Nattie Neidhart - I’m sore and a bit worn out, but feeling so good. I outlasted 29 of the best women wrestlers in the sport today. I just have to keep warm and loose until I face Mickie James for the world title later. Mickie is a great wrestler, but being the World Women’s champion has been my destiny since I was a little girl and climbed into my grandfather’s ring for the first time.
Ray Cassler - You were in the match for almost 40 minutes. The last opponent you eliminated, Ramu Endo had been in the match since the beginning, over an hour. Are you impressed by her performance?
Nattie Neidhart - Very much. I’ve known Ramu since she was about 15. She has grown and developed as a wrestler and a young woman so much. I’m just a bit disappointed she didn’t invite me to her wedding. I wouldn’t be surprised if she won the world title very soon.
