Southern Heavyweight champion: Marcus Anthony
Southern Tag Team champions: Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion
TV champion: Chris Silvio
Women's champion: Heidi Lovelace
Dean Hill, Gilbert Corsey, and Michael Titus welcome viewers to the show. The Saturday Night Special is history with Rudy Switchblade left standing and Mike Mondo put out in the Mexican Death Rope match. Tonight though is all about looking ahead to July 5 and the next SNS as Danny Davis will announce shortly who is next in line for a shot at Marcus Anthony and the Southern championship. In action tonight, Rockstar Ryan Howe will do battle with Dylan Bostic after what happened between them last weekend, Heidi Lovelace will be in action, The Ultimate Fighter Jay Bradley battles Stephon J Baxter III, and a return match with The Mobile Homers against The Marauders. A big show for sure as things kick off with ...
Marcus Anthony & Timmy Danger are out!
The Southern champion and his manager are here to address the fans of the Davis Arena as Anthony keeps the title yet again. Danger tells everybody that if it wasn't obvious before, it should be obvious now and Anthony is the most dominant champion not only in OVW history, but anywhere! Nobody can beat him in OVW, and he would be willing to put Anthony up against anybody anywhere at any time because he is unstoppable. This would bring out OVW match maker Danny Davis, clearly with something on his mind. He told Anthony & Danger that he was half right. Anthony is impressive, but as long as he has Danger in his corner, he will never truly be the best because of tactics like those used last weekend, a fast count on Elijah Burke after Jamin Olivencia did the damage. Right now to settle things, Davis is ordering referee Josh Ashcraft to the ring right now!
Ashcraft comes out and Davis wants an explanation of his actions. Ashcraft is confused and denies the fast count, saying that the tape machine must have malfunctioned and just sped up or something. Davis tells him to just can it because he has been around long enough to know that when something smells bad, it's because there's something rotten going on. While he can't prove anything between Danger & Ashcraft to warrant actions against Danger or Anthony, he has enough to suspend Ashcraft for 30 days without pay, and he's lucky that he's not fired. As for Anthony, he will find out his next challenger later tonight because it will be Anthony & Elijah Burke as a tag team against Jamin Olivencia & the man he will face at the next Saturday Night Special for the title.

Match #1
Ryan Howe and Dylan Bostic fought to a no contest @ 5:19 thanks in large part to brawling between Jessie Belle and Ray Lynn taking over the action and the men having to keep them separate. TV champion Chris Silvio was serving on commentary with manager Mo Green and the 2 just had a good laugh at the women. Silvio then got up with the house mic and asked Howe and Bostic who was wearing the pants out here. Since neither Howe not Bostic won this match, as far as he's concerned, neither wrestler is deserving of another shot at him as he has defeated both of them. While this was going on, Bostic attacked Howe from behind and hit him with a backcracker as he jumped and drove his knees into the back. Bostic left the ring with Ray Lynn as Jessie checked on Howe. Bostic and Silvio exchanged some words as he left the ring.

Before the next match, The Body Guy was out with The Ghetto Boys, Elvis Pridemoore & Nick Dumeyer. Body Guy said that what happened last weekend at the SNS was a travesty of justice. The match with them against Rob Terry was caught in confusion because he only beat 1 of them. Next week, they want Terry again, but this time in a gauntlet match where Terry would have to beat all 3 of them 1 after the other to prove himself. Gilbert asks Body Guy if he's delusional or something, but he just tells Gilbert to be quiet because everybody already knows he has a better body than Terry, and next week they will find out he is also the better wrestler than Terry.
Match #2
Jay Bradley defeats Stephon J Baxter III @ 4:53 via submission with a Rear Naked Choke. Bradley was accompanied by Mongo while Baxter was seconded by Paredyse. During the match, Rev. Stuart Miles came out with a new Altar Boy at his side, and had no problem talking over the match on the mic to address all the sinners at the Davis Arena. He told them that last Saturday, he took care of Baxter because he tried to undo God's work and change who he was, and next up would be Paredyse because he is an example of 1 of God's mistakes. Paredyse took exception to that comment while Bradley had no problem continuing and putting Baxter away. With the match over, Paredyse goes in to check on Baxter as Miles tells them that is God's way of telling Baxter that he is a loser, and that sooner before later, the cleansing will continue with Paredyse. Dean calls all of this sickening.

