- Evening Gown match for the Women's Title, Mary Elizabeth Monroe defends vs Taeler Hendrix
- Tag Team Battle Royal
And first up is a War Games preview with 2 of the key wrestlers involved in the match ...
Match #1
Marcus Anthony vs Rob Conway
Marcus Anthony defeats Rob Conway @ 4:52 via DQ due to outside interference. The Strongest Gamer Alive and The Ironman exchange some power displays in this rematch of sorts from the August Saturday Night Special. Anthony began to take advantage of the match, but would get jumped by Mr. Wrestling Nick Dinsmore before long. TV champion Adam Revolver was quickly out and it became obvious in a hurry that the goal was to take Anthony out before the War Games. As the 3 triple teamed Anthony and tried to keep him down, Jeff Jarrett was out, guitar in hand. Anthony turned from fight off the other 3 and ...
Guitar shot to the head! Anthony however completely no sold the move and left Jarrett jumping from the ring as Anthony went to grab him. The other 3 exited, in awe almost. Anthony meanwhile dropped to a knee, perhaps feeling the delayed effects of the impact. Danny Davis was out to check on the muscle for his War Games team, and while it would seem the damage was minimal, it still has to be considered damage if Anthony goes into the cage at less than 100%.

Ringside interview w/ Elijah Burke
Terry Boddie is joined by The Pope. It has been nearly a month since we last saw Burke in action, losing the OVW Title to Cliff Compton. Pope says it has been a long fall going from the top of the mountain to injured ribs, unable to compete. However, he just heard from the doctor that he will be ready and cleared to return in 1 week's time. And thanks to Jim Cornette, he has been given the 8th and final spot in the King of The Valley ladder match, the match he won at last year's event. He intends to become a 2 time winner, and if he wins, he promises to cash in that night and get back the gold.
Match #2
Tag Team Battle Royal
The Congregation won a 6 tag team battle royal @ 5:37, last eliminating Paredyse & Ryan Howe. The Tag Team champion Congregation entered the match with the advantage of a third man on the floor, in this case Altar Boy Jade Dawson. He helped when needed, allowing for an early elimination of Bud Dwight, to eliminate The Wild Boyz. The Fabulous Freebodies were next with The Mexicutioner of TerreMex throwing out The Body Guy. Third out was The Blacklist team of Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker when Paredyse ducked a charging Jonze at the ropes. This left 3 teams with Dawson's interference of knocking Randy Terrez from the top rope to eliminate TerreMex, and then Jake Glasure managing to toss Howe from the ring for the win. The commentators reveal that per the order of Jim Cornette, the battle royal was to determine order of entry in the gauntlet, meaning The Congregation will have the benefit of being the final team.

Match #3
Ultimate X match
Chase Owens vs Jason Kincaid
Chase Owens defeats Jason Kincaid in an Ultimate X match @ 11:08, retrieving the X. The dangling wires gave these 2 the platform needed to bring their rivalry to the next level. The high point saw both wrestlers at the X, fighting over it when Owens pulls himself up into a handstand and falls into a flip on Kincaid to powerbomb him from the wire and to the mat. Owens would get back up to the wire, but Jeremiah Plunkett entered with a chair and threw it at Owens. Owens dropped his legs as Plunkett pulled him down and then hit the Killshot on him. Owens would eventually connect with the Roaring Elbow on Kincaid on the mat as he made a comeback, climbed up and still managed to get to the X for the win. And not only does Owens win the match, but with the win, will now move on to Fall Brawl where he will challenge Neville for the World Junior Heavyweight Title.

Video sent in by CM Punk
The commentators throw to the video with Punk at home in Chicago. He says that he hopes Daniels has been training with Daniel Puder, but really it makes no difference. Come Fall Brawl, Daniels will be embarrassed and humiliated when he enters the ring again, only to go down in defeat. He does have an announcement though, and that is that he wants Daniels to come to Rage In The Cage. Enter 'The Danger Zone' because he will be there on October 10, and he will announce just what will go down at Fall Brawl and what the stipulations will be.
Match #4
Evening Gown match for the Women's Title
Mary Elizabeth Monroe (c) vs Taeler Hendrix
Women's champion Mary Elizabeth Monroe defeats Taeler Hendrix to retain the title @ 3:45, ripping off the evening gown of Hendrix. Once common place in women's wrestling, the Evening Gown match has become more of a rarity these days. The stipulation had to favor the more dastardly Hendrix, but even with only having to rip off the evening gown of Monroe rather than pin her or make her submit, Hendrix still ultimately found herself on the losing end. Monroe would get the dress off to leave Hendrix in her skimpy outfit underneith. She tried to escape but Monroe grabbed her and put her in the Rainbow Cross to get her tapping out for added humiliation. Monroe wins and writes what would seem to be the final chapter in this feud.

