Heavyweight champion: Jamin Olivencia
Tag Team champions: Raul Lamotta & The Mexicutioner
TV champion: Eric Locker
Women's champion: Jessie Belle
The Heavyweight champion heads out, but no title. Last week saw the return of the unknown masked turncoat, reuniting with Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion of The Blacklist. Not only did they take out the knee of Mr. Wrestling Nick Dinsmore, but they physically took the Heavyweight championship belt and have possession of it. Add that to Elijah Burke's King of The Valley briefcase, this group is causing more havoc today according to Dean than they ever did under the leadership of Doug Basham. Gilbert wonders if Basham was ever the real leader or just the money, because it seems now that the brains of the operations are with those 3, they have upped the ante. That may end however at the Saturday Night Special where it's Olivencia & Burke vs Jonze & Stallion.
Olivencia begins to speak. Last week, The Blacklist stepped over the line. Shiloh Jonze, The French Stallion, and whoever that masked piece of garbage is, they might have possession of his Heavyweight Title, but they were only able to do it outside the rules. They know and all the people know that not 1 of them could ever beat him in the ring 1 on 1 like he did Marcus Anthony at the Rage In The Cage. At the Saturday Night Special, they had better come ready to fight because that is what the match will be. And you know, speaking of that match at the SNS, that would bring him to his partner The Pope Elijah Burke. The conspicuous by his absence last week Elijah Burke. Not making any accusations on the identity of that masked man because Burke took a beating at the hands of Jonze & Stallion himself, but he is making an accusation that Burke is continuously showing up too late to help him or not showing up at all. He's taking a beating because Burke is just waiting until the perfect moment so he can cash in, and that perfect moment may come at the Saturday Night Special.
And with that, Burke's music hits and he heads out, no briefcase because as mentioned already, The Blacklist has possession of that too. Burke tells Olivencia that he needs to back up a minute here. If he were going to cash in like that, he'd have done it after The Blacklist left him laying at the last Saturday Night Special, or after CM Punk hit him with the Go To Sleep at Rage In The Cage. The GTS that Punk did NOT hit on him when they had an altercation. Olivencia tells him that is because Punk didn't want to waste his time on Burke, and he's starting to think that maybe Punk was right in that regard. Burke snickers and says that if he's worth the time or not, maybe they should find out today. Put the SNS aside, put the title aside, put the briefcase aside because hell, they don't have them anyway right now. Today on TV, Jamin Olivencia vs Elijah Burke, 1 on 1. Olivencia seems to like it, but before he can answer ...
Danny Davis is out! He tells them both to just cool it! They have a match at the SNS and it is now 1 of the most important matches in the company's history. They convinced him to let The Blacklist back because they said they were on the same page, so he did it. And now, this? No. They are not going into the SNS like this. They want to do this today? Fine! Do it. Get it all out. Put it all on the table. Forget the title, forget guaranteed title shots, heck, forget The Blacklist! Like they said, this is about Olivencia vs Burke. But, be warned. If they're not on the same page at the end of this match and if they don't shake hands, they can forget Saturday and they can forget The Blacklist. The match is off and he'll find 2 guys back there that can work together and get the job done, the job being to get back the OVW Title belt. The SNS main event is now in jeopardy for Olivencia & Burke as here today we will get Olivencia vs Burke, and where they go, you've got to know The Blacklist won't be far behind.

Aaron Sky defeats Raul Lamotta @ 5:40 via pinfall after a springboard splash. During the match, Shelly Martinez distracted the referee as an opportunity for The Mexicutioner to try and interfere. As he went to spear Sky, Robbie Walker tackled his own partner out of the way and Mexicutioner speared his own parter in Lamotta. Walker pulled Mexicutioner to the floor as Sky put the finishing touch on while the referee turned around. A big singles victory for Sky ahead of The Skywalkers getting their rematch at the Saturday Night Special for the Tag Team Title. Sky questions Walker tackling him, but after the partner explains himself, everything seems fine. Lamotta meanwhile has to be carried off by The Mexicutioner as Shelly yells at him for the mistake, make that shrieks at him.

