Dean Hill, Gilbert Corsey, and Michael Titus welcome viewers to the show. This is it, the Saturday Night Special and the fans are hanging from the non existant rafters in the Davis Arena as tonight, the return of The Lords of The Ring as Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway will team up with Mohammad Ali Vaez to take on The Marauders, the first time they will be on the same side since 2003! Also tonight, Jamin Olivencia against The Pope Elijah Burke in a 30 minute Ironman match, most falls in 30 minutes wins. And then, the Southern champion Marcus Anthony against the man that seems to have his number, Rudy Switchblade. 3 big matches on top tonight but 2 more title matches and a lot more. Without further ado, let's go to the ring for the start of tonight's action ...
Match #1
Eddie Diamond, Aaron Sky & Robbie Walker fought Raul Lamotta, Nick Dumeyer & Elvis Pridemoore to a no contest @ 3:52 when The Ultimate Fighter Jay Bradley came out and cleaned house in the ring. Bradley charged in and gave Diamond a big Boomstick clothesline, followed by Sky, and then Walker as they entered to make the save. Dumeyer & Pridemoore helped Lamotta up as they thought they were on the same side as Bradley, but he quickly took Lamotta out when The Ghetto Boys turned their backs on him. They tried jumping him, but Elvis would take a Boomstick and Dumeyer would be smart enough to leave. Mongo got in as Bradley wanted a mic. Acting out of breath, he told fans that once again he has left the ring laying, just like at The Nightmare Rumble. Nobody is left in the back and he has again proved why he is The Ultimate Fighter as his open challenge sees him take care of not 1, but 6 wrestlers at once because he is that good. Before he could finish though, out from the back comes ...
Mr. Media Cliff Compton! The fans rise to their feet as Compton says he has heard enough of this crap. He says that if Bradley is a man of his word, they will finish what they started at The Nightmare Rumble on TV and this time face him like a man, 1 on 1 in the ring. He is accepting the open challenge and wants the match tonight in the ring. Bradley asks him if he just saw what he did as he just took out 6 men and is in no condition to compete yet again. Compton says he apparently survived 20 men in the Rumble to anybody that will listen, so unless he is a chicken s***, he will take him on tonight. That draws Bradley's ire and against Mongo's advice, Bradley accepts so the match is set to a pop from fans as Compton readies, but he back tracks a bit and says it won't be now but later on. He needs time to warm up and warns Compton that he just made a huge mistake because later on tonight, he will tap out to the Rear Naked Choke because he is the Ultimate Fighter.

Match #2
Rev. Stuart Miles defeated Paredyse @ 6:13 via pinfall, after using a low blow from behind while the referee was distracted by The Altar Boy. The Pastor of Disaster steals 1 here, taking advantage of Paredyse as the numbers game ends up too much for him to handle. Paredyse looked good early on and was closing in on the victory when the Altar Boy decided to get involved. After the match, Miles took the mic and said that this is just the start because right now he is going to "cleanse" Paredyse. Altar Boy enters as Miles tells him to hold Paredyse because he is going to "bless" him with some type of liquid here. Dean thinks this is going too far for Miles, but Titus says that Paredyse needs to be cleansed of his sins and we all get to see it, for some reason overjoyed at this idea. As Miles readies the liquid though, Paredyse manages to shove away Altar Boy and manages to kick the liquid back into Miles' own face. The Reverend acts like it is burning him or something as he runs into the waiting arms of Altar Boy and runs to the back. Paredyse stands tall to cheers from the fans as Dean laughs, saying it looks like Miles was the 1 cleansed here. Titus reminds him that Miles won the match and Paredyse still carries around his sins with him. Dean says the only sin is that Miles is out here calling himself a Reverend because his actions are disgusting.

Match #3
Women's champion Heidi Lovelace defeats Taeler Hendrix to retain the title @ 7:54 via pinfall after the Shining Wizard. A successful title defense by Heidi in a close match. The other 2 Mean Girls, Nikki St. John & Scarlett Bordeaux attempt interference and almost leads to Taeler pinning Heidi, but The Blossom Twins are out to make the save and run them off to the back to leave the match as a 1 on 1 before they can interfere. Titus blames the loss on Taeler being distracted by the goings on outside the ring, but Dean thinks otherwise that Heidi just has her number and is the better wrestler of the 2.

Match #4
Rob Terry defeats The Body Guy & The Body Guard in a handicap match @ 5:23 when Terry pinned The Body Guy after a powerbomb. After the attack on TV and at Kentucky Kingdom, Terry entered this match at even more of a disadvantage, but he was able to overcome things. Things were looking rough as Body Guard held Terry and Body Guy charged to hit him, but Terry moved. Body Guy was apologetic to his Body Guard, but they took their eyes off the prize as Terry was able to drill Body Guard with a clothesline and take him out, leaving Body Guy to get put away. A strong performance by Terry as he continues to move towards a Southern Title shot, but with an already announced Stretcher match with Terry vs Body Guard at the next Kentucky Kingdom show on July 25, this remains unsettled.

