Right now though it's up to Scarlett with the introduction for the opening match ...
Match #1
Semi Final TV Title Tournament match
Ryan Howe vs Adam Revolver
Adam Revolver defeats Ryan Howe @ 6:24 via pinfall with his own feet on the ropes for leverage. The Rockstar gets cheated out of the win here as he seemingly had the match won. Setting up for the Chart Topper, his blockbuster DDT, Revolver kicked the ropes to cause him to have to catch his balance. Revolver then grabbed Howe and turned him to spike him down to the mat into a cover, adding his own feet onto the ropes without the referee seeing. Revolver moves on to the final next week where he will battle the winner of the Dylan Bostic vs Paredyse match later in the hour.

Ringside interview w/ The Congregation
Terry Boddie is joined by the Tag Team champions. Last week, Stuart Miles announced Freebird rules for the team. The reason he says is because who are they to decide who is deserving? Instead they have left it up to the great man in the sky to make the decision for them through a sign from above. Boddie wonders about the 'good book' that has been appearing as a foreign object as of late. Miles says he looks to it for advice during the action and should a wrestler fall into its path, that's not his fault, it is just how 'he' wanted it, pointing up. He ends off with a hearty hallelujah.
Match #2
The Wild Boyz vs TerreMex
The Wild Boyz defeat TerreMex @ 5:53 when Eddie Diamond made Terrez tap out to the Crossfire Crossface. Both teams had their fans in this match, and seemed to be wrestling on even ground throughout much of the contest. The presence of The Body Guy & Big Jon however would prove to be the undoing of TerreMex. As Terrez was going for the corkscrew moonsault on Diamond, Body Guy distracted the referee for Big Jon to instead shove him off the top rope. This drew away The Mexicutioner's attention and allowed for Diamond to put on his finisher and win the match. Probably not how The Wild Boyz envisioned a win, but in this competitive tag team division, they will take it as it keeps them in the hunt for The Congregation's Tag Team Title.

Match #3
Women's championship match
Mary Elizabeth Monroe (c) vs Seleziya Sparx
Seleziya Sparx defeats Women's champion Mary Elizabeth Monroe to win the title @ 5:32 via pinfall after the spiral bomb. A surprise turn of events here with Seleziya winning the title clean over the champion in a somewhat dominant performance. Monroe never was able to get started and was at a disadvantage through much of the match, with Seleziya working the arm. When Monroe did finally apply The Rainbow Cross out of nowhere, her strength was sapped and she was unable to keep it applied with Seleziya instead shoving her back first to the corner. She then finished Monroe off to take the win and the title.
Post match sees Taeler Hendrix, at ringside in Seleziya's corner for the match, gleefully take the title from the referee at the conclusion. The commentators wondered who won this match since Hendrix was celebrating like the belt was hers? She then handed the belt off to Seleziya before getting in Monroe's face, having maybe 1 upped her. Monroe will need a completely new strategy from what she brought here, should she invoke the rematch clause.

Ringside interview w/ Josh Ashcraft & Melvin Maximus
Terry Boddie is joined by the 2 for what has been deemed a show of strength. Ashcraft asks if anybody remembers the days when strong wrestlers would come out on TV, bending bars or holding back cars? Whatever, that's yesterday. In 2015, all of them pale in comparison to Mr. Marvelous. Today, he is going to show that he is not only the strongest wrestler in OVW, but the NWA as a whole. Ashcraft then produces an apple which Maximus will crush with his bare hand! Maximus does it with ease as Boddie seems rather unimpressed. Ashcraft says that this is just the start and you build up. Next week, 4M will top this and Boddie will be impressed.
Match #4
Semi Final TV Title tournament match
Dylan Bostic vs Paredyse
Dylan Bostic defeats Paredyse @ 10:43 via pinfall after the backstabber. A hard fought match between 2 wrestlers that know each other well, having feuded at the close of 2014. With both wrestlers fan favorites now, fans were split, maybe slightly favoring Paredyse, until Bostic's second Ray Lynn would get them back into it. At the close, Paredyse went for the keister to the kisser, but Bostic avoided running into the headscissors. Instead Paredyse landed his feet to the mat, at which point Bostic jumped and connected with the double knee backbreaker and scored the fall. With the win, Bostic moves on to the final to take on familiar foe Adam Revolver next week on TV.

Match #5
Elijah Burke vs Cliff Compton
At least that's the plan. The Pope comes out first, but no sign of Mr. 1859. He gets introduced again and still no sign of him. This brings out Director of Authority Jim Cornette, he says something to Burke and the referee as the commentators wonder what this is about. Apparently no sign of Compton. Burke calls Scarlett over and takes the mic.
Elijah Burke: "These people came here tonight to see Pope wrestle! Now Cliff Compton, you might not be here, and I don't really know why or what's going on. But if there's anybody back there that wants to test themselves against the OVW champion, just bring it! This is your shot.
Open challenge thrown out by Burke, a risky proposition for the OVW champion given how many wrestlers in the back probably want this opportunity. First through the curtain though is Robbie Walker! While his win-loss record may not be perfect, it has been above .500 as of late, and he has looked impressive. Dean says that his approach is key, taking matches to push himself and make himself better. Such as right now as Burke seems to be willing.
Heavyweight champion Elijah Burke defeats Robbie Walker in a non title match @ 7:14 via pinfall after The Elijah Experience. While The Pope does get the win, Walker comes close and has him on the ropes at 1 point in the match. With a small package and a school boy and a sunset flip, Walker gets several near falls to build on that single grain of believability that he could win this match. By the point he hits the superkick and covers, fans count along but Burke gets a shoulder up before the 3. Burke manages to make the comeback and hit the sitout facebuster and take the pinfall here. Afterward, he shakes Walker's hand, applauds his efforts, and puts him over as the future of this place.
Burke exits to give Walker a moment in the ring. Classy gesture by the champion, only Compton appears from behind the curtain with a chair, smacking Burke in the back with it. He quickly grabs him and throws him into the ring post. Walker comes out as Compton backs down. Rookie mistake though as Walker turns to check on Burke, and Compton picks the chair back up to hit him with it. Both wrestlers are down as Compton stands over Burke with a chair and drives it into his ribs. Not once, not twice, but 3 times, and continues to put the pressure on. Finally wrestlers are out - James Thomas, Rump Thump, Ram Jam. Compton backs away as Cornette, OVW doctor Asa Andrew, and even Danny Davis are checking on the champ. We know 1 title was just vacated, could another be on the way? What is the condition here of Elijah Burke?!

