Segment
The show opens with a pre-taped segment involving the announce team for the evening, Josh Matthews, Matt Striker, and William Regal, who go over the card and ramifications of the evening. Matthews picks the brains of the two former stars of the ring as he tries to figure out who the favorites are in the contendership matches, and what matches are more favorable potentially for the champions. The analysts are careful not to insult anyone, which is typical, and they go ahead and send things off to the live show where Jeremy Borash is standing in the ring in the Petersen Event Center ready to introduce the stars in the first contest of the evening!
NWA Florida vs. NWA EastThe Juicy Product (JT Dunn & David Starr) w/ Kimber Lee vs. Sons of Chaos (Damian Wayne & Phil Monahan)
The Juicy Product came into this match with a game plan, keep Damien Wayne in their corner and far away from his partner. Dunn and Starr have the team experience edge in this match and used it to their advantage with a lot of quick tags. Damien would try to fight his way to Monahan early in the match but the Juicy Product are also masters of misdirection and talking A LOT during the match, causing the ref to miss the tag for the Sons of Chaos forcing Monahan to stay out of the match even after a tag! Dunn would go for a superkick for a long two count as the momentum started to really build for the Juicy Product. Dunn would eventually make a mistake getting leveled with a clothesline from Wayne who finally got the tag to "Nitro" Phil Monahan! Monahan would level both members of the Juicy Product with clotheslines and heavy hands, getting things rolling for the Sons of Chaos! This is where the Juicy Product learned why the Sons are such a force to be reckoned with in NWA East as Starr got isolated, recieving a gang style beat down in the wrong corner from the rough necks . Dunn tried to help out Starr but ended up getting blasted with a big boot from Wayne as Monahan planted Starr with a chokeslam!
NWA Windy City vs. NWA East
Kris Travis vs. Byron Wilcott
This was NWA East verses NWA Windy City, with two of the up and coming stars in both promotions locking horns in a battle of the "next big things". Kris Travis recently bested the veteran Kurt Swagger in a loser-leaves-town match over in Windy City after a lengthy feud between the rookie and veteran while Bryron Wilcott has been turning heads over in NWA East joining forces with Adam Pearce and Lou Marconi, while battling the likes of Chance Prophet.
Tonight they battled back and forth...and hard, for over 12 minutes infront of the largest audience of their careers so far. Both men pushed each other to the edge and this competitive element will only bring both men more exposure and light in the future. Wilcott came amazingly close to a three count with a Running Powerbomb after a distraction from Lou Marconi on the outside, but Travis somehow got his foot on the bottom rope before the ref's hand came down for three. Wilcott showed some inexperience as he didn't follow up on this right away, and when he did move over to Travis he only eat a desperate super-kick to the face from the plucky Englishman from Yorkshire. Travis right away followed up with a Double Underhook Piledriver and covered, hooking the leg, to secure the biggest win of his career as Lou Marconi could only watch on in dismay on the outside!

Owens gets the win, but he knows he been in a fight.
NWA Windy City vs. NWA OVW
Gaydar (Dick Ryder & Jeffrey Flockhart) w/ Jimmy Hart vs. The Blacklist (Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion)
A battle between 2 of the top territorial tag teams in the NWA today, both are looking to make a bigger name on the bigger stage. The Blacklist tag team of Shiloh Jonze and The French Stallion are out with no sign of Doug Basham after abandoning him 2 days ago at Ohio Valley's Rage In The Cage after a loss inside War Games. The Windy City Tag Team champions Gaydar, Dick Ryder and Jeffrey Flockhart, are out with manager Jimmy Hart. They are in full theatrics mode as Jonze & Stallion exit the ring for their intro. After that, Jonze takes the mic and says to cut out the crap. This isn't about groin claws or out turned pockets like it is being booked by the dark place in the mind of Pat Patterson, this is about wrestling! They came here for a match to prove themselves and this is Gaydar's chance to be taken seriously so drop the charade and get down to business like real men would. Flockhart is reluctant but Ryder seems to agree, which means Flockhart does too. Hart takes his place outside the ring and it looks like things could be about to pick up.
