The show opens with a hand camera peeking between boxes in the back stage area, a Miz Tv logo in the bottom corner. It’s Vince McMahon and Brock Lesnar arguing, Lesnar is irate about what went on at the last show. Vince snaps right back letting him know that it’s all about what’s best for business “he” did his job and when it comes time Brock will do the same. Lesnar isn’t happy but the boss is the boss.
SINGLES MATCH
AJ Styles vs. Austin Aries
This was a fast paced matchup between to incredible Juniors vying for a chance to face whoever comes out on top at this weekend’s super card. Aries was able to stay a step ahead for a majority of the match, but Styles is a veteran that kept coming back stopping any serious momentum from Aries who started to get frustrated. Austin would slip out of the ring trying to collect himself only to get hit with a suicide dive from Styles! The match would get vicious on the outside as both men brawled around the ring almost getting counted out. Aries tried to finish the match with a brain buster but Styles was able to kick out! Aries would keep the pressure scoring with a pendulum elbow drop, but AJ would kick out again. Aries tried to lock on the last chancery but Styles wouldn’t let it happen. Styles would come roaring back after putting Aries down with a springboard reverse DDT that got him going again as the pace started to ramp up in his favor. Styles would try to lock on the calf killer but Aries would grab the ropes for dear life. Aries tried to duck an enziguri but Styles would come back with a mule kick that created separation. The match would continue until AJ was able to finally finish the match with a styles clash.
NWA President Triple H would come to the ring looking annoyed as he called out Adrian Neville. Triple H would address the fact that he’s sick of seeing Adrian Neville in the Junior title picture over and over and over, but he just can’t get the job done and he’s wasting everyone elses opportunity in the back at getting a chance at Owens. Neville would argue that the only reason that Owens is still the champion is that Steve Corino keeps sticking his nose where it doesn’t belong. Triple H offers to cut him a deal, tonight in the main event it will be a nontitle match between Chase Owens and Adrian Neville. If Neville wins then Corino will be barred from X! But if Owens wins then as long as Chase Owens is the Junior champion, Neville WILL NEVER get another title shot! It’s time for Neville to put up or shut up in tonights main event!
SINGLES MATCH
Awesome Kong vs. Heidi Lovelace
The winner of this match will go on to face Paige for the NWA Womens championship at X. Heidi Lovelace hasn’t been able to take the title away from Paige and this would be her chance to get another shot. Kong has been on a hot streak as of late, so this match means a lot to both ladies. Lovelace would use her speed to try to topple the powerhouse but it just wasn’t enough! Kong would nearly take the head off of Lovelace with a spinning backfist, following up with an awesome bomb that will send her to the title match at X!
TAG TEAM MATCH
The Pistols vs. The Dudleys
The Dudleys have been on a hot streak taking the tag team division by storm, but this match wouldn’t last long as The Young Bucks and Adam Cole would flood into the ring blasting the Pistols with chairs as the three men attacked the Dudleys! The Dudleys tried to fight back but the numbers were too much as the “Trifecta” showed why they’re a force to be reckoned with. Adam Cole would bring tables into the equation, the signature of the Dudleys. The trifecta would really throw salt on the wounds by putting both Dudleys through tables! The show would go to commercial break with the Trifecta standing tall in the ring.
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Alberto del Rio vs. Sheamus
The winner of this match would go on to face John Cena at X. Sheamus would try to beat Rio into submission but Alberto was able to keep himself in the match. Rio would use some of the dirtiest moves in the book giving the ref a real field day. Sheamus would get frustrated dragging Rio out of the ring throwing Alberto over the announce table and into the steel railing at ringside showing off the power of the celtic warrior. Rio would slither back into the ring for solace trying to get away from the angry irish man. When Sheamus tried to get back into the ring ADR would hit a sliding dropkick forcing Sheamus out of the ring. ADR would follow up with a front flip dive out of the ring onto Sheamus before raining down hands of his own on Sheamus on the outside. Sheamus left welts on ADR, but ADR was more than willing to return the favor. ADR would start working over the arm of Sheamus softening up for the armbreaker. ADR would punish Sheamus slamming him shoulder first into the ring post over and over until the ref threatened to DQ him. The damage was done on Sheamus who had a very hard time keeping Rio from inflicting further damage. Sheamus tried for a brogue kick but ADR would duck the move and immediately apply the cross armbreaker, Sheamus tried to hold on but just couldn’t as he was forced to submit.
The show cuts backstage where The Dudleys are standing by and they look pissed still picking out splinters from the attack earlier. The Dudleys challenge the Young Bucks to a match at X, but not just any match... A TABLES MATCH!
CAGE MATCH
Adrian Neville vs. Chase Owens
This match had so much on the line as Corino watched from outside the cage as his client took on one of his most enduring and challenging opponents since becoming the NWA World Junior champion. This had big match feel as a ref on the outside locked the cage door. The only way to win the match would be my pinfall or submission, with the risk of outside interference being eliminated with the climb out stipulation being taken out of the match. So there was no chance that Corino or anyone else could change the outcome of the match. Neville would take out months of frustration grating the face of Owens off the unforgiving steel of the cage busting him open pretty early in the match. Owens would fight back though driving the head of Neville into the cage repeatedly giving everything back that was given to him. Owens would get cocky wasting a lot of time setting up for diamond dust but Neville would fight free hitting a pele kick that stunned Owens on the top rope. Neville defied gravity hitting a hurrincanrana that sent Chase across the ring. Owens wasn’t thinking as he sat in the corner across from Neville, but no one saw the cross ring dropkick from Neville that put the crowd into a frenzy! Neville was pumped at this point not even worrying about the pin as much as inflicting more punishment to his archrival. Neville tried to hit a falcons arrow but Chase would counter with a small package that almost got the match won. Chase would try for the rolling elbow but Neville would duck hitting another pele kick before coming off the ropes with a handspring enziguri that really put Owens down. Neville would try for the red arrow but Owens would put his knees up! Neville was in trouble at this point as Chase would pick his spots keeping Neville down on the mat and off his feet where he’s most dangerous. Owens would size up his opponent scoring with a rolling elbow this time that almost had the match won but Neville someway, somehow got his shoulder off the mat in just the nick of time. Neville was woozy but he wasn’t going to give up. Owens would scream at Neville to stay down but Neville has so much heart as he fought back before driving Owens on his head with a cradle piledriver! Neville was going to finish this and show why his name keeps coming up as a contender for the title. Adrian would climb to the top of the cage soaring through the air with a huge red arrow that finally put this match to an end!
The crowd would go nuts at the insane finish as Neville was helped up by the ref. Corino was losing his mind on the outside of the ring with the closing shot being the ref raising Neville’s hand in victory with Adrian giving the middle finger to Corino!