Paredyse vs Dylan Bostic never started. While Paredyse was ready to compete, Bostic was not. Rather than the dress he has been forced into wearing while he wrestles in recent weeks, he was out in casual wear. Bostic told the referee if he was going to be continually subjected to this sort of degradation, he had the solution, not competing. He will not wrestle "freaks" like Paredyse and become 1 himself any longer, and instead he will go somewhere else and wrestle from now on where they won't humiliate him and hold him down. He is a former TV champion and not a circus sideshow dammit! And just like that, out comes the Director of Authority Trailer Park Trash, dress in hand. He tells Bostic that he may not like it, but he signed the contract and those were the stipulations. He lost at the last Saturday Night Special, he wrestles out here in this dress until he wins. If he doesn't like it? Too bad. And as for the threat of going somewhere else, he is under contract to OVW and there will be legal action taken if he tries such a thing. Bostic calls the situation bogus and leaves pissed off.
TPT says there is 1 more thing and Bostic may want to hear this. Seems he has no match at the Saturday Night Special, so since the fans got robbed today, it will be Paredyse vs Bostic in a match. Not just any match though. It will be an Evening Gown match. That's right, if Bostic wants to lose the dress, he will have to win by keeping it on. And not just any Evening Gown match, a Hardcore Evening Gown match because everybody knows that TPT's specialty is hardcore. Bostic wants to know what the hell TPT's specialty has to do with anything? Because TPT will be the special guest referee. Bostic starts to throw a fit, kicking the ropes, yelling about how this is unfair. He grabs the dress from TPT's hand and throws it on the mat, stomping on it. TPT says to pick it up, Bostic of course refuses and asks what he will do about it. TPT says he won't do anything about it, but somebody else will. Bostic turns to Paredyse and takes The Long Kiss Goodnight, a forward STO. Paredyse then forces the dress onto Bostic as the fans laugh and cheer. The commentators make mention that while Bostic is being forced into it right now, at the Saturday Night Special, Paredyse might be ripping it off.

Dapper Dan defeats Ryan Howe @ 5:32 via pinfall with his big German Suplex. All is not as it seems though because the match sees interference from The Pastor of Disaster Stuart Miles, Howe's opponent at the Saturday Night Special. The Rockstar was on the verge of getting Dapper Dan to tap to the Whammy Bar when Miles got on the apron. Howe released the hold to go after Miles, but he jumped down in time. With Howe distracted, Dapper Dan came from behind, locked his arms and hit the finisher to pick up a big win for him. Miles smiled and laughed, enjoying that. He was not finished though. He lifted the ring apron and pulled out an acoustic guitar. Their match at the SNS will be a Guitar on a Pole match after what Miles did 2 weeks ago on TV, and he seems to be looking to hit Howe again and maybe take him out of the SNS. Dapper Dan holds Howe as Miles readies to play a tune, but as he rears back and swings, Howe moves and Miles blasts Dapper Dan instead! Miles panics as Howe grabs him, but the Pastor escapes to the floor. Howe points at him, noting that he will finally get his at the SNS.

Marcus Anthony, Rob Terry & Jay Bradley defeat Cliff Compton, Michael Hayes & Rudy Switchblade @ 10:17 when Terry pinned Hayes following a powerbomb. The 2 Saturday Night Special matches meet, although about halfway through, Switchblade and Bradley would begin a brawl on the floor. No Elvis Pridemoore after last week, and maybe no Mongo in the future. Switchblade took a chair and readied to hit Bradley, but he pulled Mongo into the line of fire, getting blasted in the head. Bradley took off with Switchblade following, leaving the 4 wrestlers in the #1 contender match out there to fight among themselves. Against all odds, Hayes would manage to deliver the jawjacker to Terry and put him down and put him into the Liberty Lock, a seated reverse Cobra Clutch. Before Terry could even consider tapping, Anthony was in and kicked Hayes. Compton came in and the 2 started brawling with each other. Terry got to 1 knee as Hayes went back at him, but instead got goozled by the Bully. He stood and forced Hayes bent over before lifting him up and driving him into the mat with the powerbomb. Terry picks up the winning fall and maybe the edge as Compton and Anthony seem preoccupied with each other.

