- Sting came out before his men and again addressed the Undertaker. He said that he was not afraid of 'the dead man', but that is what he was infact going to be... a Dead man! Sting said that while Taker had .... "What ever it is you have", he had the ability, the drive and the passion to resurrect a dead career, only to kill it off again! The lights went out, and when then came on, the Undertaker was in the ring, standing behind Sting! Sting said "Oh... playing mind games. Hiding in the shadows... (Sting turned around and saw the Undertakers standing there! Sting backpedaled a bit to try and get out of the ring, but 'Taker was able to get a hold of Sting and looked for a Chokeslam!, Sting was able to avoid the hold and slipped out. Sting made his way back up the ramp, while the Undertaker stood in the ring, staring a hole into Sting. After a few seconds the lights went back out and came back on, The undertaker was no where to be found!

- A decent match between Steiner and Santino. Not the best, but Santino made Steiner look better than most in this match.
One on One Match : Damien Sandow defeated Cliff Compton by countout in 09:53.
- Sandow took a bit longer than he wanted to in defeating the tough Compton. After the match, Sandown tangled Comptons arms between the 2nd and top ropes, then verbally assaulted Compton, calling him a has been, washed up nothing that never was! Sandown compared Compton to RVD, both good, at best, but not nearly as great as himself.
One on One Match : The Masked Man pinned Kofi Kingston with the Lights Out in 03:12.
- The Masked Man dominated this match, making a point. And that point was: What you think you know, isn't half of what you don't know! As this short match progress, 3 other Masked men emerged from the stand and entrance way, each carrying a CPW championship! The mastermind is playing games. Who is the real man, which the real championship? Who will be at Spring Stampede?

They wasted very little in terms of taking risks that they knew wouldn't pay off. In the end, they said they were back and there to take back their CPW Titles!
Champion Vs Champion - Non-Title Match : Rob Van Dam pinned Cody Rhodes with the Five Star Frog Splash in 08:55 after the Masked Man interfeared. After the match, Damien Sandow attacked RVD.
- This was a good match, that went back and forth. Both men looked to show that they are to top star in CPW, but in the end, the match was basically handed to RVD after both men were down following a superplex from Rhodes. Sandow came running down and got onto the apron, and then the Masked Man, followed by one coming out from under the ring came from the crowd! One picked up Cody and the other busted Cody open with a nasty shot to the head with a pair of brass knuckles. RVD didn't see any of it, as he was recovering from the superplex. Benjamin looked to try and ride some of his NWA Championship Tournament momentum, but Harry was too strong. In the end, Smith his fathers finisher, the running powerslam for the win. He then addressed the actions of Mark Jindrak. He said that at Spring Stampede, it will be a No DQ Match, but also that the fall will count ANYWHERE in the building!!