Match #5
Matt Classic & Mike Hayes vs Cliff Compton & Ali Vaez
Matt Classic & Mike Hayes defeat Cliff Compton & Ali Vaez @ 8:41 when Classic pinned Compton, rolling through a go behind. Big win for the masked Classic as he pins Compton for a second time. Compton had the pin, but grabbed the tights and was reprimanded by the referee. As that went on, Classic took advantage and rolled through, able to hold down Compton long enough to grab the 3 for the win. Compton spent much of the match focused on exposing Classic as Colt Cabana per his claims, but was unable to. Hayes & Vaez meanwhile went at it, but played no factor in the decision as they were busy brawling on the floor. While Classic and Compton battle over the OVW Title in a week, Hayes & Vaez will join 6 others in King of The Valley for a guaranteed shot at the championship, which is even redeemable the same night.

Rage In The Cage iPPV lineup
Director of Authority Jim Cornette is out to go over the lineup. It all happens on Saturday October 10 on iPPV, and OVW looks to out do last year's event, considered by some as the premiere event in all the NWA for the year 2014. 2 matches have been added to finalize the card with 8 big matches, and here is the lineup ...
- Heavyweight championship on the line as Matt Classic challenges Cliff Compton
- Tag Team championship on the line in Gauntlet match with champions The Congregation, Paredyse & Ryan Howe, TerreMex, Shiloh Jonze & Eric Locker, The Fabulous Freebodies, and The Wild Boyz
- JUST ADDED: James 'Moose' Thomas vs The King of Knoxville Shane Williams
- JUST ADDED: Daniel Puder vs Mario Bokara
- Chase Owens vs Jeremiah Plunkett
- King of The Valley ladder match with Elijah Burke, Mike Hayes, Ali Vaez, Melvin Maximus, Robbie Walker, Rump Thump, Raul Lamotta, and Seleziya Sparx
- World Women's championship on the line when Heidi Lovelace defends vs Jessie Belle
- The War Games: Danny Davis, Jamin Olivencia, Marcus Anthony, Dylan Bostic, and a yet to be announced 5th partner vs Jeff Jarrett, Rob Conway, Nick Dinsmore, Adam Revolver, and NWA World champion AJ Styles
And in addition, CM Punk has challenged Daniels to show up on The Danger Zone where he intends to reveal the stipulations for their 'fight' at Fall Brawl on October 25. And speaking of Fall Brawl, big night in itself, and right now it is time for the contract signing for the NWA World Heavyweight Title match. He adds that he will be busy in the back because given Olivencia & Styles involvement in War Games, he wants to make sure the other participants are kept in the back, where they belong.
Fall Brawl Contract Signing
A table is setup in the ring with Danny Davis presiding along with senior referee Chris Sharpe, and The Fan Advocate Terry Boddie as M.C. First to be introduced is the challenger Jamin Olivencia! Fans cheer as he heads out and gets in the ring, greeting the 3 and staying hyped up. Still no word yet on Brock Lesnar's involvement, but Olivencia asked for it several weeks back after being laid out by the F5. Next out is the World champion AJ Styles, joined by Jeff Jarrett of Global Force Wrestling in what could quickly become about War Games given the involvement of 4 participants here. Styles would probably welcome the addition of Lesnar, given he was defeated by The Beast Incarnate back on July 3 in NWA Maximum in a non title match. The segment starts with Jarrett taking the mic after the introductions.
Jeff Jarrett: "Now hold on here! Wait just 1 darn minute boys! I wanna know, AJ here wants to know. Before anything gets signed. What about Brock Lesnar? Is this a 1 on 1, or is it a triple threat match?"
Danny Davis: "What does it matter to him? He's defending the title either way. This is a situation you can't just throw money at and put to your advantage Jeff."
Jeff Jarrett: "And it's situations like that where I can throw the money because of your incompetance Danny! You tried to push Nick Dinsmore out of the ring, thinking his time was over. You tried to just sweep Rob Conway under a rug after he lost the opportunity at this very match, thinking he'd just sit there and take it. You made Adam Revolver go through a pointless tournament to become TV champion when it's obvious he was better than the other 7 wrestlers, certainly Dylan Bostic. And AJ Styles? You could never afford to bring the World champion around here until I did it for you! Isn't that the truth? Face it Danny, your time in this business is up. It's time that the new revolution, Global Force Wrestling, take over."
Danny Davis: "That's good, but your money didn't buy 1 thing. It didn't buy this man right here (Olivencia), and it's why he's challenging for that title here in OVW, rather than some casino out in Las Vegas. He's not a sell out, and he will be the next World champion!"
