Asuka defeats Peyton Royce with a High Kick to get the pinfall.
Tommy End defeats Chuck Taylor. Taylor wroked End's legs early, but got cocky and quickly paid, eating a Singe Leg High Knee to earn End the pinfall.
Cesaro and Simon Gotch wrestle to a draw. These two put on a great clinic of back and forth catch wrestling, with Gotch going to many dirty tricks to try to take out the bigger, stronger Cesaro. The two would eventually wrestle to a 15 minute draw, which most of the fans appreciated, but it was clear both men were looking for a decisive victory tonight.
The Hardy Boyz (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) defeat Blake & Murphy w/ Alexa Bliss in a really hot tag team match. Murphy and Blake would show great skill in cutting off the ring and beating the tar out of Jeff Hardy for a solid 5 minutes, really getting the crowd behind the legendary Hardys and making themselves look like a great heel team. Matt would get that hot tag, though, and bring down the house with big moves, eventually delivering the Twist of Fate, followed by Jeff's patented Swanton Bomb to get the pinfall on Murphy.
Randy Orton defeats Chris Girard after coming out and issuing an open challenge. The former World champion would make his way out arrogantly and deride the Ring of Fire roster before making an open challenge. Out to the ring came the fiery Chris Girard, who gave Orton everything he could handle with his hard hitting strong style attack. Orton would show great grit and flashes of brilliance in this contest, with these two absolutely stealing the show tonight. Girard would catch Orton in the corner with a huge Running European Uppercut and then tried to come off the middle turnbuckle, only to get caught in mid-air with the RKO and that sealed it. Orton got the win, but Girard got a big ovation for hanging in there with one of the best.
Interim Heavyweight Title Tournament: Sami Zayn defeats Dean Ambrose in a very fun match. Sami Zayn has a very wild, unorthodox style, but the same can be said for the live wire that is Dean Ambrose. Both men desperately want to become the Interim World champion, and it showed here, but Zayn would manage to reverse the Dirty Deeds by Ambrose and catch him with with a T-Bone Suplex into the turnbuckles, followed by his feared Helluva Kick, and that got him the victory tonight! Zayn's rival Seth Rollins would come out after the match, however, and catch him with a Springboard Knee Strike, followed by his Curb Stomp, to send a message to Zayn that he's not done with him yet!
