TV champion: - vacant -
Women's champion: Seleziya Sparx
Commentators: Dean Hill & Gilbert Corsey
Ring Announcer: Scarlett Bordeaux
Interviewer: Terry Boddie
The commentators welcome viewers to the show. Last week, a newsworthy show. First, Brock Lesnar. Questions need answers as he has arrived with his sights set on Jamin Olivencia and Rob Conway, with both men here tonight. Is Lesnar? That, we don't know. Secondly, a vicious attack by Cliff Compton on OVW champion Elijah Burke. He is not in action tonight, but has been assured to be ready for September 5 and the Saturday Night Special. Compton though will be in action with a mystery opponent, hand picked by Jim Cornette. Also here tonight ...
- Non title action with The Wild Boyz vs The Congregation
- Tessa Blanchard vs Mandy Leon in a Saturday Night Special rematch
- James 'Moose' Thomas is in action
- Chase Owens vs Robbie Walker in what should be a fast paced exchange
Plus Taeler Hendrix & the new Women's champion Seleziya Sparx join us, and another display of strength from Melvin Maximus. Kicking us off though is Scarlett in the ring as we get ready for championship action ...
Match #1
TV Title Tournament Final
Dylan Bostic vs Adam Revolver
Adam Revolver defeats Dylan Bostic to win the TV Title @ 8:14 via pinfall after rolling through a go behind and using a handful of tights. A hot opener gets robbed of a clean finish thanks to the cheating ways of Revolver. Bostic nearly took the match with the Backstabber, but Revolver got his foot on the bottom rope at the count of 2. Bostic kept on the pressure, going to a go behind into a roll up, only for Revolver to roll through and grab the tights for extra leverage to keep Bostic down. Ray Lynn pleads with the referee, but he saw nothing and thus can do nothing but declare Revolver the winner and new TV champion.
Post match sees Director of Authority Jim Cornette come out. He says that the referee's decision is final and while he can't do anything here, he can order a rematch. So on September 5 at the Saturday Night Special, Adam Revolver will defend the TV Title against Dylan Bostic, and just in case he has any fancy ideas of bending the rules like he has the last couple of weeks out here, there will be a second referee in the match on the outside to keep things clean!

Ringside interview w/ Taeler Hendrix & Seleziya Sparx
Terry Boddie is joined by the A List, complete with their newly acquired championship. Boddie congratulates Seleziya before Taeler interrupts and says he should be congratulating her. Seleziya won this belt so she could hand it over, making her once again the champion. This seems like news to Seleziya, but Boddie puts a halt to it anyway as he confirms that at the Saturday Night Special, Mary Elizabeth Monroe will get a return match for the title. Hendrix just laughs because after what Seleziya did to her last week, the title is staying with the A List.
Match #2
Tessa Blanchard vs Mandy Leon
Tessa Blanchard defeats Mandy Leon @ 5:36 via pinfall after a slingshot back suplex. Blanchard has looked impressive early, and shows her win at the Saturday Night Special over The Egyptian Goddess was the real deal by defeating her again here this week. Dean says that he can see the flashes of father Tully in her, and maybe even some of grandpa Joe. She has proven herself early on in her OVW career, but the match still looms from OVW vet and former Women's champion Jessie Belle after their confrontation several weeks back.

Match #3
James Thomas vs Elvis Pridemoore
James Thomas defeats Elvis Pridemoore @ 4:52 via pinfall after the Moose Kick. Another win for Moose as he continues on this run since returning a month ago. During the match, Ali Vaez came out for a closer look. After the win, Moose took notice of him and exited the ring to confront him. Unknown to Moose, Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker came from behind him. Unknown to them on top of that, Paredyse & Ryan Howe were out behind them! Vaez notified them, and they turned to start brawling. This however left Moose and Vaez 1 on 1. Vaez took off with Moose in pursuit, disappearing behind the curtain. Referees and officials separated the other 4. There will be no disappearing though at the SNS when it is Moose vs Vaez.

Ringside interview w/ Josh Ashcraft & Melvin Maximus
Terry Boddie is joined back with the 2. Last week, Maximus crushed an apple with 1 hand in a less than incredible feet. This week, Josh Ashcraft says he will drive a nail through a board using his hands. Maximus wraps his hand in a cloth and then proceeds to drive a nail through a wood board. Boddie says it's impressive but Ashcraft set the bar pretty high with his comments last week. Ashcraft asks if he wants more? Maximus then smashes the board in half and turns his attention to Boddie. Ashcraft tells him next week maybe he'll rip him in half as his next feat.
Match #4
The Wild Boyz vs The Congregation
The Wild Boyz defeat Tag Team champions The Congregation in a non title match @ 6:29 when Eddie Diamond made Stuart Miles tap out to the Crossfire Crossface. With this non title win, The Wild Boyz earn another opportunity at the title at the upcoming Saturday Night Special. Battling for the champions here were Miles & Altar Boy Jade Dawson. Apostle Jake Glasure tried interfering, but was turned away by the referee. Bud Dwight hit a dropkick on Dawson to send him from the ring and EFD locked The Pastor of Disaster into the submission hold to get the win.

