The Wild Boyz defeat Deonta Davis & Leon Shelly @ 5:13 when Eddie Diamond made Shelly tap out to the Cripwalk Crossface. After several weeks of vignettes promoting their anything goes, party lifestyle, EFD Eddie Diamond & The Party Starter Bud Dwight make their return to OVW TV. Davis & Shelly have had a few matches as a team under their belt, earning the nickname of The No Class Connection from commentators, but they were no match for The Wild Boyz. Dean suggests that this team has what it takes to compete for the Tag Team Title, something Titus feels is laughable as Raul Lamotta & The Mexicutioner have proven themselves the most dominant team here under the management of Shelly Martinez.

The Body Guy defeats Ram Jam Jon Ramser @ 4:42 via pinfall after The Pedigree. After walking out after the tag team match at the Saturday Night Special to avoid Melvin Maximus, Body Guy was back in the win column here today against the deaf wrestler, making his TV debut after several appearances in the websclusives. Ram Jam put up some offense as the commentators put over his story, but Body Guy's experience edge allowed for him to take the win. After the match, Body Guy took a mic and said we have all been seeing that Melvin can wrestle, sure, anybody can get lucky. But next week he wants him in this ring and no, not for a match. He wants him 1 on 1 in a posedown. A what? Dean and Gilbert are laughing at the idea given Maximus is a former 2 time winner of the Kentucky Muscle bodybuilding championship, but Titus says that's just because The Body Guy wasn't in the competition. He could win and next week, he will make everybody out here eat their words.

Match #3
Michael Hayes defeats Rob Terry @ 3:45 via DQ when Terry shoved the referee. The match quickly got out of hand with Terry getting out of line with the 1 legged Iraqi war vet. Rather than focus on the win, Terry began to focus on the prosthetic leg of Hayes. The referee tried to step in, but Terry shoved him away to cause the DQ. Danger egged The Bully on as Terry removed the leg. Dean was outraged after what Hayes did for this country, but Titus quickly points out Terry is from the UK so why should he care? Terry handed Danger the prosthetic leg as Hayes crawled towards him. Terry grabbed him to help him up before just shoving him over. Terry then steps out of the ring and along with Danger, exits with the prosthetic. This man first took the career of his tag team partner Mohammad Ali Vaez and now has taken the pride of Hayes, and for what? Because he tries? Dean says that Danger & Terry should be ashamed of their actions.

The Blossom Twins defeat Scarlett Bordeaux & Nikki St. John @ 5:47 when Holly Blossom pinned St. John. This match built up through the websclusives the last 2 weeks in singles matches that saw the 2 members of Taeler Hendrix's Mean Girls entourage come out on the losing end both times. Today was no different as problems galore led to their downfall with Taeler trying to order Scarlett into a tag, but Nikki refusing by feeling she had the match in hand. Holly then dropkicked Nikki into Scarlett to knock her off the apron into Taeler. Holly rolled up a dazed St. John for the victory. The Blossoms celebrated their win, but Taeler was not about to go down so easily today and heads were about to roll as she took the mic. Taeler said that both Nikki & Scarlett had become useless, which is why she had to bring in Seleziya Sparx to compensate for their incompetence. It has become obvious that 4 Mean Girls is too many, so next week on TV, she wants, rather is ordering a match. Nikki St. John vs Scarlett Bordeaux, and the loser leaves the Mean Girls forever! Taeler throws down the mic and storms off with Seleziya following as Nikki and Scarlett look at each other, now aware 1 is about to bite the dust when it comes to Taeler's "friendship" for lack of better term.

Match #5
Chris Silvio defeats Dylan Bostic @ 2:24 via pinfall after the Psychedelic Superpunch. Bostic tried jumping Silvio before the bell but proved to be no match as he certainly did not expect somebody the calibre of Silvio to accept his challenge. Silvio quickly took control before Bostic was briefly able to reverse a throw into the ropes. Silvio ducked his clothesline attempt as Bostic turned into his big Superman punch finisher. The commentators put over that Silvio is back as the fans cheered this surprise return and the continued humiliation of Bostic, who will be back in the dress yet another week. Titus thinks this has all gone too far by throwing Bostic mystery opponents like this. Dean says Bostic made the open challenge! This wasn't something pushed on him or a mystery opponent. Silvio jokingly lifts the dress to look underneath, just shaking his head.