The action gets started, but within minutes, Gaydar are resorting to their usual routine as a way to get into the head of Jonze. A lockup leads to an arm twist into a wrist lock before a reversal by Flockhart into, holding hands? Another moment sees a go behind reversal where Flockhart holds on a bit too long for comfort. Stallion wants the tag in and points to Ryder. The former Rene Dupree comes in as Stallion pokes his finger into his chest and calls him a French wannabe before Ryder shoves his hand away. Stallion does it again and this time Ryder answers back with a hard right hand. The action continues until Flockhart gets reversed into the ropes by Stallion and Jonze catches him with a kick to the back of the head. The Blacklist begin to double team Flockhart in hopes of wearing him down. At 1 point Hart gets onto the apron to complain but Jonze shoves down the 70 year old manager bringing over Ryder to check on him. The fan support seems to be going to Gaydar here despite both teams entering as heels. Finally after being isolated, Flockhart ducks an enzuigiri from Jonze and starts to crawl over for the hot tag. Stallion comes in, but is too late as Ryder gets the tag and comes in looking for revenge. Jonze is in as well as Ryder starts to clean house. Flockhart gets back up and the 2 double team a bit. Jonze gets up as Ryder points Flockhart to him, readying for the "Queer as Folk" groin claw, but before he can lock it in, Stallion comes from the side as he crawls over and drives a running big boot to the head, The French Connection. The referee checks on Flockhart as Ryder grabs Stallion and drills him with the Gay Basher, a pump handle slam. He covers, but no referee. Jonze comes flying off the top rope and hits a knee to the back of the head of Ryder, turning his own partner on top for the cover before jumping out. The referee turns back around having got Flockhart out of the ring with the help of Hart, and makes the count, registering the 3 to give The Blacklist the victory. Jonze & Stallion steal a win here on Unlimited. Stallion is barely able to stand but holds up an arm in victory as Jonze helps him away. Ryder gets up, looking upset by the defeat, yelling at Flockhart for costing them the match. Things take a turn as he slaps Flockhart! Fans seemed to want to see the subservient member stand up for himself but as the spot continued to built up, Ryder quickly turned things by turning out his pocket. Flockhart looked at it before grabbing hold as the fans started to boo. Ryder's control is on full display here much to the fans chagrin, although it does not change the loss as The Blacklist pick up the victory.

#1 Contendership to the World Jr. Heavyweight Title
AJ Styles vs. Roderick Strong
This match had many implications for both men. For Strong, this match was about fulfilling a long sought after promise. Strong has been trying to get a shot at Daniel Bryan for months, but due to bad timing and circumstances, has been denied his chance. He now steps into the ring with AJ Styles, once the franchise of the National Wrestling Alliance, who has had to build himself back up after a few years in relative, yet quietly successful, obscurity. Strong and Styles are a great match for one another, as their intensity drew everyone in the building in. Strong is a master of switching gears, while Styles thrives when he's going full speed and full force, making for an entertaining affair.
Styles would get the better of some fast paced chain wrestling early, but Strong would turn the tide with some hard striking, including a High Knee and Running Elbow in the corner to send Styles out of the ring. Styles would show his grace and poise by reversing a whip into an Asai DDT off the guard rail to plant Strong on the outside and turn the tides. Strong would manage to actually shock the crowd and kick out of a Spiral Tap not long after that exchange, and took over the match, near winning it himself after a Half Nelson Backbreaker and a Strong Hold, which forced Styles to get to the ropes. When Styles was striking, he was typically kicking Strong very hard in the left leg, but he would reverse an End of Heartache and deliver a Pele Kick to switch that up. Styles would further get the crowd behind him by flying to the outside with a brilliant Fosbury Flop, nearly landing on his feet on the impact to show just how athletic he still is.
Styles would be looking for the Styles Clash once back in the ring, but Strong would actually use the ropes to bull himself up into a Rana position and blasted Styles with punches, following up with a Gibson Driver for a two count. Styles would kick out and roll, going right back for a Styles Clash, but Strong would break out and catch him with another High Knee, followed by an Elbow Smash, and then he would hit a Death By Roderick, earning another two! Strong would call for the Sick Kick, but his attempt would be reversed with a bone rattling Discus Lariat to get the crowd into a frenzy! Styles would attempt to lift Strong with a Front Facelock, but Strong would break free, kicking Styles in the temple and then delivering his Sick Kick! Strong pins, but only a two!
Strong calls for the end, trying for another Strong Hold, but Styles kicks him away and then hits a Kip-Up Rana! Styles would take some time to recover and Strong would see this and rush Styles, causing Styles to flop down on the mat and force Strong to leap over him. Strong bounces off the ropes and Styles makes him eat a hard, perfectly executed Dropkick! Styles calls for the Clash again, and tries it, but Strong hugs his leg, not wanting to let it happen. Styles, in a fit of rage, stomps and kicks him to the head and then changes his position, dropping down to the center of the mat with Strong locked in, and he has the Calf Killer locked in! Strong wastes no time tapping, really putting over the effectiveness of the hold, and the fans are going crazy!
Strong leaves looking disappointed, while Styles makes sure everyone sees the bottom of his gloves, proclaiming he is the "G.O.A.T." but can he beat the "Best Wrestler Alive" in Daniel Bryan? We will find out at "Fall Brawl"!

#1 Contendership to the North American Title
Dolph Ziggler vs. Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena vs. Kevin Steen
The four corners match for the #1 Contendership for the NWA North American Championship that belongs currently to one, Mark Jindrak, was a worthy co-main-event bout that would for sure main-event any show around the NWA regions.
