SINGLES MATCH
"The Mountain State Viking" Jason Kincaid(SHIRTS) vs. "The Interstellar Traveller" Paul London(SKINS)

This was the opening contest to a hot night of action! Kincaid is an incredible up and comer while his opponent tonight is a battle hardened world warrior. London seemed pretty arrogant in the beginning having seen so much in his career, but Kincaid was able to show him a new trick or two following the veteran step for step in a lot of ways. London had to escape the match to catch his breath bewildered that this kid was matching him. Jason wouldn't let London get a second to rest as he came over the top rope with a tope con hilo! Kincaid had the philly crowd cheering him on as he started rallying. Kincaid tried to take the match back into the ring to get the pin but London was able to kick out. The Interstellar Traveller had to actually dig down deep creating some space with a dropsault trying to psych himself back into the bout. London tried hard to just put the match away with a springboard sunset flip but Kincaid would kick out this time. London would use a move he's used in the past to take out opponents, a legsweep DDT but he still couldn't get the match won! London would quickly follow up with a double stomp to the seated Kincaid flattening him out long enough for the shooting star press to hit it's mark! London had finally done enough to put away the up and comer in a very hard fought opening contest.

TAG TEAM MATCH
Maple Leaf Mafia(Robert Roode & Tyson Kidd)(SHIRTS) vs. Death Metal(Tommy End & Biff Busick)(SKINS)

Tommy End and Tyson Kidd would start the match off exchanging holds with Kidd getting a chance to showcase the skills that he picked up in the infamous hart family dungeon. End would have to fight back with heavy hands battering Kidd with brutal strikes that blurred the line of entertainment and actual violence. Tyson would have to skitter to Roode who would be a better match up for a brawler and the fight in the middle of the ring was just that with both men throwing the heaviest hands! Sweat would fly with each hit until Roode was able to back up End whipping him off and into an arn anderson style spinebuster! Roode and Kidd would start making quick tags to continue to control the tempo of the match. End would have to fight off both men throwing a pair of high kicks and strikes to make the space to tag in his fresh partner! Busick got the hot tag coming in throwing european uppercuts o'plenty, Busick would clothesline the MLM out of the ring and as they got up End would get a measure of revenge running across the apron hitting a double dropkick! Busick would work himself up as everyone got up on the outside only to have Biff fly through the ropes taking everyone on the floor down again! The match would become a brawl in the crowd as both teams used whatever they could get their hands on to beat the crap out of the other! The match would eventually get back into the ring and the Mafia would double team End again but Busick would come roaring back in big booting Kidd! End would try to hit the boot on Roode but would get caught and planted with a picture perfect spinebuster! Kidd would scoop up End with a wheelbarrow suplex that Roode would finish off with a neckbreaker to put away Death Metal!

SINGLES MATCH
Dean Ambrose(SHIRTS) vs. "The Whole Foxin' Show" AR Fox(SKINS)

AR Fox would make Dean's life hell with his speed, evading any grapples and getting kicks in as often as possible to keep Ambrose off his game. Fox would try to snap off a cutter but would get shoved off by Ambrose, before walking into a cutter from Ambrose who finally got his hands on the high flyer! Dean would hold down Fox peppering him with right hands getting his chance to go to work on his opponent. Ambrose would drag Fox around the ring smashing his face off the various posts before planting him head first with a huge DDT for a two count! Ambrose would throw a crazy man fit with the ref allowing Fox to stalk him. Ambrose would turn around into a mafia kick from Fox that would stagger him, dropping him down for a ricochet lariat that nearly turned him inside out! Ambrose went for the dirty deeds but it was only good for a two count as Fox got his shoulder off the mat! Ambrose would immediately go back to beating the ever loving crap out of AR Fox! Ambrose tried for dirty deeds again but Fox would fight out and go for a cutter, but Ambrose would fight it off tossing Fox out of the ring! The crowd was going crazy as someone hopped the barricade and tried to get into the ring! Security would flood towards the invader as the cameras tried to focus on the action! It's Sami Callihan! Sami fights and claws his way into the ring with Ambrose and for a moment it's a cross ring stand off as Callihan pulls out a switchblade! Ambrose looks legitametly concerned as Callihan is swarmed with security and local cops who wrestle him down and disarm him as Dean slips out of the ring trying to figure out what just happened as the match gets thrown out!

SINGLES MATCH
"The Messiah of the Back Breaker" Roderick Strong(SHIRTS) vs. "The KO King" Chris Hero(SKINS)

These two guys put on a hell of a clinic in the middle of the ring, after the last match didn't see an end these guys pulled out all the stops for the crowd! The match started with a lot of chain wrestling with both men going hold for hold. Hero would hit an elbow smash and Strong would answer with a blistering chop! It continued to escalate this way with both men exchanging shots! Hero would take down Strong with a big boot before trying for a discus elbow as soon as Roddy got to his feet, but Strong would duck the shot and drop Hero with what would be the first of many back breakers! Strong got onto a roll and Hero got a personal lesson of the different variations of the back breaker that would make anyone cringe! Hero looked like he was in a lot of trouble but used his wrestling skills to bring the match to the mat keeping him from further damage to his back. The match would go back to mat wrestling until both men worked to their feet where Hero would snap off a hero's welcome for a long two count! Hero would try to finish things whipping off Strong trying to rebound him into the KO elbow but Strong would duck the shot and come back with a sick kick for a two count! Roddy tried to lift up Hero for a suplex but Hero would keep blocking it before coming out of nowhere with a KO elbow to stop the match cold as he covered Strong for a three count!


