Chief of Staff Rob Van Dam is out to open the show, does the usual welcomes. RVD then announces that Bad News Barrett's contractual obligations with NWA Maximum officially expires at midnight tonight. As such he hopes everyone and their ears will be happy that Barrett will no longer be the official town crier of Windy City and instead will need to back up his words in the ring. As such, RVD is letting it be known that he has signed a big match for the main-event of the next Saturday Night Live as Bad News Barrett will make his in-ring debut against... "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters! Barrett who has not been mincing his words over Masters recently certainly has been given a stiff debut match.
We head to Michael Cole and Booker T and they hype up the show, before we are handed over to So Cal Val for the introductions of the first bout.
1. Non-Title Triple Threat Match
Adrian Neville [NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion] w/Paul Heyman
Verses
Will "The Hype" Ferrara
Verses
"The Apex of Agility" Andrew Everett
Will Ferrara and Andrew Everett both came up into Windy City at the same time, with the two facing each other on the pre-lims of SNL on two occassions sharing the spoils in matches that got rave reviews. A 3rd match was held this time on TV on SNL and while Everett would eek out the victory, both men was winners with both being offered full roster spots here in Chicago. Since then the two have become somewhat of an irritance to the current NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Adrian Neville, and his manager Paul Heyman. Neville told them they didn't deserve a title match, but that he wanted a triple threat match so that he could take care of both men and be done with them at the same time.
The match was mostly bossed by Neville, who looked crisp and sharp. But the two rookies often worked together which made the match much more even and both Ferrera and Everett didn't look out of place in the match at all. The finish came when Neville hit the Red Arrow on Everett, but Ferrera was waiting and hit Neville with the Hype Drive before tossing him out of the ring to the shock of Heyman. Ferrera had a moment where he paused thinking if he should cover his friend or not, but quickly made his mind up and hooking the leg made the pin to score the shock win to kick off the TV Special!
Heyman and Neville did not look happy as they made a quick exit once Neville had recovered, while although Ferrera and Everett shook hands after the match, Everett did not look totally happy that he was pinned by his fellow rookie here with their plan being to double team Neville! As it is, Ferrera is now in a prime spot to demand an actual NWA World Junior Heavyweight Title match!
Winner: Will "The Hype" Ferrara pins Andrew Everett in 11:04

2. Windy City Cyber TV Championship Match
Tyler Breeze [c] Verses Ryback
Ryback has made it clear that he's here in Chicago to SMASH the opposition and he's been steadily working his way up the ranks, remaining undefeated. Breeze makes a good chickenshit bad-guy secondary champion though and many thought that he would be able to use his brains to outwit Ryback here tonight. He tried though, with many attempts at foreign objects and shenanigans but Ryback was too strong and he put Breeze away with the Shellshock to win the Cyber TV Title!
Winner: Ryback pins Breeze with the Shellshock to win the Cyber TV Championship in 5:12
*Backstage we see The Family all together in the boiler room. Jay & Mark Briscoe, Luke Harper & Serena Deeb. The Briscoes are about to go out and defend their titles against Paradigm Shift members Curtis Axel and Kyle O'Reilly and they run a promo on them saying that this is the original family and no new fangled, new age, cool-aid led group led by a wanna be messiah like Paul Heyman is going to be able to shift them out of the way tonight and win the tag team titles. The Family is the premier group, THE Family in Windy City, and they better realise that!
The segment then shifts towards Luke Harper and Serena Deeb. Harper runs his mouth against Sammi Zayn, calling him a White Knight saddo. Deeb looks a bit subdued with her future within The Family and possibly her thoughts and convictions divided and unsure. Harper says that once he wins against Zayn in the cage tonight he will personally post Zayn in the mail the very worn knickers that Deeb wears tonight...*makes creepy sniffs*...because that's the only thing he will have to be reminded about Serena...because once Harper defeats her only crusader Zayn, there will be no doubt and Serena will become submerged and deeper within The Family whether she likes it, or not!*

