The show opens with our new commentary team of DREW CORDEIRO and STEVE CORINO welcoming the viewership to the show. They run down what happened last week in the title tournament before the owner of Pro-Wrestling STORM, JOSEPH ROTHER, makes his way out to a warm welcome from the fans in attendance. We're here in a dim, mid-sized arena in Michigan, and these fans seem very fired up for what is about to go down tonight. Rother explains that because he's made some big moves to get top talent into this region, the title tournament has become more complicated and some changes had to be made, but for all of its complexity, it is only going to lead to better, more competitive matches for the fans. He says the man who wins this tournament will surely be the toughest and most driven competitor in the lockerroom, and every one of the boys back there is ready to lay down their lives to be the man with their hand raised at the end of it all. He says without any further delay, he's going to let the action do the talking and get this show on the road! Let the sparks fly!
MATCH ONE
ONE-ON-ONE: 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
PSYCHOSOCIAL
-v-
SONJAY DUTT
ONE-ON-ONE: 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
PSYCHOSOCIAL
-v-
SONJAY DUTT
RESULTS: Psychosocial defeats Sonjay Dutt by pinfall.
NOTES: Dutt was looking to turn his luck around here, and on paper it looked like he just might be able to. Reality ended up being a different story, as he came in against the 6'05", 255 lbs. unknown star obviously under prepared. Psychosocial showed signs of being slightly unhinged throughout, babbling and slapping himself before he would execute impressive feats, such as performing a very nice looking Front Flip Suicida to the outside onto a retreating Dutt. Dutt would manage to mount a comeback, hitting his Sonjay Cutter for a two count. Dutt would go up top, looking for the Moonstomp, but Psychosocial would stop him, crotching him up top and then pulling him off in the racked position. Psychosocial would then twist and slam Dutt down on the back of his neck from this position, cradling him for a pinfall with a move he calls the Social Disorder according to Drew Cordeiro. This leads to the pinfall and Dutt looks beyond frustrated as he comes to his senses. In any case, whoever wins this tournament, and, in fact, the entire locker room should be put on notice by this display from Psychosocial.

Backstage, we see ALEX SHELLEY and TJ PERKINS speaking amongst themselves, probably strategizing, when up walks BRIAN KENDRICK and JIMMY JACOBS looking very smug. Kendrick starts off sarcastically saying it's going to be so exciting facing two huge stars like Shelley and Perkins. What an honor, he practically spits! Jacobs goes on to say that while he and Kendrick are going to earn byes in the tournament, Jacobs personally plans on making sure neither Shelley nor Perkins can even compete when he's through! Shelley says that jealousy doesn't look very well on them, but he can see why they might be envious. He says he and Perkins are still stars on the rise, despite being so successful in various promotions and various countries. Perkins then wonders what it is Kendrick and Jacobs have been doing lately? Hanging around the low cards in New Jersey, riding other people's coattails? Kind of sad sounding, Perkins adds. Kendrick goes on to say that the only person who's going to be sad tonight is Perkins, when he makes him regret that little bit of disrespect. Shelley cuts in, stating they are both thoroughly shaking in their boots but they've really gotta go do... well, anything else. Shelley and Perkins walk off as the smug looks of Kendrick and Jacobs have now turned to something much more sinister.

STORM TITLE TOURNAMENT QUALIFIER
TRIPLE THREAT: 15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
AMAZING RED
-v-
CHRIS SABIN
-v-
TYSON DUX
RESULTS: Chris Sabin pins Tyson Dux to advance.
NOTES: All three of these men are very well traveled and have a great deal of diverse skill, so it was hard to really choose a favorite going in. Red would be a real thorn in the side of each of his opponents tonight, as his quick and opportunistic style always seemed to catch his opponents off guard and make them pay for even the slightest mistake or miscalculation. It was clear early on that Chris Sabin was not looking to make any friends or any fans, showing no respect to his opponents, verbally bad mouthing them throughout, and then using whatever underhanded tactics he could to get over on them. Tyson Dux looked like he might steal the win a number of times, picking up near falls and submissions by the hand full in the last four or so minutes, but Red made him pay with a Huracanrana Driver after a near fall attempt on Sabin. Sabin would manage to catch Red with a reversal and send him out of the ring, leaving Dux to woozily walk into the All Hail Sabin driver, and that was all she wrote. Chris Sabin manages to advance, and, despite the lack of fanfare, his ability to overcome these odds with such poise might make him one of the front runners to win this whole tournament.

