Joseph Rother catches up with Jimmy Jacobs and Brian Kendrick backstage. He informs them that while they may have earned a bye in the tournament, tonight, they'd be participating in their semi-finals match... against each other, while the quarter final matches would be completed. He says the winners of tonight's triple threat matches will go to face each other at the next show to decide who is in the finals for the STORM championship. Jacobs and Kendrick can't really believe this turn, but they immediately part ways to think about what is to come tonight.
BJ Whitmer manages to defeat Psychosocial in a very physical contest. Whitmer seemed to be reeling a number of times against the bigger foe, but would manage to rally in the end and deliver a solid Reverse STO right into the Peruvian Necktie to get the choke out victory.
Mark Briscoe would come out guns a-blazing and dirty as all get out as he put a stomping on the very talented but overwhelmed Tyson Dux. Dux is very solid and has good charisma, but he just didn't seem prepared for the onslaught from the newly incensed Briscoe, who was out to send a very big message to both the wrestling world and his brother. Briscoe would deliver a Froggy Bow after delivering a little Redneck Kung Fu, but would actually pick up Dux and deliver a Jay-Driller, his brother Jay's finisher, to end the match. Mark would leave the ring muttering things to himself, seemingly pretty unhinged, but it seems to be leading him to some sort of success in any case.
Justin Gabriel & Matt Sydal would show off some serious skills by winning a hotly contested match against Amazing Red & Homicide. Gabriel would manage to secure the win with a Blue Thunder off the top on Red to get the pinfall.
Sonjay Dutt would break his recent losing streak by besting STORM newcomer Xavier Woods in a back and forth struggle. Woods would show a fatal lack of focus, taking too much time to play to the crowd, while Dutt would show a mean streak throughout and finished things with his devastating Moonstomp to send a big message.
Chris Sabin defeated Christian Phoenix and TJ Perkins to advance in the STORM title tournament. Sabin would manage to manage to hit a Missile Dropkick to the back of Phoenix's head as he had Perkins up for his Phoenix Wings finisher, which still sent Perkins down hard. From there, Sabin would deliver the All Hail Sabin and he then heads into the semi-finals of the tournament.
Alex Shelley defeats Jay Briscoe and Nick Reiner after Mark Briscoe interferes against his brother. Jay looked to be going for the Jay-Driller on Shelley when Mark came from the back and distracted him on the apron. Shelley would turn Jay over and roll him up with the Shelley Clutch to get the win and advance in the STORM title tournament.

Kendrick put on a great display of technical wrestling, really wearing down Jacobs and sending him into desperation mode. Jacobs would have to use every bit of brawling grit and technical ability he had to overcome "Spanky" on this night, with both men kicking out of each others variation of the Shiranui to show their determination. It would come down to primal instincts and survival, and Jacobs would manage to edge out the victory, locking on his Guillotine Choke to get the win.
