"Windy City On Tour" #19 - Metro Centre Arena, Chicago, IL (06/08/14)
1. Rockstar Spud w/Crash Test Dummy defeats Jey Uso w/Jimmy Uso with the Rockstar Stunner thanks to interference from the squadron of Goons that follow The Little Hittlers about known as the "Some Fuckers". The Usos will be out for revenge after this one in the next town I'm sure!
2. "Shooting Star" Kris Travis bested Trent Baretta after he pinned Baretta with a Superkick. After the pinfall Travis took to the house mic and told Jack Swagger that he does deserve to be in the ring with him one more time and Swagger can't duck him forever.
3. "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen beat Bobby Roode with a F-Cinq (Fireman's carry facebuster) after a hell of a match that lasted about 15 minutes. Steen was beat upon by both Bully Ray and Daniel Puder shortly after the three count.
*Bray Wyatt came out to the ring and accusesd Dave Rayne of short changing him when Bray took on the role of "John Doe" for the night on the last Fight Night. Wyatt said he knows that Dave Rayne probably thinks he's a simple-fool of a red-kneck, but that purple purse was a few pennies short and he would be coming for what he's owed very soon!
4. "The Reflection of Perfection" Mark Jindrak def. Uhaa Nation to retain the NWA North American Heavyweight Title with the Mark of Excellence (Back suplex side slam) in a solid 10-min match. Throughout the match the Windy City fans got behind Uhaa and started a quite catchy chant of "U-HAA JUST A LITTLE BIT, U-HAA A LITTLE BIT MORE! U-HAA JUST A LITTLE BIT, U-HAA'S WHO'S WE'RE LOOKING FOR!" to the tune of Gina-G's 1996 euro-pop classic tune. But Jindrak managed to take advantage of a mistake and escape with his title to the dismay of the crowd.
5. Serena Deeb def. Paige (Womens Champ) in a non-title match after a school-girl roll-up thanks to a distraction from April Davids allowed Liberty-Pro's Deeb to take the win!
6. Samoa Joe was victorious over Rey Mysterio in the main-event non-title bout in what was a decent-to-good match. Mysterio didn't show many frustrations tonight like he has done recently and gave it his all in this big match but it was evident that he just cant hang with a beast like Joe anymore and he went down thanks to a Muscle Buster in a 12 minute match.
Chris Masters had come down to ringside holding his NWA Windy City Heavyweight championship belt and at one point got involved on the apron with Samoa Joe in a discussion. Mysterio could have taken advantage of this but choose not too. Once the match was over Samoa Joe and Mysterio shook-hands before Rey left the ring shaking his head in dismay. Masters meanwhile who didn't get involved physically got in the ring after the match and went face-to-face with Samoa Joe as both men held afloat their respective championship belts. The tension got too much and both men thought the other was going to attack them first and both swung at the same time as Masters and the NWA World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe brawled and eventually had to be split by security!
*As the show ended the fans was told the next stop on the tour would be the 17th of August in Springfield, IL and that Samoa Joe would team up with Rey Mysterio in the main-event against Chris Masters and Kevin Steen!