Backstage, we see JAY BRISCOE and MARK BRISCOE in the office of JOSEPH ROTHER, who has brought them in to give them a little bit of news. He says tonight, both of the former World Tag Team champions will have their shot at getting into the tournament to become the inaugural STORM champion. However, only one of them is going to advance. Rother says tonight they will both be a part of the same triple threat match, as they face each other, along with a man they are both very familiar with known as Homicide, to decide who will advance to be in the tournament. Jay and Mark look each other down, and there is a range of emotions here. The range for Jay goes from slight disbelief to sort of intrigue and then, once he sees the wild face of his brother, who looks a little bloodthirsty, he gets stone faced, hardening up as the two stare down. Mark proclaims, "I ain't goin' down, you ain't puttin' me down..." and Jay coolly replies back, "I been whoopin' yo ass for years, boy." Mark looks about ready to pounce, his toothless gums bared in anger as Jay draws back, ready to pop him, when Rother stands up, proclaiming that he would not have this in his office! He sends them both out of the room, and tells them to get ready and save it for the ring! Both men head out, going separate ways and preparing for what could be the fight of their lives.
MATCH THREE
TAG TEAM: 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
ALISSA FLASH and LUFISTO
-v-
MSCHIF and TAMRA TORINO
TAG TEAM: 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
ALISSA FLASH and LUFISTO
-v-
MSCHIF and TAMRA TORINO
RESULTS: Alissa Flash pins Tamra Torino to win for her team.
NOTES: Alissa Flash and LuFisto made for a very sound team here, as they both have a lot of experience and can really work the crowd with their exciting, hard hitting styles. MsChif is a real ring general, however, and she makes sure to control the pace of the match and leads her less experience team mate into battle, making this more even than many might have thought going in. Eventually the wheels fell off for the MsChif/Torino pairing as Flash and LuFisto picked up steam, making quick tags and hitting more double team moves. Flash would catch Torino looking to dive to the outside onto the brawling LuFisto and MsChif, bringing her down from the top rope with an Air Raid Crash that sent the fans onto their feet and cheering, and this match was all over.

We go to the locker room where we see the current World Women's champion, AJ LEE, standing in front of a monitor, belt over her shoulder, watching the last tag team match with a sort of psychotic fascination in her eyes. She hears a knock on her door and turns, seeing the busy bee of an owner JOSEPH ROTHER standing in the doorway, looking pleasant with a smile on his face as he invites himself into the room. Lee asks what he wants, and Rother holds up his hands, stating he just wanted to let her know that she has a match tonight. Lee gets defensive, saying she's not prepared to defend her title on such short notice, but alas, Rother explains tonight would just be a friendly exhibition. He says the fans paid for a show, so why not give them the best, and at this very moment, AJ Lee is the best in the world. AJ can't argue with that, so Rother proceeds, stating that tonight she will face an up and comer who's been racking up wins for some time now and he wants to see how she can hang in the ring with a wrestler of AJ's caliber. He says tonight she will be facing Naomi Knight in a non-title match. Rother leaves on that note, and AJ sort of snarls at this, looking down contemplatively as we head back to the ring.
MATCH FOUR
SIX MAN TAG TEAM: 15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
BJ WHITMER, KILLSTREAK, and NICK REINER
-v-
CHRISTIAN PHOENIX, JUSTIN GABRIEL, and MATT SYDAL
SIX MAN TAG TEAM: 15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
BJ WHITMER, KILLSTREAK, and NICK REINER
-v-
CHRISTIAN PHOENIX, JUSTIN GABRIEL, and MATT SYDAL
RESULTS: BJ Whitmer pins Christian Phoenix to win for his team.
NOTES: The team of Whitmer, Killstreak, and Reiner were very aggressive, and despite having faced off on the last show, Whitmer and Reiner really seemed to gel well as team mates. Likewise, the team of Phoenix, Gabriel, and Sydal seemed to be able to coexist nicely, making for a very intriguing match up. Phoenix would find himself brutalized early on, as his opponents would isolate him and punish him early, but once he could make the hot tag to Sydal things would really swing into their favor for some time after. Killstreak and his quick striking offense was able to battle his team back into prominence before he would eat a Springboard Gamenjiri from Justin Gabriel. Reiner would manage to take out Gabriel with a Dragon Suplex, but Phoenix would catch Reiner with a spinkick to the abdomen and then lift him up with a Double Underhook, lifting him over his shoulder and then sitting out and planting him face first to his side with a move he calls the Phoenix Wings! Phoenix would attempt to pin, but Whitmer would fly in quickly, catching him with a knee to the side of the head and then taking him over with a truly brutal Regal-Plex, hanging on with a bridge and it was all over! Whitmer gains the pinfall, and feels a bit of redemption after that first round loss at the last show.