Prior to the next match up Del Rio come to the ring with mic in hand, he's visibly pissed off that he has to wrestle someone like Edwards tonight. Alberto is a two time NWA World Heavyweight champion and now he's wrestling in some dirty dive bar in Philly. He continues on his tirade about how much he hates Philly and how much he hates Edwards. The music of Edwards hits and the crowd goes wild as he faces off against the mexican aristocrat!

SINGLES MATCH
"Die Hard" Eddie Edwards(SHIRTS) vs. Alberto del Rio(SKINS)

They go nose to nose and exchange words before the fight starts! Alberto goes low with a knee to the gut, talking more trash to the crowd as he inflicts punishment on Edwards. Del Rio would toss Edwards out of the ring just so he could take more time to talk trash to the south Philly crowd. It doesn't take a genious to figure out that Alberto wasn't taking this challenge seriously as he pushed the ref aside attacking Edwards as soon as he crawled his way back into the ring. Rio would push him by the face with his boot in a disrespectful display before picking him up delivering a german suplex. Alberto tried for the armbar but Edwards would fight for his life wiggling out of the hold and trying for an achilles tendon hold but Del Rio would scramble to a rope and for the first time in the match looking concerned. Edwards has taken a beating but he's still standing and taunting Alberto to keep bringing it! Eddie would come at Del Rio with chops and kicks working him into the corner where Edwards would bring him out with a backpack stunner in the middle of the ring! Eddie tried for the pinfall but just couldn't get it as Alberto would kick his shoulder off the mat! Edwards would try to roll around into the single leg boston crab but Alberto would counter with a small package for a near fall! Edwards would try for a powerbomb but Del Rio would slip free coming back with a superkick that would put Edwards on his ass, Del Rio would hit another superkick finally bringing "Die Hard" to the mat. This would result in a counterfest on the mat as both men tried to pin the other with Alberto finally getting the chance to lock on the cross armbreaker! Edwards would try to fight free but the ref had to eventually call it or Alberto would do very serious damage to Edwards arm!


After the match Edwards tried to extend a hand shake with his good arm to Alberto after the war they just went through. Alberto would look over the offer for a moment before rolling out of the ring, he's not going to show anyone here respect even if Edwards took him to the limits.

SHIRTS vs. SKINS MATCH
Shane Haste, Mikey Nicholls, Zack Sabre & Martin Stone(SHIRTS) vs. Shiima Xion, John Morrison, Alex Koslov & Bobby Fish(SKINS)

This was the main event eight man tag and it was insanity with the ref losing control pretty quickly. There were sort of tags but this was mostly a lucha style "tag" system with people coming in and out. Xion and Morrison weren't very cohesive with their partners in this match but they held themselves together enough to keep the match even. Everyone looked to get their spots in and get the crowd going. The match ended when Koslov shouldered up Sabre Jr and Fish came off the top with a leaping knee!


After the match the victor team kind of had a face off. Koslov and Fish looked very suspect of the Rockstars. "Black Dog" by Zeppelin hits and the original Rockstars step out onto the ramp! Jimmy Rave and Jason Hades, Lena Yada looks concerned as does the new Rockstars in the ring! IT looks like the transition wasn't as smooth as Morrison and Xion made it sound as the original Rockstars storm the ring and have a stand off with the new Rockstars! Koslov and Fish look on but are taken out by stereo superkicks! Rave, Hades, Morrison and Xion embrace in the ring after clearing it of everyone else, Yada gets into the ring and stands with her men as the show ends!

Wrote this days before the Lonestar draft, yet included Callihan anyway. Shows the faith put into Salyers despite him having 4 days left at this point to deliver shows lol. Glad that you managed to draft Callihan as the Ambrose thing is definitely the most interesting storyline you have going here. Normally I'd say an over the top angle like that works better once established longer because by not doing stuff like that for months and then breaking it out, it stands out more. So early into the run, it comes across like maybe the norm. Difference here is I assume the switchblade plays upon their past rather than it having been Callihan's intention to stab him or something. Hopefully this is a feud and not building to them teaming as there's far more to gain from them against each other, than there is with each other where you're only as good as your opponents, and no knock on your tag division, just I think they would stand out really fast as the top team by being heads & shoulders above the rest.

Not too into the Rockstars stuff. It feels like every new startup uses them as a fallback to give the tag division more legitimacy by using them to put guys over, and the name is a bit bastardized at this point. Not a knock at the group or foursome, I just think you could benefit more from getting creative with a new and fresh name vs the beaten down and overused 'Rockstars of Wrestling' brand that has seen way more failure than success the last year.

Really hoping you pick Nicholls & Haste back up. Of all the teams, they seem the most underutilized around here and the most 'ready'.

Good start to Del Rio here. The way everything went down told more of a story than just him winning and gave some added character development.

Strong vs Hero was well placed. Seems like it probably would have been the most sound wrestling match, and Strong was in it until the end.
