“The Mossy Oak Maniac” Drake Younger def. “The Almighty” Sheik
The hot streak of the Sheik was ended as Younger was able to put him away after a great match with his new finisher The Countryroads (Crossroads variation) after the match Younger celebrated by getting in the crowd and enjoying a beer with some fans!
DARK MATCH
Jimmy Rave & Jason Hades w/ Ms. Behave def. American Lucha (Brian Mendez & Sol Jr.)
This was a squash match to get the new team of Rave and Hades some experience as a team, Hades hit his jaw dropping Killswitch to put away Mendez.
“Bullet in my hand” by Redlight Kings opened the show, with Joey Styles and Ricky Morton in the broadcast area, welcoming to the fans to the first Adrenaline since Vs. The World. If somehow you haven’t heard yet, we have a NEW NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION in CM Punk! But the celebration for the Straight-Edge Icon was short lived as the Undertaker made his return! Tonight CM Punk will address his championship win as well as his thoughts on the Undertaker. The Motor City Machine Guns came up short in a match against the NWA World Tag Team Champions, The Revolution. AJ Styles was able to retain his title yet again against Jay Lethal, but Alex Koslov is nipping his heels, and is looking to get a shot at the X title. Colt Cabana was able to come out on top over his former mentor Ace Steel, and tonight we present the start of a tournament to crown the new #1 contender for the NWA Impact TV Title…

“The Greatest Man that Ever Lives” Austin Aries def. Tyler Black
Tyler Black made a lot out of this incredible opportunity, but Austin Aries was able to pull off the win with the help of a handful of tights.
TOURNAMENT MATCH
“The Physical Genius” Jon Moxley def. Chance Prophet
Moxley has been on a real hot streak, Chance tried his best aganst Moxley but fell victim to the Boma Ye.
TOURNAMENT MATCH
“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson w/ AJ Lee def. “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen
This was the longest of the first round of matches, and Danielson was able to slap on the cattle mutilation to force a submission out of Steen.
TOURNAMENT MATCH
“The Master of Muppets” Jimmy Jacobs w/ Anni Maye def. “The Timber Wolf” Davey Richards
Davey looked to have this match going in his direction but when the ref wasn’t looking, Anni Maye got on the apron and hit a leaping kick to the back of Richards skull, sending him into a Fozzy the Bearhug DDT from Jacobs, giving “The Master of Muppets” the advance!
The NEW World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk would come out to the ring with the title around his waist.
CM Punk: At Vs. The World, I did what I said I was going to do and that was beat Sheamus and become a three time NWA World Heavyweight Champion… Then the Undertaker came out and rolled his eyes, and put on a little show. But that’s pretty much all your good for isn’t that right Mark? Putting on a show… maybe things were different back in the 80’s when you were somewhat in your prime but 30 years later Mark you’re just an old song and dance. You come out with your blue lights and your fog machine and you pray on the nostalgia of these sheep. But in reality you’re a broken old man who probably pops a bottle of pain pills in the back. You came out at Vs. The World trying to capture some of the magic of me winning the title, but in the end Mark reality will set in and you’ll drag your old body into this ring and I’ll do what no man has ever done, and that’s humble the deadman.
NWA WORLD JUNIOR TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH
Cody Rhodes def. Christopher Daniels
This was a fantastic match that NWA Impact was proud to host, Daniels looked like he was going to win the match with a picture perfect moonsault, but Rhodes got his knees up. The finish was soon after as Rhodes nailed the Crossroads to put away Daniels.
SEMI-FINAL TOURNAMENT MATCH
“The Master of Muppets” Jimmy Jacobs w/ Anni Maye def. “The Physical Genius” Jon Moxley
The Cinderella story continued as Jacobs was able to go over on Moxley, Moxley had Anni scouted and ducked the kick from the apron, but ended up getting rolled up by Jacobs who with the help of a handful of tights was able to pull off a huge upset!
SEMI-FINAL TOURNAMENT MATCH
“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson w/ AJ Lee def. “The Greatest Man that Ever Lived” Austin Aries
This match was really impressive as both men tried to pull out everything they could in the TV time allotted. Danielson was able to slap on that vicious cattle mutilation out of nowhere, and was able to force Aries to submit.
That means that next weeks main event of Adrenaline will be Bryan Danielson vs. Jimmy Jacobs with the winner facing Colt Cabana at Unleashed 2012 for the NWA Impact TV championship![/color]
SINGLES MATCH
“The Soviet Shooter” Alex Koslov def. Jay Lethal
There was a lot of excitement in this match as Lethal really wanted to stay on top, but since Koslov has come to he has yet to be defeated, and the trend continued as he locked on the Soviet Stretch forcing Lethal to tap out.
After the match Koslov gets on the mic.