Match #3
Tag Team champions Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion defeat The Mobile Homers in a non title match @ 6:08 when Jonze beat Ted McNaler with the mandible claw. No sign of Brittany Devore, last seen kidnapped by The Marauders at the SNS with Dean remembering that the last time that happened around here with Bin Hamin back in 2009, the woman in question (Serena) was never the same again. As for tonight, an appearance by Fabiano Rolento to distract Adam Revolver gave way to the victory. In the post match, Hamin ordered his 3 men to take out The Homers. Dean called for help because the last thing we need is seeing what happened to Hayes & Vaez happen again. Before anything could happen though, out raced Mohammad Ali Vaez with a steel chair to a big pop from the crowd. The Marauders cleared the ring with Vaez managing to get in a crack on on Stallion's back with the folding steel before he could leave. Vaez has returned and he is fired up!
After the match, Gilbert does a post match interview with Vaez & The Homers. Vaez says that all 3 of them have a score to settle with Bin Hamin & The Marauders, The Mobile Homers for whatever happened to their manager Brittany Devore, and him because it will be a long time before Michael Hayes can step back into a ring, if ever. So next week, they want all 3 of them in the ring in a 6 man tag team match. Adam Revolver adds in that this is a long way from being done, and next week, they are going to give them a taste of their own medicine. Ted McNaler is distraught with the absence of Brittany, saying that this is personal now and whether they accept or not, he is coming for them next week.
-- Fourth commercial break --
Match #4
Women's champion Heidi Lovelace defeats Solo Darling in a non title match @ 4:36 via pinfall after a Shining Wizard. The commentators give some back story with Solo having trained here some 5 years ago, and these 2 actually having done some tag teaming in recent history as The Buddy System. The 2 have a friendly match, but Taeler Hendrix on commentary was less impressed, feeling that Solo lacks the drive that she has because if this was her, she would not only defeat Heidi but take pleasure in humiliating her just like she did when Heidi was stupid enough to think that she could ever like her a year ago. In the post match, the same fan as at the SNS was in the crowd (Annie Social) with a pro Heidi sign, grabbing the champion's attention as she shook hands with ringside fans after the win. Taeler used this chance to hit Heidi from behind and yell at the fan before leaving.

Before the next match, Big Rob Terry was out to talk with Gilbert about the challenge laid down earlier tonight from The Body Guy. Terry tells Gilbert and the fans that not only does he accept the challenge, but he will beat all 3 of them, 1 after the other, and finally put this thing with Body Guy to rest. Before he could continue, out came Southern champion Marcus Anthony & manager Timmy Danger for their main event match. Danger told them that he doesn't want to interrupt this live reenactment of the Wizard of Oz with Terry playing all 3 roles, lacking courage, a heart, and especially a brain, but he knows that Terry is the #1 contender and since he has no intelligence, he will do the thinking for Terry and suggest he back out right now. Terry answers back that while he would love the shot at Anthony, he knows it will come in due time and he is not the man who will face Anthony at the next SNS. At that point, out comes Rudy Switchblade to a big pop from the fans to serve as the mystery partner and Anthony's opponent on July 5 at the next SNS, fresh off his feud ending win over Mike Mondo last weekend.
Match #5
Jamin Olivencia & Rudy Switchblade defeat Southern champion Marcus Anthony & Elijah Burke @ 8:43 via pinfall when Switchblade pinned Anthony with a schoolboy. A huge upset here with Switchblade getting a pinfall on the champ ahead of their match on July 5, thanks in large part to a finishing sequence that saw Olivencia grab Danger as he stood on the apron, only for Anthony to charge with a Gamma Punch at Olivencia from behind, but he moved and Anthony hit Danger instead! A tired Burke mustered up enough to kick Olivencia and hit him with the Elijah Experience as Switchblade simultaneously rolled up Anthony for the 3. Switchblade heads into the next SNS with momentum on his side as he surprises Anthony, who seems in shock that his shoulders were put down here tonight on TV for the 3. The match is set, Rudy Switchblade vs Marcus Anthony for the title, and what about Olivencia and Burke with them still having a score to settle? Next week it's Rob Terry in a 3 on 1 gauntlet match, The Blossom Twins in action, and the 6 man tag with Mohammad Ali Vaez & The Mobile Homers against all 3 of The Marauders. Until next week, so long!