Match #5
Dylan Bostic defeats TV champion Chris Silvio and Ryan Howe in a 3 way dance to win the title @ 8:35, pinning Silvio following interference from an unknown man. As Bostic & Howe battled to distract the referee while Mo Green was tending to Silvio, out from the back came a man identified on commentary as Roberto De Luna by Dean, a student from training here. He entered the ring and drilled Silvio with a spinebuster. Green tries alerting the referee as De Luna slides out, also distracting Howe and allowing Bostic to hit him with a backstabber. Bostic then slid into a cover and Silvio, pinning the TV champion to capture the title for the first time. De Luna grabbed the belt and a tired Bostic collapsed into his arms. De Luna handed him the title and together Ohio Valley might have a new Shawn & Diesel here as Bostic holds onto the TV Title belt for dear life as De Luna helps him to the back.

Match #6
Cliff Compton defeats Jay Bradley @ 4:19 via countout when Bradley decided to just leave the ring and abandon the match. Compton proved to be more than Bradley could handle early on in this match and rather than face the music as Compton fired him into the ropes, Bradley held on as Mongo grabbed him and went out to the floor. Mongo helped Bradley away as he waved off this match and headed to the back. Compton wanted Bradley to get back there and told the referee to stop counting, but no go. Bradley gets counted out as the referee reaches 10, but Compton is pissed off. This is not what he wanted and he wants Bradley back here right now. Bradley's cheap Nightmare Rumble win could come back to haunt him as he seems to have only drawn the ire of Compton and this 1 looks to be far from finished thanks to the countout loss.

Match #7
Mohammad Ali Vaez, Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway defeat Shiloh Jonze, The French Stallion & Fabiano Rolento @ 9:05 when Dinsmore pinned Jonze after a bridging German Suplex. The fans get to their feet for this big time reunion as Dinsmore & Conway, the original Lords of The Ring, team together for the first time since 2003 and look like they have not lost a step in this return. The Southern Tag Team champions & Rolento try as they may, end up overmatched as it would seem Vaez has finally found equalizers and then some as he gets some revenge on them. After the match, the American flag is waved high on this day after Independence Day with Dean shouting out that he hopes Bin Hamin is paying close attention to this, the U.S.A., love it or leave it pal. Titus says there is also a thing called free speech and he is sure that despite this very minor setback, it will only serve to refocus Hamin & his men, and they will come back from this loss stronger than ever!

Match #8
Southern champion Marcus Anthony defeats Rudy Switchblade to retain the title @ 8:45 via submission, as Anthony put Switchblade away with the Crimson Omen, his version of the Full Nelson. A closely contested match up that sees Switchblade lock in the Boston Crab and almost get Anthony tapping, but Timmy Danger got involved getting onto the apron just in time to cause Switchblade to release the hold and go over to grab the manager. The fans cheered as Switchblade teased decking the manager and then delivered on the promise. Back to the action, Switchblade continued to work away on Anthony, but missing a clothesline, Anthony dropped Switchblade with a big Gamma punch as the challenger turned around. With Switchblade dazed, Anthony locked in his finisher and it was all she wrote for Switchblade. Dean commends the effort as you could argue that Switchblade came closer than anybody so far to dethroning Anthony, but Titus shoots that down quickly saying close only counts in horse shoes and this is wrestling where in the ring, Marcus Anthony is king! Dean says he has a hard time disagreeing with that statement given Anthony's continued dominance as he has now held the Southern Title going on 6 months plus after tonight's win. Who will be next?