Jamin Olivencia, Cliff Compton & Elijah Burke defeat Shiloh Jonze, The French Stallion & The Masked Turncoat @ 12:50 when Olivencia pinned Stallion after The Standing O, a jumping bodyscissors into a guillotine DDT. Big main event with a lot of action to continue where the Saturday Night Special main event left off. Despite the presence of The Masked Turncoat, no real clues on his identity or an unmasking, and as Gilbert points out, it may not matter anyway because there are no guarantees that whoever is under that mask right now would be the same man that attacked Compton, Mohammad Ali Vaez or Nick Dinsmore, the same man calling the shots. Dean says he's almost sure of it as the real masked turncoat is a coward by the sheer fact he hid behind a mask in the first place and you can bet he's backstage watching instead of getting his hands dirty out here. Despite the past problems between Olivencia & Burke on the face team, no problems exhibited here as they work with a common goal having landed on the same page at last week's Saturday Night Special. At the fall, attention quickly turned to The Masked Turncoat as the 3 looked to find out who it was. Compton had him as Olivencia went for the mask, but Jonze hit Compton from behind. The Masked Turncoat took off once again with Jonze & Stallion with Olivencia & Compton in pursuit. Burke was about to join them, but as promised ...
CM Punk: What a difference a week makes. I told everybody last time that I'd be back and I'd have something to say. I don't think anybody could have possibly anticipated what was to happen in between. Last Saturday, the biggest news of the year. Dylan Bostic, still forced to wear a dress. I know. I couldn't believe it myself. All kidding aside though, I guess everybody now knows why I couldn't attend the little Saturday Night Special. I had bigger fish to fry than this, far bigger than this rinky dink wrestling organization based out of Louisville, Kentucky. I mean, do you know that the best part of coming to Louisville so far, has been getting to LEAVE Louisville? Thank the heavens above I don't have to stay there, week in, week out. But now comes the question? CM Punk, you signed with UFC to fight in 2015, the biggest sports signing of the year. How does that impact you and wrestling? And I'll answer that. It doesn't in the least. See I'm that good at this. This isn't a gimmick. I'm the best pro wrestler in the world. I can train for the UFC, all the while I will beat some second rate wannabe like Jamin Olivencia with ease. I will win that OVW Title just so I can show everybody there that I'm the best and the wrestlers you've been watching over the last hour, they're not. And while it looks like your next little internet PPV will have my good friend Cliff Compton challenging Jamin Olivencia for the title, I guess that leaves me out in the cold. No surprise there because Danny Davis does not want me to get that opportunity. The chance to walk in, win his title, leave without facing the top contender, and never come back. Oh sure, Christopher Daniels does that, it's considered some great story. Some heroic tale. Heaven forbid I do it though. I do it and it's some slap in the face. So it looks like January 17 just opened up for me. Danny Davis, if you don't want to give me that chance, I'm going to make you give me that chance, and it's just more of your supposed stars that I get to defeat and humiliate before I do it to you. Elijah Burke, Pope, whatever you want to call yourself. You got in my business last month and now? Now you're going to pay. See, I don't like you. This isn't some storyline where I have heat because you spilled coffee on me and I want revenge, or you turned on me in a tag team match and ruined our friendship. No. We don't have a friendship and never have. I not only don't like you, but I hate you. Jamin Olivencia and the OVW Title, that's a goal, part of my plan. January 17, you're going to be for fun because I can. I don't have to do this, I think I showed that with my extra curricular activities to wrestling. Mark it down, I'm giving you the chance Burke to go 1 on 1 with me, the next MMA superstar. And you know, maybe this time you won't botch half the moves you try on me, I really don't know what to expect there because let's face it, you kind of suck. What I do know though is this. I'm going to lift you up, give you the Go To Sleep, and I'm going to beat you, 1, 2, 3. Not because I want to, not because I can, but because I'm the best in the world. I'm CM Punk and on January 17, Retribution will be mine! Or ... it might just be mine sooner than you think.
And with that the lights go on, but Burke is not alone. In the ring right behind him, it is in fact CM Punk himself! Fans make some noise, clearly not expecting this from the message. Burke turns around and Punk hoists him up onto his shoulders immediately and drives into the knee with the Go To Sleep. Punk looks down at Burke, having done to him the exact same thing he did to Jamin Olivencia at Rage In The Cage. Revenge may be here for the November Saturday Night Special. Fans are mixed, half booing, some cheering, and some chanting "CM Punk!, CM Punk!". Punk looks to them as Dean reiterates what was said by Punk. A challenge thrown down for Retribution, Burke vs Punk? Gilbert says it's not so much a challenge as he can't imagine Burke will do anything but accept that match.
Next week here though, it's the big end of the year show with Metal Master challenging Eric Locker for the TV Title, no count outs like at the SNS last week when Locker walked out on the match. Mary Elizabeth Monroe challenging Jessie Belle for the Women's Title, Tracy Smothers barred from ringside. Scarlett Bordeaux vs Nikki St. John, loser leaves The Mean Girls. And get this, 1 on 1 in a Posedown, Melvin Maximus, a former 2 time Kentucky Muscle bodybuilding winner, against The Body Guy? Should be interesting. All that, plus the fallout of Rob Terry & Timmy Danger stealing, yes, STEALING the prosthetic leg of Michael Hayes in what was a disgusting display. And hopefully the fallout from what we just saw, CM Punk making a surprise appearance, giving Elijah Burke the Go To Sleep. That's all next week, last OVW TV of 2014, don't miss it!
Websclusive match #1
Dapper Dan defeats Rump Thump @ 5:09 via pinfall with a bridging German Suplex. This match was pushed as a rematch from their Future Talent Showcase semi final match several weeks back that saw Rump Thump come out on top. The story here was Dapper Dan needing to cheat to win. Rump Thump had the momentum, leading to Dapper Dan pulling the referee between them, allowing Dan to hit a well timed low blow kick and follow that up with his finisher for the victory. Commentators for the week were The Fan Advocate Terry Boddie and Nick Dinsmore. No real insight here beyond the call, but both would like to see a rubber match to settle the series that now stands at 1-1 between them.VS |
Websclusive match #2
Metal Master & The Skywalkers defeat Eric Locker, Raul Lamotta & The Mexicutioner @ 6:24 when Aaron Sky pinned Lamotta after a springboard splash as the others brawled. Team champion as the commentators dubbed them since it was comprised of the TV champion Locker and the Tag Team champions Los Rudos, ultimately fail in this outing as the 3 challengers were hungry for revenge off the Saturday Night Special matches. While Metal Master gets an opportunity at Locker on the next TV, this win could also help secure The Skywalkers another possible opportunity at Lamotta & The Mexicutioner. No sign of Shelly Martinez in this match either. Dinsmore on commentary says that as a former Tag Team champion in OVW, he knows that with 4 men involved, anybody can win on any day and these 2 teams seem to be a great example of that so far.VS | ||
