Live from Kentucky Kingdom in Louisville, Kentucky on August 15, 2014
Southern Heavyweight champion: Marcus Anthony
Southern Tag Team champions: Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion
TV champion: Dylan Bostic
Women's champion: Heidi Lovelace
Match #1
Eddie Diamond & Bud Dwight defeat Nick Dumeyer & Elvis Pridemoore @ 4:26 when Diamond made Pridemoore tap out to the Cripwalk Crossface. A successful team up for EFD & The Party Starter, perhaps brought on by their recent teaming in the 10 man tag at the Saturday Night Special. After putting away The Ghetto Boys, Dwight tries to get the party started here at Kentucky Kingdom to mild fan interest.
Match #2
Stuart Miles defeats Aaron Sky @ 4:07 via pinfall after The Say Your Prayers, a Seth Rollins style curb stomp. Performing the finisher, Miles shouts for Sky to get up to his knees and say his prayers, only to then come and slam Sky's face back into the mat with a foot on the back of the head. A dangerous move that Miles debuted at the Saturday Night Special 2 weeks ago to take out Paredyse. No Altar Boy tonight in his corner though.
Match #3
Mary Elizabeth Monroe defeats Ray Lynn @ 3:42 via submission with The Rainbow Cross, a modified STF. A successful debut for Monroe following the weeks of the 2014 Miss OVW, marking a good opportunity to get her foot in the door here and take advantage of the organized chaos in the Ohio Valley femmes fatale division after last weekend's coronation ceremony.
Match #4
The Body Guy & The Body Guard defeat Chris Silvio & Ryan Howe @ 6:34 when Body Guy pinned Howe after a disagreement on the other side. Silvio wanted the tag at an opportune moment, but Howe had things in control. Silvio got fed up and entered, delivering the Rocket Punch to the Rockstar when he turned around. Silvio's manager Mo Green seemed surprised at this as The Psychedelic Superstar just left the ring and walked away to the back, blowing everything off. Body Guy was all too willing to take the pin, doing absolutely nothing to get it. The problems between Howe & Silvio seem to have moved beyond the TV Title situation and it is now just personal.
Match #5 - Best 2 out of 3 Falls match
Fall #1
Metal Master defeats Raul Lamotta @ 0:49 via pinfall after a Jackhammer. A quick first fall has the fans chanting "1, 2, 3" at the Rudo again, getting on his case as he loses in under a minute. Before the second fall can begin, Lamotta wants a 30 second time out between falls, and then he will show everybody who the real loser is!
Fall #2
Metal Master defeats Raul Lamotta @ 0:31 via pinfall after a Jackhammer. Even quicker than the first fall as Lamotta goes down again in record time here tonight. For whatever reason, Lamotta just cannot defeat the masked Metal Master, or anybody for that matter these days as the win column remains blank for him since his return a month and a half ago. Lamotta then takes a mic and grabs referee Chris Sharpe, telling him that this ends now because he wants Sharpe to sanction a new match right now, do or die, Lamotta against The Metal Master 1 final time! Sharpe calls for the bell.
Match #6?
Metal Master defeats Raul Lamotta @ 0:11 via pinfall after a Jackhammer. Lamotta unknowingly turns right into his opponent, who quickly puts him away, fastest time yet. Once and for all, this ends tonight but Lamotta's losing streak reaches new lows with this performance.
Match #6
Jamin Olivencia, Rudy Switchblade & Rob Terry defeat Marcus Anthony, Jay Bradley & Dylan Bostic @ 12:48 when Terry pinned Bostic after a spinebuster. Despite recent problems, Olivencia & Switchblade are able to work together during the match, showing no signs or problems. Also while officially part of the match, Anthony does not tag in a single time due to the injury he received 2 weeks ago. After the match Terry points over to Anthony to do it 1 more time after the DQ finish in their Southern Title match on TV last weekend, and Anthony seems ready to go! The fans cheer but manager Timmy Danger gets on the mic and says this will not happen now and if Terry wants another opportunity, he will have to wait 30 days to get it. Anthony seems taken back by that and starts to argue but the option disappears anyway when Terry gets surprised by a Boomstick clothesline from Bradley. He rolls out laughing.
After the match, a return date for Kentucky Kingdom is announced for Friday night September 5. No matches are announced, just a push that it is the final summer show at the venue for 2014 and the last chance to catch NWA Ohio Valley action for free with park admission. But wait, this just in. Signed by the new mystery D.O.A., Director of Authority, to be revealed on this weekend's TV, it will be Rob Terry vs Jay Bradley!
The Main Event
Match #7
Mohammad Ali Vaez defeats Shiloh Jonze @ 10:25 via pinfall after a neckbreaker in a Bootcamp match. Vaez's surprise for the rest of The Marauders turned out to be several servicemen from the 238th Regiment of The Kentucky Army National Guard to a big pop. This easily had Bin Hamin, The French Stallion, and Fabiano Rolento heading to the back to leave the match as a 1 on 1. Despite the Bootcamp aspect, aside from wearing army fatigues, this was a pretty normal match. Afterward, Vaez brought the servicemen into the ring and told them that Ohio Valley and all the fans thank them for their duty to the country in an attempt at a feel good moment to end the show with American patriotism. Chants of "USA, USA" and flags wave high as they get a bigger pop than anything else on the show.
