The show opens again with the president of the National Wrestling Alliance, Dustin Smith dressed for success as he addresses a larger crowd than last night. Tonight we crown the first East Coast Champion, with Dustin reminding the crowd that he’s not going to have much talking on this show, he just wants to welcome the fans to NWA East Coast!
As Dustin is about to bow out and let the show get underway, Don Callis comes out of the barking up to the ring at the president as he makes a huge scene, climbing into the ring with a microphone of is own. Callis is fuming that instead of getting in and managing potential talent, he has to deal with this crap. He can’t make a deal until after this weekends event. Callis plans to own this company, and questions if Smith can handle running the entire alliance as well as NWA East Coast, his grip will surely be lost on one, Callis guarantees.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Death Sentence(Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows) def. Arrick Andrews & Vordell Walker
This was a squash match as Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson and Luke Gallows got to show off and look extremely dominate, weither it’s by hanging or shooting , if you step in the ring with Anderson and Gallows you’re stepping into a death sentence!
EAST COAST TITLE TOURNAMENT
“One of a Kind” Dylan Klein def. Paul London
Yesterday Klein didn’t have to hard of a time defeating a much smaller Brandon Bonham, but London has a world more experience than Bonham and he had Klein on his heels for the majority of the match. But Klein wasn’t afraid to cheat to win and after a well placed low blow behind the refs back, Klein was able to follow up with the Stunna for the advance.
EAST COAST TITLE TOURNAMENT
“The Real F’n Deal” Rhino def. Petey Williams
Petey Williams was kind of timid in this match as he went against a slobbering and snotting Rhino who was as rabid as they come. Williams used his speed and agility to keep Rhino’s hands off him, but that only lasted so long before Rhino started whipping Williams around the ring like a rag doll finally ending the carnage with a gore.
EAST COAST TITLE TOURNAMENT
“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson def. “The Mossy Oak Maniac” Drake Younger
Drake Younger came through the crowd again dressed in camo and having a good time with the fans, when Danielson came out however he got pissed everytime the fans tried to sing along to the final countdown, thinking himself above the fans. The match was back and forth with Younger showing off that he can indeed hold his own against the extremely talented Danielson, but he left himself open and got caught in the crossface chickenwing forced to submit to the American Dragon.
EAST COAST TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH
Takeshi Morishima def. “Notorious 187” Homicide
An absolute slugfest went down in this match as both men used a strong style in a hope to advance closer towards becoming the East Coast champion, the crowd loved his match as both men battled like men possessed, drawing every bit of power to inflict damage on the other, but in the end Morishima was able to snap off the backdrop driver to get the advance.
EAST COAST TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINAL MATCH
“The Real F’n Deal” Rhino def. “One of a Kind” Dylan Klein
Klein put up the best fight against Rhino so far, but Rhino was eventually still able to steamroll Klein nailing the gore to advance to the finals!
EAST COAST TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINAL MATCH
“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson def. Takeshi Morishima
This match was one to see as these two men put everything on the line to get the chance to face Rhino for the East Coast title, the match was brutal with the crowd chanting a lot in this match as both men got covered in streamers at the opening of this match. Takeshi used his brutal offense trying for the backdrop driver but Danielson was able to roll out and slap on the crossface chickenwing the third and finally attempt at it in this match as he was able to make Morishima pass out. It will now be Rhino vs. Bryan Danielson for the East Coast Title in the main event.
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Mistico def. Samuray del Sol and El Generico
This was an exciting match as these three luchadores put on a fast paced and jaw dropping match up. Due to time constrants this match wasn’t a long one but they were able to get a lot of moves in a short period of time, Mistico was able to slap La Mistica on El Generico while Samuray del Sol was down from crashing and burning from a high risk move, Generico submitted giving Mistico an impressive victory.
EAST COAST TITLE MATCH
“The Real F’n Deal” Rhino def. “The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson
Rhino thought he could continue to steam roll opponents but Danielson is a real pro who wanted to capture the East Coast title. Danielson tried to chop away at the tree trunk like legs of Rhino, keeping the pace in his favor until Rhino was able to kick it into another gear slamming Danielson to the mat over and over taking the fight out of the Dragon as the Rhino started to build momentum. Rhino charged and hit a massive gore, but Danielson was able to barely roll his shoulder off the mat. Danielson tried to force a submission on Rhino but “The Real F’n Deal” came back again hitting a second and bigger gore driving Danielson into the canvas to crown Rhino the first East Coast champion!
