pectacular. Green laughs at the lameness of that line as Godderz tells him to just leave so he can get back to posing.
Chris Sharpe | Heidi Lovelace | Jessie Belle | Scarlett Bordeaux | Nikki St. John | Ray Lynn |
Meanwhile, elsewhere backstage, several members of the OVW femme fatales division are standing by with referee Chris Sharpe. He informs them that the Women's Title is once again vacant, and there will be an announcement next week on how the vacancy will be filled at the upcoming Saturday Night Special. Nikki St. John tells the others that she doesn't need to hear the announcement because she's going to take the title. Scarlett Bordeaux takes exception to that, leading to St. John telling her to talk the hand and walking away. Jessie Belle just wants to do-si-do, which causes Scarlett to get upset and leave. Heidi Lovelace tells Jessie that she needs to take this seriously because she is going to be going for the gold. After all have left, Ray Lynn asks Sharpe "what's a title?"
Eddie Diamond | Rudy Switchblade |
The camera again moves to focus in on a conversation with Eddie Freakin' Diamond and Rudy Switchblade. Diamond asks Switchblade about the final confrontation tonight with Jessie Godderz, to which Switchblade tells him that this is it and he is going to show everybody that he was the stronger half of The Best Team Ever. Diamond says that's cool and says that he's heard through the grapevine that somebody was coming to spoil the party of Timmy Danger for the new Southern Heavyweight champion Marcus Anthony. Switchblade says that he knows Diamond and Danger used to be tight before Danger turned his back on him, but Diamond says it's not him, rather it's a former Southern Heavyweight champion back to reclaim the throne.

The Final Confrontation
vs | ||
Rudy Switchblade | Jessie Godderz |
Match #4
The former "Best Team Ever" have 1 last battle tonight as Rudy Switchblade takes on Jessie Godderz to finally put an end to their feud / on-off again partnership. Both men come ready for a fight and give it their all. Switchblade has the experience edge, but Godderz definitely holds the strength advantage. A full nelson spot sees Switchblade almost pushed to submission, but he manages to fight to break free and kicks off the turnbuckle into a pin that almost puts Godderz down with his own hold. From there, Switchblade begins to make a comeback. He locks in a high angle boston crab to get the submission, but Godderz manages to crawl to the ropes for a break. Godderz gets control again and sets up for a superplex. With Switchblade on the the top rope in the corner, Godderz climbs up, but Switchblade holds on. Instead he shoves Godderz back. With Mr. Pectacular down, Switchblade comes off with a frog splash. The referee gets down and makes the 3 count to give Switchblade the win. The feud is over forever, the team is done forever. Switchblade wins the final encounter here on OVW TV and will look to capitalize on this in weeks to come. Godderz meanwhile will have to try and turn his fortunes around.
-- Fifth commercial break --
Marcus Anthony | Johnny Spade | Timmy Danger |
Out from the back comes manager Timmy Danger in a celebratory mood. His man Marcus Anthony is the new OVW Southern Heavyweight champion, also out. Danger's other wrestler Johnny Spade joins, but Dean Hill wonders if he even wants to be here, probably wishing he were champion himself. Michael Titus says not to stir up trouble and this group works together and are now #1 in OVW. Danger takes the mic and says that everybody doubted that he could get the job done, but he's now shown that it wasn't him who was the problem all that time, but Eddie Diamond. Danger is a manager of champions and he is the manager of the new OVW champion, Marcus Anthony. Spade takes the mic and says that while he tried and failed, he's glad that Anthony got the job done, but ... but, he intends to eventually go after that belt himself because he isn't going to play second fiddle out here forever. This takes Danger and Anthony by surprise, with the manager quickly trying to calm and smooth things over. Anthony isn't so quick to dismiss the challenge and says that if Spade wants a shot, all he had to do was ask. But just then, the 3 get interrupted ...
... from the back ...
Mike Mondo |
It's Mike Mondo! The former OVW Southern champion has returned tonight, and he must be the man that Eddie Diamond was referring to earlier. Mondo climbs in over the top rope and Danger tells his men to get him. They charge but Mondo ducks. Right hand for Anthony. Right hand for Spade. Anthony hits Mondo from behind and turns him. Spade recovers though and goes to superkick Mondo, but he moves and the Smooth one takes out Anthony with the kick! Mondo kicks Spade in the gut and then takes him down with a facebuster. Danger escapes out to the floor with the Southern Title in hand as Mondo stands tall, well stands alone anyway. Mike Mondo is back in OVW!