STORM TITLE TOURNAMENT QUALIFIER
TRIPLE THREAT: 15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
HOMICIDE
-v-
JAY BRISCOE
-v-
MARK BRISCOE
RESULTS: Jay Briscoe pins Mark Briscoe to advance.
NOTES: This match was a very chaotic display of brawling and machismo, as all three of these men were looking to prove something, and the most bitter and violent displays actually came between Jay and Mark, who obviously wanted to prove something between themselves more than anyone. Homicide was looking to do something, anything, to get a win here, but it just didn't seem to be in the cards despite his best efforts. It seemed like it might go his way after he was able to catch Mark with a Yakuza Kick to the back of the head, followed by the Cop Killa, but Jay was able to break it up with a Springboard Elbow Drop before sending him out of the ring. Jay and Mark would exchange blows, Jay punching Mark and Mark chopping at Jay like some crazy kung fu redneck, but Jay would manage to overtake Mark and lay into him with a straight kick, followed by the Jay-Driller for the three count. Jay would try to offer up his little brother a handshake afterwards, but Mark really didn't seem interested. Jay would throw up his hands in frustration, but waved it off, effectively saying "screw it," as he's going to the tournament and has to focus on that.
MATCH SIX
NON-TITLE EXHIBITION
ONE-ON-ONE: 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
AJ LEE
-v-
NAOMI KNIGHT
NON-TITLE EXHIBITION
ONE-ON-ONE: 10 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
AJ LEE
-v-
NAOMI KNIGHT
RESULTS: No contest.
NOTES: Naomi Knight would take a lot of punishment early as AJ would ground her and work her over, maniacally trying ground her and grind her with her elbows and knees, attempting to break the young charge's will before she could become a true contender. Knight would fight back after catching Lee coming on in the corner with a boot, putting together a big series of takedowns before hitting her Rear View hip attack for a two count. Knight seemed ready to end things when suddenly SARA DEL REY hit the ring holding a chair. Knight attempted a Split Legged Moonsault on AJ, but Rey caught her mid-move with a chair to the back, sending her tumbling to the floor in sick fashion! Rey then put the chair down on the mat and delivered a Piledriver to AJ on the chair! Rey then took a microphone, stating that she was tired of being overlooked, and deserved to be in this match more than Naomi or anyone, and deserved to be the champion! With that, she tossed down the mic and left as paramedics tended to the two fallen stars. "The Queen of Wrestling" sure made her presence felt tonight, and she will be hard to ignore from here on.

BRIAN KENDRICK and JIMMY JACOBS
STORM TITLE TOURNAMENT BYE QUALIFIER
TAG TEAM: 15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
ALEX SHELLEY and TJ PERKINS
-v-
BRIAN KENDRICK and JIMMY JACOBS
RESULTS: Brian Kendrick pins TJ Perkins to win for his team.
NOTES: This was such a competitive match, as Kendrick and Jacobs really pushed the envelope and had a huge message for their opponents. This was unlike any of the matches we've seen thus far, as the first seven minutes was nothing but pure grappling. No punches, no high flying, no kicks, nothing like that. Kendrick and Perkins started things off and put on a clinic of chain wrestling, and Kendrick got the better of it, sending Perkins tagging out. Kendrick and Shelley would then go at it, and would actually exchange a series of near fall roll-ups before Kendrick had to bow out. Finally, Shelley and Jacobs would take to the mat, and Jacobs was the one who finally went berserk and laid into Shelley with a flurry of wild punches before sending him to the outside and gaining a huge amount of heel heat in the process. Things broke down from there, as Perkins and Kendrick would head to the outside and get in the mix. Finally, back in the ring, Kendrick would take a tag from Jacobs after Jacobs caught Shelley with a Neckbreaker Slam, allowing Kendrick to deliver a big Shooting Star Press, which Perkins broke up. Shelley would roll out and Perkins attempted his Detonation Kick on Kendrick, but Kendrick reversed it after a series of elbows, rolling up Perkins with a quick Prawn Hold and it was all over! Kendrick managed to get the clean pinfall for his team, and he and Jacobs have now earned a bye in the first round! Perkins can't believe it, but Kendrick and Jacobs now sport their smug smiles once again, having known all along what they were capable of.
