EVOLVE Rule Book:
Section 1: Point System: EVOLVE Wrestling uses an innovative approach to ranking the top contenders to our titles with the point system. Every win a wrestler/team gets, it is one point for that person/team. If the wrestler/team loses a match, and they have points, the wrestler/team will lose their points. Different numbers of points are needed to contend for another of the three championships in EVOLVE, and they are as followed:
EVOLVE Grand Championship: 5 points
EVOLVE King Of The Hill Championship: 3 points
EVOLVE Tag Team Championship: 3 points
It is up to the wrestler/team when and how points are cashed in. Once cashed in, the team is locked into that title match, and a date will be chosen for the match.
Section 2: Title Matches: Each championship has a different set of rules to it. This section will give the rules for how the titles will be defended.
EVOLVE Grand Championship: 1-Fall 60-Minute Time Limit match. Can be any form of stipulation and can end up at times being 2 out of 3 falls, but in any given case, the time limit remains 60-Minute.
EVOLVE King Of The Hill Championship: Best Two out of Three Falls Match with a 30 Minute Time Limit. If the a match is tied 1-1 at the end of 2 falls, the final fall will get an extended time limit, restarting the clock at 30 minutes. If by then, the final fall isn't won, it will be declared a time limit draw (Champion retains title.)
EVOLVE Tag Team Championship: 1-Fall 60-Minute Time Limit match. Can be any form of stipulation and can end up becoming a best 2 out of 3 falls match if the EVOLVE officals deem it, but just like the Florida Heavyweight Championship, the time limit will remain 60-minutes.
Section 3: Non-Title Matches: This section deals with the non-title matches that will occur often in EVOLVE. Depending on the circumstances, the time limit will vary between 10 minutes to 30 minutes for singles matches and between 20 to 60 minutes for tag team matches.
Section 4: Fouls: EVOLVE Wrestling has a strict policy about fouls in a wrestling match. They are as followed:
Low blows
Use of a weapon
Excessive Punishment
Unmasking a masked wrestler
Interference
Assault the ref
These are consider grounds for disqualification, and with multiple instances, can result in a suspend of the performer/team.
Section 5: King Of The Hill Championship: This section adds abit more detail to the King Of The Hill Championship. The added rule for the King Of The Hill Championship is that if it is successfully defended 5 times, the current title holder will gain a shot at the EVOLVE Grand Championship. If victorious, the champion will then vacate the King Of The Hill Championship and a new champion will be crown via multi-man matches, mostly 3-Way/4-Way Dance, that will take the top contenders at the time.
