So I hurt my main typing finger and it hurts to type, so sadly I couldn't put much detail into this weeks show. I'll be fine by the next show but this is all I could write, apologies for the shortness on this one.
NWA Hybrid Pro TV 28/02/2014
Magnus D is announced as being indefinitely injured, and a new commissioner is revealed. That man is none other than.....KEVIN NASH! Nash says that while he loves killing midgets, he wanted to step in and give some authority to the show. He announces Paul London vs Daniel Bryan for the World Junior Heavyweight Triple Crown tonight!
Sean Waltman def Caleb Konley in a solid opener following the X-Factor. Waltman was interviewed post match, where he said that he had his eye on the vacant Hybrid Pro TV Title, and it would be his next step towards winning World gold before he retires at the end of this year!
EC3 defeated a local jobber in what was obviously a one sided debut. EC3 didn't do a lot to endear himself to the fans, his arrogance got him a lot of boos in this one sided match. He pinned the jobber after the One Percenter to win this one.
Chris Dickinson defeated Jaka w/Samoa Joe watching on commentary, when Dickinson kicked Jaka in the balls behind the ref's back then dropped him with a Brain Drill. Dickinson tried to continue to beatdown post match, only for Samoa Joe to run in and nail him with the Muscle Buster. Samoa Joe vs Chris Dickinson is announced for next weeks Hybrid Pro TV episode!
Mike Quackenbush and his mystery partner Jigsaw def Sami Zayn and Shane Hollister in a great match when Jigsaw pinned Hollister following a Jig N'Tonic. Zayn vs Jigsaw was announced for next week for the title.
Chuck Taylor def Kyle O'Reilly clean in the middle of the ring following an Awful Waffle. O'Reilly announced that if he didn't win his next math in Hybrid Pro he would leave the company for good.
The Hybrid Athletes (Kyle Matthews and Alberto Del Rio) def The Pistols (Mike Bennett and Tommaso Ciampa) in a non-title match by DQ when Matt Taven ran in and nailed Matthews with his steel chair as he had the Hidaka Lock on him. Taven took out both Matthews and Taven with the chair, before hitting them both with the Taven Effect and again declaring himself the uncrowned NWA World Champion.
The Unbreakable FN Machines (Michael Elgin and Brian Cage) def Biff Busick and Drew Gulak to retain the Hybrid Pro Tag Team Titles when Cage pinned Busick after Weapon X. Cage said post match that he would be the first wrestler to hold World and Hybrid Pro gold at the same time when he win the World Title tournament!
Daniel Bryan def Paul London to retain the World Junior Heavyweight Triple Crown, as while these two are friends they didn't hold back and definitely went all out to put on a fantastic match. London missed a Londons Calling, allowing Bryan to lock the Yes Lock and force London to tap. The two shared a tense handshake post match, not the sign that you wanted to see, as these two's friendship may be becoming more strained.
Adam Cole def Johnny Gargano in a fantastic main event, with the two putting on one hell of a show in their first singles encounter. Taylor ran down and distracted Gargano, allowing Cole to roll up Gargano with a handful of trunks for the 3 count. Kyle O'Reilly ran down and took out Taylor post match, before having a staredown with Cole. Cole vs O'Reilly was announced for next week, and if O'Reilly doesn't win then he will be forced to leave Hybrid Pro forever!