Backstage footage from the break
Cliff Compton is in the back being reprimanded by Jim Cornette when Elijah Burke comes charging in. Cornette calls for help and a large portion of the roster is left keeping them apart from each other. Cornette tells the wrestlers to keep them apart until the end of the show because he does not want the Heavyweight Title match for the Saturday Night Special jeopardized.
Ringside interview w/ Ali Vaez
Terry Boddie is joined by the Blacklist leader. He says that thanks to him, OVW never has to worry about Rudy Switchblade again. Thanks to him, the fraud Mike Hayes is out of action. And how does he get thanked? Being forced into a match with James 'Moose' Thomas at the Saturday Night Special?! Unacceptable. It's not that he can't beat him, more so that it's a waste of time. Going forward, he intends to do something that The Blacklist was meant to do. He wants a match with John Cena for the NWA North American championship. And unlike Switchblade, he will not drop the ball, but rather take The Blacklist to new heights.
Match #6
Jamin Olivencia & Rob Conway vs Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker
Jamin Olivencia & Rob Conway vs Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker to a no contest @ 1:58. The match barely has a chance to get started. Some early action before Conway tags in Olivencia, who readies to go at it with Jonze. Instead though, GFW owner Jeff Jarrett is out with a mic in hand to put a stop to the action.
Jeff Jarrett: "I told you 2 last week. Jamin Olivencia will not get a shot at the title because you don't cross Jeff Jarrett. Rob, you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. You 2 want a shot at AJ Styles at Fall Brawl and the World Title? Well so does this man. These are the lengths I will go to! This man doesn't work for me or with me, we just have a common end goal. He brings with him the destruction and chaos that if I don't get what I want, then neither will you! And another thing, he's pissed ... off!"
And just like that, the Davis Arena stands! Not since the surprise appearance of CM Punk back in October of last year has anything been as unexpected as this.
The Beast.
Brock Lesnar!
He comes out from the back as the combatants stop their competition. He shuffles from 1 foot to the other, punching the air, flexing his traps. He jumps up to the apron and enters the ring. Nobody knows what to make of this. Will anybody stand up to Lesnar? The commentators remind us that the entire locker room is busy with Elijah Burke and Cliff Compton right now. Lesnar steps up to Olivencia, looking him down with a chuckle. Conway steps up though gets Lesnar's attention by turning him away. Lesnar seems less amused with this gesture.
Takedown on Conway! Olivencia steps in and starts landing shots to back Lesnar off, but gets a takedown as well. Lesnar lands several hard forearm shots before standing. The Blacklist seem to like this, but Lesnar quickly shows they are not friends. He takes down Locker. As he stands, he just grabs Jonze to throw him on his shoulders ... F5! F5 on Shiloh Jonze! Locker stands and gets behind Lesnar for the German, but Lesnar reverses and German suplex! Locker gets up, but takes another! He gets up at the ropes and Lesnar flips him, nearly landing on his head for a third German suplex! Lesnar takes Locker to Suplex City!
He exits the ring as Olivencia and Conway are up. He shakes his head at them "no", snickers and heads into the crowd and disappears in the concession area. What the hell is going on here? Neither man knows what to make of this, but it seems clear - Brock Lesnar has a problem with Jamin Olivencia and Rob Conway, the 2 men who will go 1 on 1 at the Saturday Night Special on September 5. For Dean Hill, Gilbert Corsey saying so long until next week and hopefully some answers.
Websclusive match #1
Mario Bokara defeats Deonta Davis @ 0:53 via tap out to the standing Fujiwara armbar. Yet again, Bokara dominates and picks up the submission win. Only this time, sensing he was approaching the minute mark, Davis tried to hold on. It just led to Bokara wrenching harder and seemingly a pop. Leon Shelly came out to check on his partner, as did OVW doctor Asa Andrew, getting some over time here. He throws up the X and it could be bad news for Davis as Bokara could care less. He wins again in impressive fashion and continues his quick ascent here.
Websclusive match #2
Chase Owens defeats Raul Lamotta @ 5:26 via pinfall after the Roaring Elbow. Continuing on his string of wins, Owens goes over The Rudo here. No sign of the injured Jeremiah Plunkett, and it might be a while before he can return to the ring. This leaves the door open for the September 5 Saturday Night Special with rumors of Director of Authority Jim Cornette trying to bring in a top junior heavyweight for Owens to compete with as he continues his quest for a shot at the gold held by Neville.
