”Bullet in my hand” by Redlight King hits as we head into another edition of Adrenaline, with only a few weeks until Vs. The World, we’ve got an exciting show for you. Colt Cabana will defend the TV title against Davey Richards, and Sheamus will go against “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson! Plus we’re featuring a four way tag team match with the winning team getting a NWA World Tag Team title shot at vs. The World! But first we’re heading to the ring for the re-debut of Jay Lethal…
SINGLES MATCH
Jay Lethal def. Brian Mendez
This was a hot opening contest with Jay Lethal getting the opportunity to show off a lot of his move set, winning the match with a Lethal Injection.
SINGLES MATCH
Jimmy Jacobs def. Amazing Red
Amazing Red almost won this match but after a fist fight between both men on the top rope, Red crashed and burned in the ring and Jacobs came off the top with a Kermit the Frogsplash to score the win.
The show cuts to the back to show the completely insane Jon Moxley, letting everyone know that he’s looking for a match for Vs. The World. So what he’s going to do is sign the open contract for a match and he’s going to put it on the door to the locker room, because he’s the best damn wrestler in this company!
SINGLES MATCH
“The Second City Saint” Ace Steel def. Eric Crane
This was a feeder match for Steel, who got to show off and finished the match with a suspension DDT.
After the match Ace Steel got a mic, letting Cabana know that he’s sick and tired of putting up with Cabana being a baby. Ace came into this company to help Cabana achieve greatness but if Cabana wants to be bitter and a bitch about Steel’s methods he’ll take him out, and take the Impact TV title in the process!
SINGLES MATCH
Jason Hades w/ Ms.Behave def. Petey Williams
This was a match that featured two men with very exciting finishing moves. The match was pretty even until Ms.Behave got on the apron inticing Williams with her “assets”, Williams tried to concentrate on the match but the distraction was just enough for Hades to snap off the Killswitch to get the victory.
The show cuts back to the contract signed by Moxley, hanging on the door to the locker room. Austin Aries steps into the shot signing the contract. “Moxley may be the best wrestler in NWA IMPACT, but I’m the greatest man that ever lived.”
NWA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE QUALIFIER MATCH
MCMG def. IMPACT UK vs. Strong Style Thugs vs. The New School
Zack Sabre Jr. brought his old tag team partner Marty Scurlls to try to help him secure a title match against The Revolution at Vs. The World, but in the end the Motor City Machine Guns were the winners when Sabin hit the Cradle Shock on Homicide to advance to the iPPV match.
SINGLES MATCH
Takeshi Morishima w/ Prince Nana vs. “The Greatest Man that Ever Lived” Austin Aries
Even through the size disadvantage, Aries didn’t seem phased as he tried to bring the fight to the moster that is Takeshi. But Morishima was just to powerful as he started to easily dominate Aries, until John Cena burst out from the back, hitting the ring and attacking Morishima forcing the ref to throw the match out as Cena planted Takeshi with a huge DVD!
NWA IMPACT TV TITLE MATCH
Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana© def. “The Timber Wolf” Davey Richards
This was the most exciting match of the card as Davey Richards tried to dethrone the TV champ, but since becoming the champ, Colt Cabana has been a new person and in the end Richards fell victim to the Colt 45!
NON-TITLE MATCH
“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson def. Sheamus “Fella”
CM Punk sat at ringside watching this match as Sheamus and Danielson put on a really good match, with Sheamus using his raw power to combat the technically gifted AmDrag. Sheamus tried to use the ropes to keep from being rolled up by Danielson, but Punk getting a measure of revenge for last week threw pepsi into the face of Sheamus, allowing Danielson to roll up Sheamus for barely a three count!
Danielson got up excited he won the match screaming “YES!” only to get his head nearly taken off by a huge clothesline from a very angry irishman! CM Punk took the opening to attack Sheamus from behind causing security to rush the ring to break up the brawl.