Match #5
Chase Owens vs Robbie Walker
Chase Owens defeats Robbie Walker @ 7:08 via pinfall after the Roaring Elbow. Yet another in a good line of performances by Walker as he continues to test himself, and there are few better right now than Owens. Walker had control and went for the superkick, but Owens ducked. As Walker turned, Owens was already mid spin and caught him with the discus elbow to the head. After the match Owens went in to check on Walker as the referee went down. But all for not as from the back emerged Jeremiah Plunkett on crutches with a word or 2 for Owens.
Jeremiah Plunkett: "Let's give a hand everybody! The great Chase Owens wins again. Please! I was sitting back there almost throwing up at the sight! You might be the most over rated wrestler in the NWA today because until you get in the ring with me? All these wins mean nothing boy! I am Jeremiah Plunkett and I ... now hold on here."
Owens exits the ring and gets closer.
Jeremiah Plunkett: "Now you wouldn't hit a man in crutches would you? Look at this! Chase Owens, big man. Picking on a cripple. Well I'll give you somebody to pick on at the Saturday Night Special. You wanna make some noise with them junior heavyweights? Yeah, ok. Try making some noise against this man. Hand picked by me! Jason 'The Gift' Kincaid!"
And with that, Kincaid comes out and rubs his hands together in anticipation. These 2 know each other and know each other well, and now their rivalry from the indies comes to OVW on September 5 at the next Saturday Night Special.

Ringside interview w/ Jamin Olivencia
Terry Boddie is joined by a very angry Olivencia. He doesn't need to know why, because it just is. Brock Lesnar showed up last week, and he showed why he is the baddest man on the planet. Why he is The Beast. But come out right now Lesnar! Come out here right now, face him like a man, and it will be a different story. Instead, out comes Rob Conway. He tells Olivencia that he's not the only 1 pissed about Lesnar, but what he needs to worry about is him at the Saturday Night Special. Olivencia tells Conway that if they don't watch each other's backs out here, there won't be a match on September 5. This is what Jeff Jarrett wants! Conway backs down and agrees with him. Next week, he will have Jamin's back and if Lesnar shows up again, they take him together.
Match #6
? vs Cliff Compton
After last week's attack on Elijah Burke, the question is just who this would be. Director of Authority Jim Cornette is out and says that there's been a lot of speculation here. A former OVW champion to test Compton, maybe Burke himself, but no. What about Colt Cabana? The fans pop, but again, no. Thanks to Compton, Cabana's gone. But this man is not. And with that, out comes the masked 'Matt Classic'. Compton wants to know what this crap is? Cornette just says his opponent for the night.
Matt Classic defeats Cliff Compton @ 6:45 via pinfall after an airplane spin. The #1 contender is caught completely off guard here, and doesn't seem to know how to approach the offensive skill set of Classic. Compton would end up in the clawhold, but manage to free himself after a kick to the midsection. From there Compton tried for the Cliffhanger, but OVW champion Elijah Burke appeared at ringside. This distracted Compton just long enough that Classic would counter and when Compton went to springboard off the middle rope, catch him on his shoulders. Classic puts on the spin and drops Compton for a cover and surprise 3 count. Compton couldn't believe it! Just 10 days away from the Saturday Night Special and he drops this match, to a masked wrestler? Burke laughs it up as even Classic seems surprised by the win. A bad sign for the #1 contender.
Next week, the return of Mario Bokara to the program, Ali Vaez is in singles action, Rebel vs new Women's champion Seleziya Sparx in a non title match, plus Jamin Olivencia and Rob Conway had best be prepared because Brock Lesnar may strike again. And you can bet Cliff Compton will have something to say on what we just saw. For Dean Hill, Gilbert Corsey saying so long until next week.
Websclusive match #1
Leon Shelly defeats J Best @ 4:51 via pinfall with a schoolboy. Fresh off the injury of tag team partner Deonta Davis, Shelly picks up an extremely rare win, perhaps the sign of a changing of ways for him. He plays the face in this match and commentators speculate that Shelly may be wanting a piece of Mario Bokara for revenge, although given Bokara's path of destruction so far, that could certainly be considered not the smartest decision.
Websclusive match #2
The Fabulous Freebodies defeat Rump Thump & Ram Jam @ 5:43 when Body Guy pinned Ram Jam after a pedigree. The team of The Body Guy & Big Jon get an official name here and a win to boot. Big Jon shows limited skills but with his size and strength, being in a tag team should help him to get better without posing too much of a risk. A tag team match against TerreMex is announced for the Saturday Night Special.