Back from break and it is time to go over the card for the Saturday Night Special. December 6 at the Davis Arena and available only on DVD or on demand beginning the Monday after, so make sure to be there live if you want to be a part of the action. 8 big matches have been signed so far and the lineup is as follows, including 3 championship matches.
- Rudy Switchblade vs Jay Bradley in an Ambulance match, the deciding encounter in the Best of 5 Series
- Paredyse vs Dylan Bostic in a Hardcore Evening Gown match, guest referee Trailer Park Trash
- Ryan Howe vs Stuart Miles in a Guitar on a Pole match
- Mary Elizabeth Monroe challenges Jessie Belle for the Women's Title
- The Skywalkers challenge Raul Lamotta & The Mexicutioner for the Tag Team Title
- Metal Master challenges Eric Locker for the TV Title
- A #1 contender Fatal Fourway match with Cliff Compton vs Michael Hayes vs Marcus Anthony vs Rob Terry
- Jamin Olivencia & Elijah Burke vs The Blacklist, Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion
And as bizarre as it may sound, Olivencia vs Burke is about to come today as they cannot seem to put their differences aside, but if they don't shake hands after their match, their match with The Blacklist will be cancelled by Danny Davis.

Heavyweight champion Jamin Olivencia and Elijah Burke fought to a no contest @ 6:41 when The Blacklist interfered. In perhaps a surprise, Olivencia and Burke got in some time before Shiloh Jonze & The French Stallion would run out and interfere. A brilliant plan according to Titus because they tired themselves out first to make their attack more easy to succeed. At this point, the mysterious masked turncoat appeared. As he went to get into the ring, Olivencia and Burke began to make a comeback so he thought twice. Instead, Olivencia would clothesline Jonze over the top rope and to the floor, while Burke would send Stallion sailing over the top rope by tossing him out. The masked man stepped down not wanting to enter a 2 on 1. He regrouped his men and quickly left as Danny Davis stepped out from behind the curtain and headed to the ring. Olivencia and Burke seem to want to keep going right now!
Davis said to hold on here as he took a mic. They got their wish and now that's it. They need to cool off and do so now because they need to be a united front at the Saturday Night Special or else, he will find that united front somewhere else. Several referees were out to keep them apart. Davis told them, make that ordered them to shake hands now. He doesn't care what happens next week, what happens with the title, the briefcase, the point is they need to even win in the first place or there will be no title to fight over! There will be no contract for a title shot for Burke to cash in on! It's all meaningless unless they work together as a team. They seem to calm down a bit. Burke steps through the referees and extends a hand. Olivencia reciprocates and it looks like they will still get their tag team match. But wait ... on the video wall ... CM Punk!
Punk is who knows where as he tells them not to look for him because he's not there, but for all the smart marks out there, maybe he's the masked man? Maybe CM Punk needs to hide his face? Not likely, but serve it to the gullible fans so that they'll eat it up and buy into that crap. This is not about The Blacklist, not about a masked man, this is about him and he has something to say. Something to say to Jamin Olivencia, something to say to Elijah Burke, and something to say to Danny Davis. But why say it now and spoil the fun? Let them all sweat it out a bit first. Next week on OVW TV, he is going to address the 3 and the fans for the first time since the unfortunate incident with him and Burke. Not only that, but to anybody that had a reaction to his comments at the Saturday Night Special last month, he might just have something to say to them as well. The tape ends with the 3 left standing there, each having their own individual thoughts on that. Gilbert wonders what this means for next week? Furthermore, what does it mean for Olivencia & Burke just hours away from the Saturday Night Special?!? Don't miss it!
Websclusive match #1
Holly Blossom defeats Scarlett Bordeaux @ 4:26 via pinfall with a go behind rollup. Before the match, Scarlett & Nikki St. John insisted on a marking on Holly to indicate which she was after what happened last week on the websclusive, leading to a line drawn in marker on Holly's hand. That however could not overcome the problems with Scarlett & Nikki when Nikki got on the apron during the match, leading to Holly running Scarlett into her before rolling her up from behind to finish the match. Websclusive commentators The Fan Advocate Terry Boddie and Trailer Park Trash wonder what the reaction will be from Taeler Hendrix, who was not present nor was Seleziya Sparx, after 2 losses in 2 straight weeks for her Mean Girls?VS |
Websclusive match #2
Rump Thump defeats The Body Guy @ 5:03 via pinfall after the Rumper Stumper, a butt butt. During the match, Rump Thump had control leading to The Body Guy deciding to leave. He wanted no part of Rump Thump, but as he went to leave, he would be met at the curtain by his former bodyguard Melvin Maximus to a big pop! Body Guy was caught between a rock and a hard place as Melvin pointed back to the ring, telling him to fight. As Body Guy begged off, he returned to the ring. Arguing with Melvin before going back to his opponent, he would turn into Rump Thump's finisher and be put away for the win. Clearly Body Guy's comments from 2 weeks ago in Melvin's match on the websclusive got back to him and a showdown between the 2 could be imminent.VS |
