Sorry for the double booking, that was my fault I forgot he was booked for that show as I moved this show from the 24th to the 31st. Gabriel being in twice was an error, whoops.
The Waltman story is now kicking in to a new phase, where another big question is being asked. The beginnings to the story do very much still count and lead into this part.
Puder, he put over a couple of guys like you said in September and had Oct off to refresh his character. He's got time to rebuild and the Shamrock feud hopefully will help do that.
Your rumble booking has more drama I can see that. I just always thought it would be a good way to end a rumble lol and to build heat on a heel by having them win by not doing anything lol.

Yeah, the finish might work on its own and it wasn't so much either was bad. It was more that Sean Waltman already did the exact same thing earlier and the combination of having both on the same show. It takes away most of the heat McIntyre would get to win by doing nothing when Waltman already won by doing nothing. I guess the fact it involved Triple H being the one to take away the heat could be seen as pretty realistic lol.

The show on the 31st was one of the best I've seen out of Windy City, as it had a lot of emotion, some great booking, and even better writing. It's just a trend you've been continuing, though, as Windy City has had a good, long run, but you've been on a roll lately to rival and maybe best some of your best work over the last 15 years or so, and as always, when I look at writers and bookers who inspire me to try and do better, you're right up there. I hear Daniel Bryan's words, and he made an impact on our most recent show, and I'm sure Styles and Jericho will both have a response to all of that. Hopefully Samoa Joe will as well. Very interesting way to get the belt on Waltman, there, but I really liked it. He's been such an inspirational story as of late, this really regrounds you in just what kind of man we are dealing with and the company he really keeps. You never know what you're going to get with the "Kid". McIntyre is looking all the bit the blue chipper he should have been all these years, and I think he's finally found the right home. It was awesome seeing some of the names from the past getting back in the fold, just speaking to how rich and important the Windy City heritage is at this point. That Heavyweight championship is one of the most prestigious belts around to not be a World or North American championship, for sure. It's also nice to see Puder getting some top quality face time here on TV, and goes right along with what I've been saying this whole post, so I'll leave with that.