3. Windy City Tag Team Championship Match
The Briscoes [c] Verses Paradigm Shift (Curtis Axel & Kyle O'Reilly) w/Paul Heyman
The Briscoes face their first big challenge since beating The Usos for the belts as they defended against Axel & O'Reilly and it was a closely contested match with Axel and O'Reilly almost winning the belts but it was the champions who would retain. Paul Heyman now 0-2 for the night is having a bad night and didn't look too happy towards his charges Axel & O'Reilly.
We cut backstage and see Zeb Colter watching on the TV monitors making some notes. Is Colter scouting?
Winners: The Briscoes retain the Tag Team Titles in 10:28 when Mark pins Axel with a Mark-Out, a Cut-throat inverted Death Valley driver.
4. Windy City ZG Championship Match
Uhaa Nation [c] Verses Ricochet w/Rich Swann
Stand out match here, Ricochet more than proved himself to be a real threat to the championship but the cocky challenger was beaten when Rockstar Spud made an appearance and got revenge upon Ricochet for his attack earlier in the night by sliding past an unaware Swann and hitting him with a Rockstar Stunner! Uhaa took fully advantage and hit a standing shooting star press on Ricochet to score the pinfall and retain his championship. As Spud does a runner after the match, Ricochet, angry and frustrated with his partner Rich Swann and hit him with the Benadryller.
Winner: Uhaa Nation pinned Ricochet with a Standing Shooting Star Press to retain the ZG Championship in 14:10.

5. NWA North American Heavyweight Championship Match
John Cena [c] w/The Cenation Verses Sugar Dunkerton
This match was an unlikely pairing, but Dunkerton has been a thorn in the side of Cena after suffering weeks of bullying from the Cenation and earned his shot with a pinfall over Todd Hanson of the Cenation on SNL. The match began with Sugar playing a game of cat-and-mouse with Cena to the delight of the Chicago fanbase who love any chance they have to laugh at Cena being embarassed. Cena then finally caught up with Dunkerton and started to take charge and took great delight in picking apart Sugar Dunkerton hitting all his signature moves. With Cena about to set up the Attitude Adjustment, Dunkerton managed to heel kick Cena in the balls and made a comeback. Dunkerton and Cena went head to head with Sugar leaving the comedy aside and matching Cena in the ring. Dunkerton had Cena down and scaled to the top rope looking for the Grand Slam Dunk, but Cena was up and caught Dunkerton and showing great strength hoisted him up over his shoulders and hit the Attitude Adjustment. Cena wasted no time, hooked the leg and made the pin to retain the NWA North American Championship.
After being passed his belt Cena wipes the sweat off his brow and has a look of "I didn't expect that, from him" type of look, Dunkerton perhaps gaining some respect for his skills tonight despite going down to the NWA North American Champion John Cena.
Winner: John Cena pins Dunkerton with the Attitude Adjustment in 12:38 to retain the NWA North American Championship.
6. Steel Cage Match
*If Zayn wins, Serena must have no contact with The Family for 30 days. After those 30 days, if she wants too, she can go back to The Family, or she can leave. If Harper wins, he gets a Heavyweight Title shot at a time of his choosing!
Sami Zayn Verses Luke Harper w/Serena Deeb
Deeb was kidnapped by The Family some months ago now, and since then has been displaying symptons of Stockholm Syndrome showing empthay, sympathy and having positive feelings toward her captors, sometimes to the point of defending and identifying with her captors The Family and Luke Harper! Sammi Zayn has been trying to do what's right and give Deeb the opportunity to leave The Family should she choose too but has been accussed of white knighting by supporters of The Family. The Briscoes was banned from ringside by RVD we was notified prior to the match starting!
This match was brutal and Harper was a beast inside of that cage, but Zayn showed skill, and great resillence. Both men headed for the exit, Harper the door and Zayn scaling the cage at the same time. It looked like Harper would exit the door first before Zayn, but Serena Deeb shoved the referee with the key to the lock out of the way and would not open the door! Deeb looked in panic as Harper screamed at her, but Zayn dropped the final few feet from the cage to win the match! Zayn marshall's Deeb away from the ring and to the back where she is placed in an ambulance and taken away for evaluation.
Winner: Sami Zayn exits the cage first in 16:28 to win the steel cage match. Deeb must now have no contact with The Family for 30 days!

7. Windy City Womens Championship Match
Kharma [c] Verses Charlotte
Charlotte took this match against the champion Kharma as a big underdog after impressing with a couple of wins, after two-times ex champion Paige who was dethroned by Kharma in super-quick fashion declined her chance of an immediate rematch. Kharma was once again strong and formidable in this match but Charlotte made it interesting as she tried to take Kharma down and work the ground game. In a pretty good women's match, Charlotte squirmed out of an Implant Buster attempt and took Kharma down with an ankle. She then latched on her Figure-Eight! Kharma tired to fight it but she passed out with the ref dropping Kharma's arm three-times and Charlotte wins the Womens Championship!
A probable jealous Paige watches from the entrance way as Charlotte celebrates her win and the ref straps the Windy City Womens Championship belt around her waist.
Winner: Charlotte wins by technical submission to the Figure Eight, (Bridging figure-four leglock), to win the Women's Championship in 8:42.