Match #9
The Ironman match - Jamin Olivencia vs Elijah Burke
Fall #1
Jamin Olivencia got a DQ fall awarded to him as off the outset, Elijah Burke attacked him with a chair before the match could even be started. Burke really laid in hard and Olivencia was seemingly in no condition to continue. Referee Chris Sharpe said that in light of Burke's refusal to listen, he was awarding a fall to Olivencia at a time of 0:00. Fans cheered, but the bigger story here seemed to be that Olivencia was in no condition to continue. Burke was on the verge of winning this match by a forfeit because of that, but Olivencia showed his heart as he refused to give and insisted that this match continue.
Fall #2
Elijah Burke defeated Jamin Olivencia @ 0:07 via pinfall after hitting him with the Elijah Experience. Immediately off the bell to start the match officially, Burke kicks Olivencia and hits him with his signature facebuster move. Dean says this may have been a mistake by Jamin as the referee tells Burke to back off to give Jamin the 30 seconds of rest between falls.
Fall #3
Elijah Burke defeats Jamin Olivencia @ 0:48 via pinfall after hitting him with a second Elijah Experience. Right after the 30 seconds of rest ends and Olivencia is struggling and using the ropes to get himself back up to his feet, not even able to stand under his own power yet, Burke quickly grabs him kicks him and hits his finisher again. Burke backs up and tells the referee to start the 30 seconds now. Sharpe says to back off as the fans are booing this and things are not looking good for Olivencia.
Fall #4
Elijah Burke defeats Jamin Olivencia @ 3:24 via pinfall after hitting him with the DDE Express, a codebreaker style back cracker. After the 30 seconds of rest, Burke cautiously approached Olivencia's limp body, kicking it as if to see if there was still life. He quickly covered when there was no movement, but Olivencia got a shoulder up to a big pop. Unfortunately for Olivencia, that was more instinct than a sign of a rejuvenated state and Burke continued to wear him down before hitting him with the alternate finisher. The referee backs him off as Dean thinks this is too much now and the match needs to be called off. Burke is up 3 falls to 1 with no sign of things changing anytime soon.
Fall #5
Jamin Olivencia defeats Elijah Burke @ 12:53 via pinfall after the O Drop, a leaping bodyscissors into a DDT. Burke plays more of a waiting game after the last fall given he has a fall to play around with. Burke maybe gave Olivencia too much breathing room because Olivencia would catch him out of nowhere with the O Drop and bring the match closer at 3 falls to 2. Now the 30 seconds rest is actually giving Olivencia some real recovery time because so too does Burke have to use this time to recuperate.
Fall #6
Elijah Burke defeats Jamin Olivencia @ 19:04 via countout. The 2 wrestlers were battling outside the ring when Olivencia was able to reverse an Irish whip and send Burke into the padded barrier. Big mistake as Olivencia then charged Burke rather than going back in the ring, and took a back body drop over the barrier. Burke managed to beat the 10 count back inside and took another fall, now up 4 to 2. The 30 second rest began with Olivencia on the floor and not moving. 30 seconds up and Olivencia has 10 seconds to get back in or that is a 5th fall for Burke. The count rises but Olivencia just barely makes it back inside and avoids that seemingly match ending fall from occurring.
Fall #7
Jamin Olivencia defeats Elijah Burke @ 25:49 via pinfall with a small package. Olivencia manages to get this late fall and bring the match to within 1 fall away as it now stands 4-3 for Burke. The Pope continued to dominate despite some offense from Olivencia, but not enough. Now as the commentators say, it is important that Burke stall rather than go for any sort of fall and he should be able to hold off Olivencia and take the match and the win here, given he is seemingly the 1 in control.
Fall #8
Jamin Olivencia defeats Elijah Burke @ 30:00 via pinfall after the O Drop. Jamin really turns it on in the final 4 minutes here, knowing it is do or die for him. Near fall after near fall before The Pope tries taking it to the outside, but Olivencia follows him out and brings him back in, almost taking a countout in the process that would have really screwed him. At about the 29 minute mark, Burke managed to hit a clothesline on Olivencia after reversing an Irish whip. Burke slows down the pace and eventually goes for an Elijah Experience face buster, but Olivencia shoves away Burke's arms and hits a last second O Drop. The countdown is on as Jamin crawls into the cover and Sharpe goes down, making the 3 count just in time as the 30 minutes expire. The match ends in an announced 4-4 tie that gets Olivencia upset as he came to win. Fans boo, but Burke will take the tie as he was on the losing end when time expired and things have turned around for him after a hot start.
Not if Danny Davis has anything to say about it though! He is out and says that the fans were promised a winner and that is exactly what they will get! He is ordering a 9th fall, sudden death. Olivencia likes it, the fans love it, but Burke wants nothing to do with that idea. He tries pulling a Jay Bradley and leaving, but Olivencia goes out to get him and brings him back to the ring and we're on!
Sudden Death
Jamin Olivencia defeats Elijah Burke @ 4:08 via pinfall with the O Drop. After Olivencia gets Burke back in, The Pope catches him coming in with a knee and he gets some offense, but Olivencia gets a comeback. Burke manages to almost hit the DDE Express again, but Olivencia holds onto the ropes and Burke ends up just dropping back and slamming himself into the mat. Dazed, he gets up and Olivencia just waits, ready. Burke turns and Olivencia jumps up, laying him out 1 final time with the O Drop. Sharpe counts and Olivencia is the winner. A huge win for Olivencia and seemingly the end of his feud with The Pope. A big night of action for Ohio Valley as Olivencia celebrates his win. Burke goes to leave when Olivencia wants him back in the ring. Burke stands exhausted looking back. The fans cheer for what they want to see, a handshake to bury the hatchet once and for all between these 2. Burke takes a step forward, but then decides against that. He does nod his head as if to say "nice work" to the winner though, before heading through the curtain to the back. Olivencia wins and 1 has to think his sights will again be refocused towards the Southern Title, but it is a crowded scene right now so there are no guarantees on anything this time around.
