- Brock was instrumental in this title change, as he hit Rave with the F5 as the ref was distracted with Kyle. Del Rio locked the submission hold on and all the ref saw was that Rave had 'passed out'. After the match, Edge ordered a rematch later in the night. This sent the new champions into a fit.

RESULTS : Damien Sandow beat Rob Van Dam 2 falls to 1 to win the CPW Television Championship.
Fall 1: Damien Sandow beat RVD via the Straight Jacket Neckbreaker in 07:00
Fall 2: RVD beat Damien Sandow via pinfall following the 5 Star Frog Splash in 08:30
Fall 3: Damien Sandow beat RVD via the Straight Jacket Neckbreaker in 12:24
- RVD and Sandow put on a very good show. It looks as if Sandow's constant dogging of the champion has paid off. Both men put their heart and soul into this match, and in the end, Damien walked out with the championship.
Interview with the new CPW Champion, Ted DiBiase
Ted came out and said he had been the one behind this plan all along. He said that others were in the mask at various times, but he was the one working the 'magic' from the back. He said he was often overlooked, and under utilized, so he came up with a way to get into the head of the champion, a man he once considered a friend and brother.
Ted went on to say that Sting was a driving force in the NWA, and due to his match at Spring Stampede was not here tonight to address the Undertaker, but rest assured, there would be some retribution for that loss.
Cody came out. Cody asked Ted why he did what he did. Ted responded that he wanted more from the NWA.. More opportunity and more power. And so he was going to take the opportunity...
Ted attacked Cody with that 'opportunity'. It was a brawl in the ring until security flooded the ring to pull them apart.

- A good match between the two. Christian seams to be starting a slow build to something. Joe is hoping for something.

RESULTS : Ryback pinned Scott Steiner with the Shell Shocked in 07:09.
- A brawl. Pure and simple. The technically gifted Steiner opted for his usual power game, but perhaps not so surprisingly, he was overpowered by the younger Ryback. It was a decent match, but nothing spectacular.
NWA North American Championship Match

RESULTS : Harry Smith pinned Rhino with the Saito Suplex in 07:30 to retain the NWA North American Championship.
- A brutal match. Both men pulled out all the stops, but in the end, Smith was able to retain.
After the match, Smith said that at Spring Stampede, he showed the NWA what he was about. He said he was no longer the Bulldog, but the 'PitBull'! He said that he proved to EVERYONE he is as brutal as they come in the NWA, and he would stop at nothing in dominating the NWA! He said he is done with Jindrak. He said he is looking forward to his next opponent, if only to hurt him!

RESULTS : The Rockstars defeated The Hybrid Athletes when John Morrison pinned Alberto Del Rio with the Starship Pain in 09:11 to regain the NWA World Tag Team Championships.
- Edge banned Brock from ringside, due to his interference in the last meeting between these two earlier in the night. Kofi Kingston was the difference make in this match as he distracted, his 2012 King of the Ring finals opponent, Kyle Matthews. Kyle tried to catch up to Kingston, but that allowed Morrison to take advantage of a botched underhanded move from Del Rio! Morrison was able to hit his Starship Pain finisher to regain the Tag Team Titles! Kofi challenged The The Hybrid Athletes to a match next week and said he had a partner who would help him get the win. Del Rio accepted!
Interview with the new NWA World Champion, Samoa Joe
Joe came out to a tremendous explosion of cheers from the CPW fans! They chanted "JOE!""JOE!""JOE!"
Joe thanked the fans for their support in the tournament. He said that CM Punk deserves a rematch, and WILL get his rematch. He said that at Spring Stampede the NWA saw the return to greatness of the Samoa Joe. He said he will face ANYONE. He said his first act as NWA World Champion, that he wanted to be a part of history.... as the referee in the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship Match.

RESULTS : Daniel Bryan made Bushi submit to a guillotine choke in 25:23 to retain the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship.
- A fantastic match that saw Bushi nearly take the championship. Bryan was able to retain the title with a guillotine choke. After the match, Joe raised the arms of both men as the fans gave them a standing ovation.