This match started as very much Chicago verses California, as Steen and Cena put aside their recent icey relationship to join forces against former North American Champ Ziggler and Cody Rhodes who likewise put their own major issues aside to square off against the duo from Windy City.
But it didn't take long for all of this to break down as Ziggler and Rhodes began to bring their own issues back to the surface while Cena and Steen still managed to keep their distance from each other with only very minor, amicable tangles. The finish came as Ziggler hit a Zig-Zag on Steen and Rhodes argued what to do with the downed Kevin Steen from the outside for a few moments as the two jaw-yacked... Ziggler had enough and dropped Rhodes neck first on the ring ropes with a catapult that saw him fly down hard to the outside concrete. Steen having recouped, snuck up behind Ziggler and was waiting for him to turn and ready to line up a big right hand....when Cena came in from nowhere, well the top rope, with a big flying modified leg-lariat that took out both men as Cena did not discriminate who was Windy City and who was CPW. Cena tossed Ziggler to the outside over the top rope, and then waved his hand across his face in the 'you cant see me' motion, and hoisted up Kevin Steen with little ceremony for the FU and blasted him down hard in the middle of the ring - and covered 1-2-3 we have a winner and new #1 contender for the NWA North American Title!

#1 Contendership to World Heavyweight Title
Chris Masters vs. Ted DiBiase
Two of the hottest properties today in the NWA did battle in the main-event, with the prize of a shot at the Big Gold Belt at Fall Brawl on the line. Masters and DiBiase began the match brawling to the outside as the ref gave this one some major lee-way in terms of countouts and DQ's as both men just wanted to go right at it with so much on the line tonight.
Masters got the better of the fisty-cuffs on the outside but Ted gained some momentum, when he ducked an advance by Masters and shoved him neck and left shoulder first into the steel ring-steps. Ted then totally ignored the referee and picked up the steel steps and smashed it once again right into the left shoulder of Chris Masters for what should have been a blatant DQ.
This being the main-event of Unlimited though and with so much on the line, the ref let this go on and Ted tossed Masters back into the ring and had his way with the Windy City Heavyweight Champion systematically dismantling the shoulder of Masters, as DiBiase clear as day attempts to neutralize the shoulder of Masters, and thus his ability to latch on the Masterlock! Clever improvised game-plan from Ted here.
Ted slowed the pace down to a methodical pace as he cut down Masters with his vicious attack on the shoulder but somehow Masters dug-down deep, and showed some real grit as he got the crowd fired-up and fought for all his worth getting Ted wobbly with a series of hard knife edge chops to the chest with his good arm.
Masters gets behind Ted ready for The Masterlock but hesitates at first because of his injured shoulder, but finally decides to go for it and locks DiBiase in the Master Lock. Ted backs Masters into the corner a couple of times, and uses the opposite corner to kick himself backwards on top of The Masterpiece. It doesn't break the hold, despite the clear pain that Masters is in due to his shoulder injury, the man won't let go of the hold he's like a pitbull! Ted seems to be fading when they stand back up. But just when things look darkest, Ted gets a last desperate idea: he strikes with a mule kick. Masters throws Ted down before he can break the hold, both men are suffering, but Masters is up before Ted and is fired-up he motions to the crowd that his arm is destroyed but he just doesn't care! Masters puts him back in the Lock. Ted fights it but Masters is just not for letting go. DiBiase slumps a little as he looks out cold. The ref calls for the bell since Ted is out and we have a new #1 contender to the Worlds Heavyweight Title of Samoa Joe in "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters!
Before Masters can really celebrate, into the ring comes Samoa Joe! The champion is in and Masters doesn't see him. The referee has the right arm of Masters raised as Masters favors the injured left, and that's the one Joe goes after with the belt! Joe smashes the belt to Masters' left shoulder, then crashes down on him with the belt again, laying into the shoulder of his soon to be challenger. The fans here in Pittsburgh try to blow the roof off of the building with boos as Joe takes a microphone.
"You people boo me, and cheer this piece of garbage!? I've never been given the respect I deserve as champion. I've got people acting like I've already lost this belt. Come 'Fall Brawl', I'm going to make sure all of you at home and everyone there in Philly leaves disappointed. You all love Chris Masters? You all want to see him with this, MY BELT!?"
The fans start chanting for Masters, and Joe laughs.
"Well that's too bad, cause dead men don't hold titles, and that's exactly what you are, Masters... a dead man!"
Masters is trying to pick himself up off the mat, but Joe decides to kick him right across the face, knocking him seemingly out cold. A few chants of "Joe's Gonna Kill You" can be heard through the boos and chants for Masters as Josh Matthews signs off for his colleagues and this show comes to an end.