The fans cheer as AJ just laughs, shaking his head. He requests the mic so he can speak, which Jarrett hands off.
AJ Styles: "This is all great, but let's remember what this is about. This (the World Title), right here! For those of you out there that don't know, my name is The Phenomenal AJ Styles, and I'm not only the NWA World champion, I'm the Greatest of All Time! So Jeff, I appreciate you looking out for me, but this whole Brock Lesnar thing? Yeah ok, he beat me. But unlike some, I learn from mistakes. And I hope he is in this match just so that after I get through with you (Olivencia), I can make his sorry ass TAP OUT!"
Jarrett gets a look like 'you shouldn't have said that' as AJ just shrugs his shoulders. He's clearly not afraid of Lesnar.
AJ Styles: "But here's the thing. I know something none of you do. Earlier today, I was contacted by the NWA Board of Directors, and Lesnar? It's not going to happen. So while I would like to beat his ass in the ring and show him who's the boss around here, forget it. Fall Brawl, it's just me and you Jamin. And I have no doubt that I can pin your shoulders to the mat - 1, 2, 3!"
Jarrett & Styles have a laugh, clearly thinking they've pulled 1 over on Olivencia. AJ signs the contract smugly.
Jamin Olivencia: "So what? Danny, you told me when I agreed to War Games. You would work on getting Lesnar into this match. I want that World Title, but I want Brock Lesnar too! He F5'd me in the ring and I want my chance at revenge."
Danny Davis: "Well fortunately for you, I know something that the 2 of them don't. Something that might be a bit of a game changer. See Jeff, you might have been the catalyst to bringing Brock here, but as you know, he's his own man. He's not Global Force. He's not Ohio Valley. But me and him, we do go back. It was 2000 that he got his start, right here in OVW."
Jeff Jarrett: "So what? Sign the contract."
Danny Davis: "Go ahead Jamin. Sign it."
Olivencia seems confused by this as he wants answers from Davis. He signs the contract though and puts it down. Suddenly ...
BROCK LESNAR HAS ARRIVED!
Jarrett & AJ seem to panic at this, while Olivencia readies for the fight. Lesnar shuffles from side to side, throws his fists up, flexes his traps, and heads to the ring. The atmosphere is electric as nobody seems to know what is going on here.
Jeff Jarrett: "Hey! Hey! Yeah, you! Meat head! What do you think you're doing here? I didn't open the door for you to come here for this! We had an agreement that you take out Jamin before Fall Brawl, and-"
Lesnar shoots in on Jarrett and takes him down. Styles goes to leave, but Lesnar grabs him and turns him into a German Suplex. Olivencia charges, but gets taken down as well. Styles gets up and turns with Lesnar locking in the Kimura! Olivencia jumps on Lesnar's back, but he just flips him off to the mat. Styles gets up as Lesnar hits him and sprawls him on the table. Lesnar grabs Olivencia and throws him up on his shoulders. F5! Not just any F5 though, F5 through the table, through AJ Styles! The champion and challenger have been laid out by Lesnar. Jarrett is on the outside in panic as Danny Davis has the signed contract in hand. What is this? He hands it to Lesnar?! Lesnar takes the pen, and Lesnar signs his name to it!
It looks like whether the NWA Board of Directors like it or not, Brock Lesnar has just added himself to this World Title match. Lesnar might not be finished though as he turns his attention now to Davis himself! Gilbert says Davis should have known better than to trust that man. Dean Hill gets up from commentary and goes up the steps to enter the ring. He steps in between them and tries to calm Lesnar down. It's to no avail though as Lesnar just laughs, grabbing Dean. The look of horror on Dean's face speaks more than words ever could as he knows where this is going. Lesnar hoists Dean Hill up on his shoulders ... F5! Lesnar has just given the F5 to the voice of Ohio Valley.
Danny Davis has exited by this point and doesn't know what to make of Lesnar's actions here. Nobody does. He is a man unto himself. But he is also now a man that is in the World Title match at Fall Brawl. The music hits and fans may be looking at the next NWA World champion! Gilbert raises the point though that Davis knew of Lesnar's arrival here, why did he not clue in Olivencia on it? Gilbert closes with a reminder to come back on Wednesday for what he hopes will be answers in the go home show for Rage In The Cage, saying so long until then, and throwing in a request to get help for his broadcast partner.
