With NWA World Champion Samoa Joe
Joe came out with the NWA World Championship around his waist. He said he now two time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, and ironically, he beat Chris for his last World Title, and he won the World Title after Chris retired. He went on to say he hear Punk last week say that he is taking time off, to "re-evaluate some things". Joe said he respects Punk, and the whoopin' each gave the other at Spring Stampede. He said had he lost that match, it probably would be him taking some time off, but he is looking for his next challenger. Rather than wait, he will start a NWA 'Tour of Destruction' starting next week! Each week, he will arrive in another NWA territory, and face who ever has the mental toughness, the physical prowess, the testicular fortitude to step into the ring. The first booking in the NWA is going to be with ... NWA Ohio Valley! He will be there, should anyone want to get into the ring, he will be ready!

with CPW Champion Ted DiBiase
Ted came out and said that he was sorry about what had happened... Sorry that he didn't think of it sooner. For years he was labeled as a 'Tag Team Wrestler'. Sure he has been a World Champion, but it was in a tag team. Then CPW put him with Bobby Roode. Another good partner, but still he was held back. It wasn't until a few months ago, that he grew tired of waiting, and decided to take the opportunity to run with the "ball". CPW needed a new face, and he was it. Today, he is standing in front of the CPW fans as the UNDISPUTED champion! He will duck no one, and take on all comers... except anyone who has held a championship in CPW! He is looking to enlighten the fans.. the wrestlers and the NWA! He said Cody had his opportunity as champion and he blew it. Not it is his turn!
Prior to this match, Edge came out and said that Daniel Bryan would be defending only he CPW Junior Heavyweight Championship, but not in a traditional match, as he would be facing 12 opponent in a Battle Royal! The winner would be the last man standing!
